Abstract

Digital image was needed us a medium of information that can be transmitted by cable or wireless media. To obtain digital images must use a tool such as a camera. Users can use the camera to get a digital image with the remote sensing method on an object in a particular place. In the daily activities, users can take advantages of the digital image (pictures or video) that are useful for media documentation, monitoring system in somewhere and others. The design of this tool using LS_Y201camera to capture a digital image and wireless as a data transmission media. In this case a wireless media use Ultra High Frequency transmitter and receiver that support for remote sensing. Users run the tool through an application that is connected with a wireless media. This application is designed byDelphi7. Applications and wireless camera was made for simulation media of remote sensing and monitoring system in the blank spot area. The test result of applications and tools that use the Ultra High Frequency (wireless), can be viewed from a computer interface. In this case, the signal strength ofthe transmitter greatly affect the maximum distance that can be taken to make capture process. The test results are as follows: the best results at a distance of 10 meters = 011110102 (12210); distance of 20 meters = 011100112 (11510); distance of 30 meters = 011110102 (12210); distance of 40 meters =011011112 (11110); distance of 50 meters = 011100102 (11410). So the best distance to digital images transmission through a wireless networks are at a distance of 40 meters.

Abstract

Minimarket idola on a daily basis there are many sales transactions, so that the data stored in the database is very large. The data can be used as much useful information for the owner of a minimarket in policy making. To explore the data that is used a lot of data mining technique. Data mining uses data analysis to discover patterns and relationships in data that may be used to make accurate predictions.In this research, data mining is used to forecast the sales of goods in Minimarket Idoal. Forecasting the future based on measuring the value of the patterns in the data collection. To perform sales forecasting in the future to use the method of time series. Forecasting time series data to predict what will happen based on past historical data.Time series methods for forecasting sales in the calculation Minimarket Idola using exponential smoothing and moving average. Of the count sought the MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) or forecasting errors. Where MAD is the smallest value of the calculation of exponential smoothing and moving average is the result of forecasting with a small error. Forecasting results will not always be appropriate because the market demand influenced by several factors. But it does not mean that the forecast is made useless.

Abstract

Data communication in the internet today is so complex as an example of the speed factor becomes very important in communicating, everyone wants fast data communication services provided in order to maximum. In relation to the application as a communication liaison with client server applications, web service using a data serialization format to transmit the data. Before the data is sent, either fromthe client to the server or vice versa, should be modified in a specific data format beforehand according to the web service is used. Types of data serialization format used in the web service such as XML and JSON. The method used for testing include data serialization method, data measurement method and data parsing method. Data serialization method is used to calculate the time serialization of data from the database to the form of XML and JSON in applications with PHP platform. Data measurement method used to measure the size of the XML and JSON data which based on many fields of data serialization process. Data parsing method is used to calculate the processing time and JSON parsing XML data. Results o f comparative analysis o f XML and JSON in PHP applications using thearchitecture Rest can be concluded that the test result o f the difference in time and time serialization and JSON parsing XML data is influenced by the number o f records, if the number of records the greater the difference in eating time data serialization and parsing the data the greater the time also itcan be concluded that the faster the process JSON serialization and parsing XML data is compared. Testing results o f the JSON data size is smaller than the size of XML. Data exchange using XML format has a size limit of up to 31456.31 KB while JSON XML exceeds the size limit. Testing results on the Internet when the number o f records up to 50,000 data when the data serialization and parsing time data can not be detected in the database.

Abstract

The geographical position of Indonesia is located in an earthquake-prone area that is potentially most earthquake-tsunami, it takes a transmission medium to connect the cameramonitoring results between the sender and receiver of information or data that may provide information to the natural disasters. The transmission media can be a media streaming seawater and alarm monitoring that is connected with vibration sensor that functions as a medium for early warning of natural disasters. From the test results it can be concluded that the alarm system warning of earthquakes, able to work well as vibration sensor detects vibration. As well as video streaming process can run well on a LAN network using HTTP protocol 8080. Society as a client can access the video streaming server via the address specified by the application server.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the need for tools for parents who have had children in determining a traditional medicine to treat illnesses suffered by children, toddlers and babies. Aids in the fo rm o f an expert system of traditional medicine. This expert system application can be run in a way that the disease name input experienced by children, toddlersand babies, then the expert system will provide information prescription medications to treat the disease. Search method used is the method of Breadth-First Search and Depth-First Search. Results of comparative analysis o f Breadth-First Search and Depth-First Search was concluded that the analysis using the Depth-First Search more quickly provide information about traditional medicine in comparison with using the method of Breadth-First Search. However, the use of the method of Breadth-First Search is superior compared with Depth-FirstSearch. This is because the method of Breadth-First Search will not find a dead end or to find a solution although it has only one solution. And if you have two solutions, the method of Breadth-First Search will find them. The test results of the application of expert system of traditional medicine in the 30 responders was 72.67%. Thus, the application of expert systemof traditional medicine by using Breadth-First Search and Depth-First S earch good.

