Abstract

The present research intends to identify and analyze the effects of social bonding on customers loyalty, and analyze the effects of social bonding on customers loyalty with customer trust as a moderating variable. Population is the all customer product deposit of the Bank Sultra Branch Konawe, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Respondents were taken by convenience sampling method. Data is obtained by the questionnaire method. The data is then analyzed by structural equation modeling method using AMOS software version 24.0. Results reveal that; Social bonding has a significant effect on customer loyalty; and customer trust moderates the effect of social bonding on customer loyalty, with a position as a quasi moderator.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample of 61 samples consisting of a secretary, head of division, head of section, and functional staff of the RRI Kendari Public Broadcasting Institute. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 software application.The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the compensation, the higher the performance of the resulting employee as well as the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance, and compensation and work discipline have an interaction with the employee's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze: (1). To determine and analyze the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi, (2). To find out and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi and (3). To find out and analyze the effect of competitive advantage on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi. This study used 50 respondents who made kahianga coffee in Wakatobi. While the data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of Multiple Linear Regression using the program packagesoftware SPSS Version 24.0.The results of this study are (1).Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi, (2). Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi, and (3)Competitive advantage has a positive and significant impact on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline, organizational commitment and work environment on the performance of personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit with a sample of 56 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software.  The results showed that (1) Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Personnel Performance at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit, (2) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant impact on Personnel Performance at the Sabhara Polres Unit. Kendari, and (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the personnel in the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of perception in consumer decisions to use the Covid-19 vaccine. The unit of analysis in this study was Halu Oleo University students, with a total of 30 informants who were determined by accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through observation and interviews, and then analyzed inductively. The results of the study show that perceptions of the Covid-19 vaccine play a role in consumers' decisions to use the Covid-19 vaccine..

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. (2) To determine the effect of segmentation on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. (3) To determine the effect of targeting on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. (4) To determine the effect of positioning on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. The population in this study is all customers of KM Warmindo whose number is unknown (unknown population). The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents with the determination of the sample referring to the statement of Hair et al. The data collection method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) Segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Segmentation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Targeting has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Positioning has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
