Abstract

Proses pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa  Provinsi Kalimantan Timur masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga dalam pengelolaan masih belum terstruktur. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan rancangan system informasi penatalaksanaan pengarsipan surat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi pengelololaan data arsip surat pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa berbasis Web. Metode yang diterapkan dalam membangunan sistem informasi ini adalah mode waterfall. Hasil dari proses penelitian ini menghasilkan system informasi yang sudah sesuai dengan keinginan dan dapat membantu pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa.

Abstract

The number of dengue fever sufferers has increased at a reasonably high level. The high number of cases of dengue fever is sometimes different from the availability of information owned by the department or local government about the areas where dengue fever is spread. Therefore, clustering areas prone to dengue fever needs to be carried out to provide information for interested parties so that the government can take appropriate handling measures based on the level of its spread. The clustering algorithm used is K-Means. The calculation methods used are Euclidean Distance, Manhattan Distance and Minkowski Distance. Accuracy calculations of the three distance methods are carried out using the Sum of Squared Error (SSE) to determine the ideal distance calculation. In addition, SSE is also used to see the optimal number of clusters. Based on data on the number of cases of dengue fever in Samarinda City for five years from various regions, the results show that cluster C1 is a high vulnerability level, C2 is a medium vulnerability level, and C3 is a low vulnerability level. Furthermore, three clusters are the ideal number for clustering because it has a smaller SSE value. The perfect distance measurement method is the Minkowski Distance because the Minkowski Distance SSE difference is the lowest among the other distance methods, which is 13.0803.

Abstract

Pelayanan kepada masyarakat di kantor desa masih terdapat beberapa masalah yang saat ini pendataan kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil berupa data atau laporan belum dapat secara maksimal didayagunakan untuk pelayanan publik. Banyak peristiwa seperti kelahiran, kematian, data penduduk pindah, dan data penduduk datang belum ditata secara benar bahkan masih adanya penduduk yang belum memiliki dokumen kependudukan selain itu juga permasalahan yang ada adalah belum terintegrasinya database kependudukan untuk kepentingan-kepentingan yang lain yang pada dasarnya setiap informasi yang diperoleh adalah  dari data penduduk, karena pada sistem yang lama sering terjadinya kehilangan arsip- arsip penting sehingga sering terlambatnya data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat sehingga pelayanannya pun menjadi kurang baik dan maksimal. Menjadi sangat penting bagi pihak kantor desa adanya suatu sistem yang terintegrasi dengan baik, diperlukan “Sistem Informasi Administrasi Data Kependudukan Berbasis Web Pada Kantor Desa Benua Puhun Kecamatan Muara Kaman”.   Penelitian ini menggunakan model siklus hidup pengembangan sistem waterfall dan sistem informasi pelayanan kependudukan berbasis web. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa sistem informasi administrasi pelayanan kependudukan ini dapat mempermudah dalam aktifitas pelayanan kependudukan di tingkat desa, dengan fasilitas membuat surat pengatar pengajuan baru kartu keluarga, kartu tanda pendudukan dan surat keterangan kelahiran, kematian, pindah serta domisili.

Abstract

Permasalahan gizi buruk yang terjadi di Indonesia menjadi sebuah tantangan yang nyata bagi pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Salah satu gizi buruk kronis yang menyerang balita di Indonesia yaitu stunting (tubuh pendek). Masalah stunting sering dialami oleh anak-anak di Indonesia. Dalam satu dekade terakhir, balita yang terindikasi stunting cenderung tidak mengalami perbaikan. Jika terus dibiarkan stunting akan mengakibatkan masalah serius yang dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan dari anak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pencegahan sejak dini terkait masalah stunting pada anak. Pada penelitian kali ini akan dibuat sebuah website untuk melakukan deteksi stuntung pada balita. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan metode sistem pakar forward chaining yang menggunakan pengkondisian manual pada bahasa pemrograman python dan machine learning menggunakan K-Nearest Neighbor. Hasil dari sistem pakar forward chaining memiliki akurasi prediksi yang lebih baik karena dapat memprediksi dengan benar 10/10 pengujijan yang diberikan, sedangkan dengan menggunakan machine learning K-Nearest Neighbour hanya dapat memprediksi benar 8/10 pengujian yang telah diberikan. Kemudian metode yang terpilih akan dilakukan deploying kedalam website. Pada tahap deploying, metode yang digunakan adalah forward chaining.

Abstract

Websites are very effectively used as information media because there are visual elements in the form of images and text that can impress consumers. Solusimedsosku is a form of e-commerce and an SMM panel platform in Indonesia that provides various social media services. The success and failure of a product development is largely determined by the test results. The testing and implementation that the researchers carried out aims to determine the level of acceptance of the Solusimedsosku website, both in terms of design, service and efficiency so that based on this evidence it can be concluded whether the system being tested has been acceptable or not. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the User Acceptance Test Within Information System Solusimedsosku. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the responses of respondents using the Solusimedsosku information system based on the level of system acceptance taken from 3 aspects of the assessment, namely design (appearance), service, and efficiency are very strong, with a percentage of 84%.

Abstract

The partner's issues were related to environmental health and digital marketing literacy. This area often experienced floods, lacked organized waste management, and had low awareness and knowledge of domestic waste management. Besides that, the partner had an interest in cultivating ornamental plants with economic value. “Dogima” program was a collaboration between health and digital marketing education. Health education includes training on domestic waste management, especially the separation of organic and inorganic waste, which is then used as raw material for composting. Digital marketing education involves training in creating digital posters as marketing for selling plants. The aim of this activity was to enhance the partner's skills in transforming domestic waste into economical products. The stages of the activity start with planning, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The implementation of “Dogima” program found that there was an 89% increase in knowledge and a 92% improvement in skills in domestic waste management and created a simple poster for digital marketing on social media. This knowledge and skill improvement could improve the quality of environmental health and digital marketing capabilities which will increase the health independence of partners. The partner's response to this activity was very positive and allowed for its continuous implementation.
