Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency.The variable used in this research are job satisfaction as the independent variable and leadership Style as the dependent variable. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency using a sample of 58 respondents. The research used a saturation sampling technique, collected primary data via questionnaires method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. To validate the data, the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (R2) and t test were used in the research. The statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 Program assistance tool was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol. The independent variable in this study is job placement and the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol, totaling 61 employees. As well as the sample of this study using a saturated sample so that the sample is the entire population of 61 employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained were tested using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, analysis of correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (R2), as well as hypothesis testing or t test. The test was carried out using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that work placement had a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol employees. This research aims to determine the effect of career development on teacher work achievement at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang using a sample of 41 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained were tested using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, analysis of correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (R2), as well as hypothesis testing or t test. The test was carried out using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that career development had a positive and significant effect on teacher work achievement at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang.
