Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of promotions and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction. Sampling for this study through primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to as many as 100 respondents. The analysis techniques used are tests contained in SPSS 29 software. The results of this study show that promotional variables do not have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction, store atmosphere variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and promotional variables and store atmosphere together have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study the store atmosphere variable is the most influential factor in consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is one of the recreational destinations for the people of Indonesia, especially Jakarta. The purpose of the establishment of the mini park is as a place for the younger generation of Indonesia to get to know the various tribes, customs and religions in Indonesia through various regional platforms and museums. West Java Provincial Anjungan is one of the Regional Anjung in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. West Java's traditional musical instruments play an important role as a cultural heritage that has been preserved for centuries and used in various traditional events and ceremonies. This research uses qualitative research methods and observation. This research aims to get a general understanding from the participant's point of view. The data collection techniques used are: Observation is a researcher going directly to the West Java Anjungan, using the Interview method with the manager of the West Java Anjungan and documentation techniques to collect data. West Java musical instruments do not have similar characteristics. Traditional West Javanese musical instruments play an important and irreplaceable role in the lives of West Javanese people. But for the role of musical instruments in the West Java platform in attracting visitors does not really work according to its purpose. Visitors are only interested in coming to the West Java platform if certain events are held, which of course in the event the West Java musical instruments participate as accompaniment

Abstract

The object of this research is the destination of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The research area was conducted in East Jakarta City. Data collection was carried out using qualitative methods/interviews with visitors to obtain information related to the marketing potential of regional speciality products at TMII. This study aims to obtain information related to the marketing potential of regional speciality products at TMII. The results of this study indicate that the potential of the souvenir market at TMII or other tourist attractions can be a good means of introducing the culture of each region. Through souvenirs, visitors can learn and appreciate Indonesia's cultural diversity and help connect regions that are far apart

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on visitor satisfaction at the Indonesia Open 2022 Event simultaneously and partially. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and literature studies. Based on the test results, it is partially known that the Service Quality variable (X1) affects Visitor Satisfaction (Y) of the Indonesia Open 2022 event, the Price variable (X2) affects Visitor Satisfaction (Y) of the Indonesia Open 2022 event, and simultaneously the Service Quality variable (X1) and Price (X2) simultaneously affect Visitor Satisfaction of the Indonesia Open 2022 Event. The simultaneous coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.436, this means that 43.6% of visitor satisfaction at the Indonesia Open 2022 event is influenced by service quality and price while the remaining 56.4% is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables studied

Abstract

At this time, some people in Jakarta can be classified as very busy and need conveniences in their lives. Likewise, residences with modern facilities, are located in strategic locations. To respond to this, PT Mulia Inti Pelangi built the Taman Anggrek Condominium which is equipped with complete facilities and comfort for its residents in a strategic location. In order for the facilities for residents to be well maintained, it requires good maintenance and arrangement. Therefore, Taman Anggrek Condominium requires a Housekeeping Department. In charge of maintaining, maintaining and maintaining the cleanliness of existing facilities. This department has several sections, one of which is a houseman section whose job is to protect the public area of the entire Taman Anggrek Condominium. And to keep the houseman's work performance from decreasing training is needed. This research was made in order to determine the effect of training on the job performance of the houseman. The Research method used is the correlation coefficient, which is used to find the strength of the relationship between two variables and to further strengthen the hypothesis used.

Abstract

Hotels today are facing increasing competition in the hospitality industry, so it is important to understand the factors that affect customer satisfaction. Based on one To determine the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction at Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel, to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel and to determine the effect of facilities and service quality together on customer satisfaction at Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel. This study used a quantitative approach with the number of samples taken, which was 100. Quantitative methods consider human nature predictable from various facts such as ilmial, social, and measurable. Data sources were taken based on primary data and secondary data, it can be concluded that "The Effect of Facilities and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel" has a positive and significant influence

Abstract

Ecotourism is a tourism sector that has the potential to support the national economy, ecotourism can also be utilized by local governments to increase their own local income. UI Park, located in the University of Indonesia area, has great potential as an ecotourism destination on weekends. As a vast green area and has a rich biodiversity, Taman UI offers the potential for a refreshing and educational nature tourism experience for the local community and tourists. This paper aims to analyze and explain various aspects related to the use of UI Park as an ecotourism destination on weekends. In this paper, we will examine the factors that affect the tourist attraction of Taman UI, the potential of existing biodiversity, the needs of visitors, and development strategies that can be done to improve the utilization and sustainability of Taman UI as a sustainable ecotourism destination.

Abstract

In Bogor City, there is a large botanical garden that can help us learn about various kinds of trees and plants in the world called "Bogor Botanical Garden". It covers an area of 87 hectares and has 15,000 types of tree and plant collections. In ecotourism, the use of energy-saving resources is prioritized, such as solar power, wooden buildings, recycled materials, and other environmentally friendly materials. Conversely, ecotourism activities are sought not to sacrifice the preservation of flora and fauna, but not to change the topography of the land, for example by erecting buildings that are foreign to the environment and culture of the local community. This research uses qualitative and descriptive approach research methods. Qualitative research is research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research. The theoretical foundation is used as a guide so that the focus of research is in accordance with the facts in the field

Abstract

Mangrove forests are places where low tides come. A place that provides life for various animals, reptiles, birds to a variety of fish. Mangrove forests filter nutrients to toxins in the water, also providing protection from extreme weather. Its roots that can filter salt, breathe oxygen, and extract nutrients make mangroves able to live in salt water. The unique ability of mangrove plants is not possessed by other trees. Ecotourism or ecotourism (in English: ecotourism) is one of the environmentally friendly tourism activities by prioritise aspects of nature conservation, aspects of socio-cultural, and economic empowerment of local communities, as well as aspects of learning and education. Ecotourism began when there was a negative impact on conventional tourism activities. The impact in question is in the form of environmental damage, uncontrolled influence of local culture, reduced role of local communities, and business competition that begins to threaten the environment, culture, and economy of the local community. In collecting data types and sources, researchers collect data types in qualitative data and data sources in the form of secondary data.

Abstract

Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village located in South Jakarta is a tourism destination with communities developed by a culture that includes ideas and works both physical and non-physical that have tourism potential in the image of Betawi culture and Betawi community. This tourism destination has a role as a tourist area that attracts tourists to visit and generate income for the surrounding community as well as a Betawi cultural conservation area in DKI Jakarta. Avocado is a plant that can thrive in tropical regions such as Indonesia. Avocados are also rich in antioxidation and nutrients such as fat, which is 9.8 g / 100 g of fruit flesh (Afrianti, 2010). One of the avocado varieties that has recently begun to be popularly cultivated by the people of Indonesia is the cipedak avocado even though some people know it today as Avocado Miki. This research uses interview techniques that will later be used as a source of data
