Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Zig-Zag Run and Shuttle Run exercises on dribbling skills in the futsal game at SMA 3 Palopo. This research approach is a type of quantitative research that uses secondary data. The population in this study is all futsal athletes at SMAN 3 PALOPO. The sample is the extracurricular futsal of SMAN 3 PALOPO as the object studied. The sampling technique used random sampling, which was carried out randomly, Thus the sample in this study is the extracurricular futsal of SMAN 3 PALOPO totalling 16 students. The sample was divided into two groups by ordinary matched pairing so that the sample is homogeneous. Data processing uses SPSS Version 21 software, multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the data. (1) Zig-Zag Run practice has an effect on dribbling skills in futsal games; (2) Shuttle Run affects dribbling skills in futsal games.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of leg muscle explosive power and balance on the ability to shoot futsal at Club The Brothers. The type of research used is descriptive research which is correlational in nature. The sample is part of a number of characteristics possessed by the population used for research. In this study, 10 members of The Brother FC were used as samples. The instruments used were the leg muscle explosive power test, balance test and shooting ability test. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive tests, normality tests, linearity tests and regression tests using the SPSS Version 24.00 program. The results showed that the leg muscle explosive power variable had a tcount of 3.994 while ttable = 2.228 so tcount > ttable. The balance variable has tcount, which is 6.007, while ttable = 2.228, so tcount > ttable. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the Fcount was 65.878 and the sig. 0.000. Fcount value (65.878) > (2.228) and sig. smaller than 0.05 or a value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that the ability of the independent variables to explain variable variation is quite strong.

Abstract

Physical activity causes an increase in the use of energy or calories by the body. Cold water recovery is to reduce muscle soreness after exercise. The use of cold water for Pencak silat athletes after doing physical activity is very influential with the final result. There are changes in various ways of testing it, such as normality and correlation tests. The goal is that by applying cold water, it can make the pencak silat athletes have a steady pulse and don't get tired quickly. The methods used are experimental, pretest and posttest groups, with 11 sample. The research instrument was carried out after doing physical activity for 1 minute, calculating the pulse for 1 minute after doing physical activity, calculating the pulse was carried out using cold water with 25° C temperature. if the temperature exceeds 25° C then ice cubes are added to the soaking tub until the temperature drops to 25° C. With the normality test Absolute Value = .189 , Positive = .189, Negative = -.189, Sig. 0.200 > 0.05, then the variables are normally distributed and correlation test Correlation Test Sample PreTest = 11 , PreTest Pearson Correlation = 1 PostTest = .971 Meanwhile, PostTest Sample = 11 . PostTest Pearson Correalition = .971 PostTest =1.
