Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan alat untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh umat manusia, pendidikan yang berkualitas akan mencerminkan masyarakat yang maju damai dan mengarah pada sifat-sifat yang konstruktif. Pendidikan juga menjadi roda penggerak sehingga kebudayaan dan kebiasaan dari tiap-tiap zaman menjadi berubah mengikuti perubahan yang di peroleh dari pendidikan itu sendiri. Maka ketika ingin mencapai kehidupan yang lebih baik tentunya pendidikanlah yang merupakan jawabannya, karena dari pendidikan melaihirkan hal-hal yang kreatif, inovatif dalam menapaki setiap perkembangan zaman.Merdeka belajar adalah program kebijakan baru Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia (Kemendikbud RI). Mendikbud telah menerbitkan Surat Edaran (SE) Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar dalam penentuan Kelulusan Peserta Didik dan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 yang ditujukan kepada Gubernur dan Bupati/Walikota Seluruh Indonesia. Merdeka Belajar merupakan konsep baru dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Konsepnya ialah siswa maupun mahasiswa diberikan kebebasan dalam memilih aktivitas pembelajarannya.  Dibutuhkan kesiapan guru dan dosen dalam upaya merespon kebijakan tersebut

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kestresan guru dengan efikasi diri di SDN Kamal 02 Pagi, metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan 17 sampel guru SDN Kamal 02 Pagi dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data kestresan guru dan efikasi diri menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis data yaitu terdapat hubungan tingkat kestresan guru dengan efikasi diri dengan persamaan regresi Y= 14.282+( 0,659) x yang mengalami peningkatan sedangkan pada variabel efikasi diri mengalami penurunan dengan taraf signifikasi yaitu 0,199> 0,05.

Abstract

This study discusses the Characteristics of the Head of the SDIT AL Mustopa in the Privilege of School Education. This study aims to determine the leadership of the Head of the Foundation in the privilege of Education. Foundations have an important role in advancing education, especially in madrasas, most of which are private madrasas. This study focuses on the role and function of foundations in improving the quality of education in madrasas. This study aims to determine the role of the SDIT AL Mustopa Foundation in managing madrasas, especially in achieving the National Education Standards. In addition, this study also wants to know how the function of the foundation, especially in fostering in madrasas managed by the foundation. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results showed that the role of the SDIT AL Mustopa i foundation in providing education in Kindergarten, elementary school, junior school, high school SDIT AL Mustopa was quite good in providing education at the SDIT AL Mustopa Foundation in accordance with the National Education Standards, the Foundation had more of a role in financial management, resource management. Humans (HR), and infrastructure. The function of fostering the foundation has been carried out, especially in the development of human resources (HR), coaching in increasing faith and piety to Allah swt. And coaching in mastering science and technology in accordance with the times. In addition to coaching in the world of education, the SDIT AL Mustopa Foundation also helps in the fields of health, economy, social and religion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of SDIT Tiara Aksara Tangerang City as one of the superior schools, this study was conducted to know more deeply how the profile of a superior school is. This research is a quantitative research which analyzed by survey and descriptive method. Data were collected through field observations, interviews and documents related to the Tiara Aksara foundation in the form of organizational reports and personal documents as well as visual documents such as photos. Based on research on the effect of the profile of the foundation on the image of the school at SDIT Tiara Aksara Tangerang in this thesis it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the profile of the foundation on the image of the SDIT Tiara Aksara Tangerang school. This can be seen from the calculation of the SPSS researchers with the obtained t-count = 7.747 and t-table = 2.048, then t-count = 7.747 > t-table 2.048 at a significant level of 5%. The profile of the foundation's contribution to the school's image made by the calculation results of the SPPS correlation is 0.826 with a coefficient of determination of 0.682 which means that 68.2% of the school's image is determined by the profile of the foundation, while 31.8% is determined by other factors not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the principal's visionary leadership has on the management of the school's vision and mission at SDI DAARUL HUDA in Jati Uwung, Banten. This research uses a literature study approach or can be called library research, with qualitative methods. Through research from various journals, it shows that the visionary leadership of the principal is an important factor that must be built together in an effort to achieve the management of the school's vision and mission, so that the synergy of the visionary leadership of the principal is expected to improve the vision and mission in elementary schools.

