Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat khususnya Desa Temu Kecamatan Prambon akan membuang sampah pada tempatnya sangat kurang, masyarakat cenderung membuang sampah di sungai dan saluran air. Manajemen pengolahan sampah dibagi ke dua metode. Pertama, mengubah sampah menjadi bahan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Kedua, untuk limbah proses untuk menjadi bahan yang tidak berbahaya bagi lingkungan. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan metode pengelolaan sampah yang efektif sesuai dengan jenis sampah. Salah satu cara pengelolaan sampah, yaitu pemilahan sampah menjadi organik dan anorganik untuk dilakukan proses pemanfaatan berikutnya. Sampah organik dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk kompos, biogas, pakan ternak, asap cair, dan briket arang. Sementara sampah anorganik dapat didaur ulang menjadi berbagai macam produk yang dapat digunakan dan memiliki nilai jual.

Abstract

In preparation for offline learning, SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso needs many references on how to build creativity through learning innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a workshop on Building creativity through learning innovation at SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso. The implementation of Community Service Program activities by the Physical Education Lecturer Team at PGRI University Adi Buana Surabaya went smoothly. The teachers of SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso were very enthusiastic about participating in every scheduled activity. Abstract

Community service through this training activity aims to provide teachers with an understanding of the importance of mental health at SMAN 1 Krembung. This activity was attended by 65 participants from a combination of employees and teachers of SMAN 1 Krembung. The method of implementing the activity includes 4 stages 1). Observation, 2). Implementation of Activities, 3). Activity Achievement, and 4). Evaluation. The training/workshop implementation activities have been carried out well, as can be seen from the enthusiasm of the training participants both during the delivery of training materials and during discussions. The success of the training was also aimed at increasing the average pretest and posttest scores, with a score of 65.5 for the pretest score and 75.5 for the posttest assessor.

Abstract

In the context of preparation for the Wushu Puslatkot Surabaya Athletes program, it requires a lot of references on how to maximize the training program. Therefore, it is necessary to hold physical tests for athletes aimed at making a physical training program. The implementation of the Community Service Program activities by the Physical Education Lecturer Team at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, went smoothly. The Wushu Trainers and Athletes are very enthusiastic about participating in every activity that has been scheduled. In the context of preparing Porprov, it is necessary to carry out an analysis and evaluation related to the physical training program and references on how to prepare the physical conditions and techniques used.
