Abstract

Uji Kompetensi Keahlian  (UKK) merupakan penilaian yang  diselenggarakan khusus bagi siswa SMK untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi siswa. UKK dilaksanakan di akhir masa studi oleh Lembaga  Sertifikasi Profesi atau satuan pendidikan terakreditasi bersama mitra dunia usaha dan industri. Hasil  UKK bagi peserta  didik akan menjadi indikator ketercapaian standar kompetensi lulusan. Sedangkan bagi stakeholder, hasil UKK dijadikan sumber informasi atas kompetensi yang dimiliki  calon tenaga kerja. Materi  UKK disusun berdasarkan skema sertifikasi sesuai dengan jenjang kualifikasi peserta uji yang memuat kemampuan melaksanakan pekerjaan spesifik, operasional, dan penjaminan mutu. Kendala yang sering terjadi yaitu tidak semua sekolah bisa menyiapkan peralatan sesuai standar industri. Kendala lain dalam persiapan pelaksanaan UKK adalah kemampuan guru yang tidak standar sebagai penguji atau pemateri internal dalam ujian-ujian UKK, sehingga kemampuan siswa dalam menerima materi dan menyelesaikan soal-soal UKK juga menjadi masalah. Untuk itu dilakukan pelatihan untuk membantu para guru produktif dan murid-murid SMK Kartika 1 Surabaya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuannya, khususnya terkait dengan materi jaringan berbasis Cisco dan Mikrotik. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam pengabdian ini adalah pembuatan modul-modul latihan, pemberian materi secara konseptual dan praktik dalam sebuah workshop seperti setting dan simulasi peralatan, serta adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta pelatihan terkait jaringan komputer guna mempersiapkan UKK di SMK Kartika 1 Surabaya.

Abstract

Education Department Surabaya city agencies are responsible for improving the quality of education. To determine the quality of education evaluation in schools using indicators thats contained in the National Education Standards (SNP) include Content Standards, Standard Process, Graduates Competency Standards, Standards Teachers and Education Personnel, Infrastructure Standards, Standards Management, Standard Funding and Assessment Standards.Indicators in the SNP derived from sub-indicators are 80 sub-indicators to each sub indicator recommendations that are needed by elementary school (SD) Interior, SD Private and Government Elementary School (MI).With the number of schools as many as 463 primary schools, 438 private primary schools, and 151 MI resulted in Elementary Education (Pendas) only evaluates several schools Pendas has a limitation of human resources in evaluating schools as well as the time used to evaluate only three weeks.To overcome these obstacles, the solution that is needed is the creation of applications evaluation elementary schools that can speed the evaluation process of the school. Making these applications follow the stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate proposals on supervision and facilitation for guidance in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Library of Surabaya government provides the aim of ensuring the service which is always oriented to the satisfaction of the people. For that reason, it needs customer satisfaction measurement procedure. However, Surabaya library has difficulties in processing data, analyzing data, up to the present report. It has an impact on delays and errors in reporting the results of the measurement of customer satisfaction. To overcome these problems, it was made an application as the solution of analyzing the effect of service quality. The process of making the application starts from data processing to determine the value of the variables. The results of the process were analyzed using linear regression method. This method can indicate a causal relationship to know which types of library services affect customer satisfaction. Further analysis of the results can be presented in the form of a report automatically as the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction in Surabaya library. At the implementation phase, this application is used to demonstrate the feasibility of testing the value of 100%. Based on tests on sample data questionnaire in 2012 for public library service, the result showed that service quality influences the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. Bumi Samudera Jaya is one of many shipbuilding sub-contractor in Indonesia. To achieve the competitive advantage for bringing the best service for its client, the company needs a solution to formulate the IS/IT strategic plan. There are implications if the company don’t implement the IS/IT strategic planning such as IS/IT investation, information distribution, IS/IT human resource development, monitoring function and no IS/IT prioritization in the company. To overcome those problems, company needs to implement the strategic planning to plan the IS/IT implementation with Ward & Peppard approach and formulate the business IS strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, application portofolio and application portfolio roadmap. The results of this research are 28 IS/IT solutions. IT strategy with output such as network architecture, hardware & software, platform and database. IS/IT management strategy with IS/IT human resource structure. Application portfolio with 7 solutions in strategic quadrant, 9 solutions in key operational quadrant, 10 solutions in support quadrant and 2 solutions in high potential quadrant. Application portfolio roadmap with 5 batch of category based on value chain stream which plotted in term of 5 years of implementation from last year of 2018 until year 2023, the detail of IS/IT funding and urgency assessment based on risk calculation for every IS/IT solution.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) provides the aim of improving the quality of service becomes faster, more convenient, and accurate on the basis of human resources (HR) is competent. Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) & Umum is part assigned to training for all employees PDC. Based on identification and analysis of problems, SDI & Umum has a problem in the process of determining the training needs for assessment competence test has not shown effective results. Impact, time to analyze customer samples will be long and causing delays lab results. This resulted in the PDC service quality to decrease. To overcome these problems, then made application solutions competency-based training needs analysis. This application can analyze the value of the results of competency tests to generate the amount of tolerance gap on the type and level of competence. Analysis of the gap tolerance can be seen priority training needs for each employee. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation of systems, applications have suitability between the results of calculations using the application with using manual calculations. The application obtained the information gap that training needs are categorized by level knowledge, skill, and attitude.