Abstract

Background is the focus of this study is the comparison of ordinary school management with boarding school management for improvement or additional management in schools so that it not only aims to improve the quality of learning and realize national education goals but also pay attention to education. wider Islam so that this generation becomes a generation with good character in accordance with the objectives of character education. The purpose to provide knowledge about the differences between ordinary school management and boarding school management which can later be reviewed for management improvement in schools so that they can improve the quality of schools by also paying attention to Islamic education. The method used is a type of library research, namely systematic activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading it, writing and reviewing research materials. As a results There needs to be a new touch in the concept and practice of education management. The need for an increase in religious matters in ordinary school management in order to realize the goals of character education and the need for more attention and assistance with facilities for boarding schools. The conclusion is that proper management is needed to achieve educational goals in improving quality. Ordinary schools and boarding schools are all equally good places to gain knowledge, it's just a matter of reforming and realizing better school management by also increasing Islamic education for children who have good faith and character. That’s why to reach the dreams of the nation's children, it is necessary to improve facilities and highly qualified teaching staff.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education through school culture at Amanah Elementary School. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes and analyzes data objectively according to the data found in the field, also because in this study did not use statistical analysis procedures or data processing procedures in the form of numbers. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews techniques, observation techniques, and documentation study techniques. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers, and students. Subject selection was chosen based on certain considerations. The results showed that SD Amanah had achieved indicators of school success in implementing character education through the school culture itself. The character values implemented through school culture include: discipline, creativity, national spirit, respect for achievement, friendly/ communicative, peace-loving.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of Fullday School activities in the formation of religious character in fourth grade students of SDIT AR-RIDHO Binong, Tangerang Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research conducted by analyzing and explaining the activities of the Fullday School subject to the research, namely the fourth grade students of SDIT AR-RIDHO. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation which are then collected using descriptive methods that describe the data to obtain a real form from the respondents, making it easier for researchers or other people who are interested in the results of the research conducted. The results of the study show that the Fullday School system can be a very supportive system in the process of forming religious character in fourth grade students of SDIT AR-RIDHO BINONG, Tangerang Regency. Based on the research, that the analysis of Class IV Fullday School activities at SDIT AR-RIDHO BINONG has been carried out well with the support of adequate facilities, infrastructure, superior human resources, interactive intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman nilai Budi Pekerti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru kelas IV, dan Siswa kelas IV SDN Rancagong II Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles And Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penanaman Budi Pekerti sudah terimplementasi dengan baik, hal ini ditunjukan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Siswa, hambatan yang terjadi yaitu kurang nya metode yang diajarkan oleh guru, solusi yang diberikan merupakan kerja sama antara semua pihak terkait dengan lingkungan sekolah, peraturan sekolah.

Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the low development of early reading skills in grade 1 elementary school students at biMBA-AIUEO Kramat Semanan. This study also aims to improve early reading skills using flash card media in pre-school age children. The subject of this study consisted of 13 children, 8 boys and 5 girls. This research is a classroom action research that uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart research model while the data collection techniques used by observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique using quantitative descriptive percentage. The results shows that the early reading ability of children at biMBA-AIUEO Kramat Semanan improved gradually by using flash card media through the steps, namely, recognizing the relationship of letters to sounds, distinguishing letters/recognizing familiar letters, mentioning words with the same initial letters, combining syllables into words, mentioning pictures that have words, and reading words clearly. The improvement can be proven from the result of the first cycle research is in the criteria of developing as expected by 53%, then increase in cycle II to 80%, and increasing to 96.3% in the third cycle. From the description above, it can be concluded that using flash card media can improve early reading skills in pre-school age children at biMBA-AIUEO Kramat Semanan, Kalideres District, West Jakarta.