Abstract

One of the methods to improve the understanding of the learner is to use an interactive simulator aircraft by utilizing information and communication technology so as to explain the flight control system and its functions better. Making this simulator using Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, and 3DRad. The software used to create the interface design, 3D design, as well as as simulator engine. Simulator Extra 300 L aircraft provide convenience to the user to know and understand the control plane fly Extra 300 L.The use of this simulator is more interactive in the delivery of information to the user than an explanation using propsor in video form. This simulator is designed user friendly as well as trials conducted by 30 respondents, the majority of respondents stated that this simulator is good and fit for use as a medium of learning control of an aircraft.

Abstract

Smartphones with Android operating system is one proof that the very quickly progress of technology. Functions and services on Android smartphones is no longer just for communication but also for entertainment such as games. Application are made in this research is a game that applies artificial intelligence with pathfinding techniques and can be played in single player and two players using the wireless local area network as data traffic lane with distribution techniques client server and can be played on smartphones with Android operating system. Software used to create this game is the Unity 3D engine. Unity 3D is a game creator software that is very powerful at this time. By using Unity 3D can make a game in a variety of devices, one of which is on a smartphones with Android operating system. With the application of this game can be a means the entertainment for anybody.

Abstract

Software design and hardware application system monitoring room webcam based aims to add value to the webcam to be used as part of the security system, implementing the work process of hardware and software monitoring system formed using delphi 7, analyzing the performance o f a stepper motor as the driving platform webcam and documenting object images and sounds in the room activities into a file format AVI (Audio Video Interleave). Webcams are used in this design is equipped with a standard webcam lighting lamps LED (Light Emitting Diode) with a USB data line, while the driver controls the webcam in the design o f this platform using unipolar type stepper motor controlled by a microcontroller, motor drivers and line interface RS232 to USB (Universal Serial Bus) converter. The installation o f the webcam to webcam platform play will lead to the right, left, stop rotating right and or to the left automatically. From the test results it can be concluded that the monitoring system and webcam based indoor stepper motor consists o f webcam applications and motor control applications platform which is separately because both applications use the USB and COM communication channels are opened simultaneously. As for the results o f the motion setting webcam platform proved to have a consistent degree of deviation for the wine and left turn kenanan but still require a series o f additional gears for smooth movement o f the platform and to reduce the effects o f shadow on motion pictures.

Abstract

Self defenseis a system for defending selfwhich is used to defeat the opponent quickly and without spending a lot of energy. Self defense training is also very needed for pilots and flight attendants, for example to confront the hijacking of commercial flight.Self defense can be trained through the medium of interactive multimedia with 3D animation content. This interactive multimedia was built  by using adobe flash professional software, and 3D content using Lightwave 3D software. The result gets from trials to 30 respondents is this learning simulation is used because it is worth more than 50% of users give good response to simulation as a whole.

Abstract

The availability of drugs at any pharmacy vary different so make customers is not easy get drugs that needed when we comes to pharmacy. We need a system to assist search for drugs. This study use ssimulation of three pharmacy  integrated to web server for synchronize drug stocks. This system needed the coordinates pharmacy and the coordinates customers to perform distance calculations. A data coordinates pharmacy contained in web server while the customer location input to system later request to google map for get the coordinates. Distance calculation method use calculation function code program google map is open source based on the coordinates pharmacy and the coordinates customers who later produce distance is 7,1 Km, 2,1 Km, and 5,8 Km. Than we get produce shortest distance using min method in math object provided the carrier object javascript with percentace is 43,3%, 14%, and 36,6%, and than shortest distance is 2,1 Km with percentace is 14%.