Abstract

PHC hospitals are type B hospitals in Surabaya that implement IT to provide effectiveness in business processes. Currently the need for IT services is increasing and IT is increasingly sophisticated, this makes PHC hospitals continue to improve IT quality. The authorized part in IT development is the board level for evaluating, directing and monitoring IT. But at this time in the hospital there were no risk assessments, IT policies, monitoring of IT risk management, determination of IT standards and IT HR management, so that the implementation was not in accordance with the needs and caused re-changes in implementation requiring time, effort and costs for research .In solving the problem solving there needs to be an IT governance that focuses on board level, the framework that can be used is CobIT5, which has support for managing board level parts, namely Evaluation, Direct Monitoring (EDM),The results of this information technology governance design in the form of 33 recommendations for achieving capability level 1. 33 These recommendations are obtained from output work products that include 5 EDM domains that can ensure having a governance framework, IT benefits that support business, risk optimization, resource optimization and stakeholder transparency.Keywords: Information Technology Governance, Board Level, CobIT5, EDM.

Abstract: Department of Transportation is implementing elements of regional autonomy, which hold the majority of regional government affairs, the field of Communications., The Department of Transportation to apply timeliness in doing recording, reporting Letters, Department of Transportation often have inaccuracies in the distribution of letter, it made the performance becomes late addition to distribution, There are difficulties experienced by secretary part, these difficulties such as the mail storage (archiving). During the archiving process is done well. However, for the maintenance of the archives of the letter can be accomplished and is still experiencing some difficulties, difficulty finding process letter, affect the shrinkage process should be done by letter secretary section.Through the analysis, to overcome the experiences to which there is by utilizing information technology based on the concept of mail management to support the process receiving, data collection, distribution, archiving, anddeliveryofletters.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the web-based management application letter can provide ease of Acceptance of incoming mail from internal and external, to record, archive and distribute up to send mail out.

Abstract

In East Java, the unit technical of operational and the development of vocational education (UPT.PPPK) have work such as train, development of vocational education, administration and community service. The quality implementation of vocational education does vocational training for students, teachers and community education. During improvement of training, UPT.PPPK do the procedure of measurement of customer satisfaction. It is useful for process analysis of customer satisfaction but there are some problems that are filling up the questionnaire of customer satisfaction manually, one of the content of questionnaire of customer satisfaction is static of questionnaire variable so that it does not produce a complex variable services, the process and analysis of questionnaire manually which use Microsoft Excel so that there are delay of making the report and follow-up the process of improvement services. Based on that problem, it requires an application for analysis the measurement of customer satisfaction. The application would uses a method measurement service quality and multiple linear regressions. By using the application, it reduces the risk of analyzing the data of measurement of customer satisfaction and achieves customer satisfaction

Abstract

Public health center of Jagir Surabaya is a functional health organization under working units of Surabaya City Health Department. Public health center of Jagir Surabaya also a center for the development of public health services in charge of organizing health development in the District Jagir. During the calculation of the workload carried is based solely on the amount of volume on description of duties and responsibilities carried out at one of the health workers. Whereas in fact, the calculation of the workload of health workers who do need to refer to the Guidelines for Preparation of HR planning by using WISN (Work Load Indicator Staffing Need) as determined by the Minister of Health to serve as guidelines and are implemented by all Unit Health Services (including hospitals).Therefore, these problems need to be created a system that can help the public health center of Jagir in conducting the process of calculating the workload of health workers based on the method WISN.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the application evaluation of health workers workload with methods WISN can help the public health center of Jagir to perform the calculation and reporting of the amount of labor requirements of health and be able to support later in the planning process of health personnel so as to improve the quality and the health service public health center of Jagir Surabaya
