Abstract

The quality of outpatient services can be measured by the SERVQUAL model that takes into account 5 dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of service quality on outpatient satisfaction at the Apotek Puskesmas Puuwatu Kota Kendari. The subjects in this study were 34 outpatients. The analysis technique used is gap analysis to compare expectations and reality received by patients, normality test data based on questionnaire patient satisfaction that has been tested for validation. The results of this study indicate the average value of the gap in the pharmacy of Apotek Puskesmas Puuwatu Kota Kendari amounting to 0.27. From the value of the gap, the lowest gap value in the pharmacy center of Puuwatu is the place of service, and the provision of inadequate drug information of -0.24. Based on the paired t-test where significant value> 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so that means a significant difference between the quality of service to the satisfaction of patients in Apotek Puskesmas Puuwatu Kota Kendari. This study concludes that there is a significant gap between expectations and reality at the Apotek Puskesmas Puuwatu Kendari City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Kolaka Branch. The research design when viewed from the data collection method is survey research, when viewed from the analysis objectives, this research is explanatory research. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. Data obtained from 47 respondents. Data analysis used the Standardize Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model. The results, indicating that the correlation between the variables of compensation and work motivation on employee performance is quite strong. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that compensation and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the conclusions above, it is recommended for the Bank to consider the results of this study, namely if the compensation and work motivation increase can improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of work placement and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch; (2) To determine the effect of Work Placement on employee performance; (3) To determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch, totaling 30 people who were also used as the respondent unit. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that; (1) Work placement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch; (2) Job placement has a significant positive effect on employee performance; (3) Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of teacher competence on job satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher job satisfaction on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher competence on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency and teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction for junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency.The results of this study indicate that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction at Bombana Regency Junior High Schools. This means that the better the increase in competence, it will increase teacher job satisfaction. Teacher satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in teacher job satisfaction, the better the teacher's performance. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in competence, the better the performance of teachers. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through the satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that teacher competence is able to improve teacher performance through mediation of teacher job satisfaction..

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competencies, quality of work life and workload on employee job satisfaction in the ministry of the city / land office of the city of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in the ministry of the city / municipal land office of the city of Southeast Sulawesi with a sample of employees of 42 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM MSS software 22. The results showed that (1) competence, quality of work life and workload had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) competence had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (3) quality of word life has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and (4) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: competence, quality of work life, workload and employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline, organizational commitment and work environment on the performance of personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the personnel at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit with a sample of 56 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software.  The results showed that (1) Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Personnel Performance at the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit, (2) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant impact on Personnel Performance at the Sabhara Polres Unit. Kendari, and (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the personnel in the Kendari Police Sabhara Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: 1) leadership behavior on employee performance. 2) internal control over employee performance. 3) motivation towards employee performance. 4) leadership behavior, internal control and motivation on employee performance. The research method is to use quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis using SPSS software version 20. The sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 51 employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of South Konawe Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection is done using survey methods through questionnaires and interviews. The population of this study is the Hati Mulia Hospital in Kendari City, amounting to 80 people. Because the population in this study is relatively small, all the populations in the study were made as respondents. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that simultaneous compensation, organizational culture, and motivation had a positive and significant effect. Then partially compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: compensation, organizational culture, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of competencies on job satisfaction and employee performance and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance, then the mediating role of job satisfaction between competency and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Wakatobi District Transportation Agency. The research analysis unit is an employee of the Department of Transportation of Wakatobi Regency. The sample respondents were 50 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires followed by conducting in-depth interviews. The analytical method used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). Qualitative information is used to explore additional information relating to the results of hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant influence between competency and organizational commitment to job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as competency on employee performance, this illustrates that high organizational competency and commitment will have an impact on job satisfaction, the implications of which is improving performance . However, organizational commitment is not significant to employee performance, this indicates that a high commitment of an employee to the organization cannot influence the results of employee performance, meaning that work is not only based on commitment but there are other things that must be emphasized including skill abilities and even employee satisfaction. The workload given to him. Then there is a significant relationship between competency and organizational commitment to employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, meaning that organizational competence and commitment can significantly improve employee performance triggered by increased employee job satisfaction. Keywords: competence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of knowing 1) the effect of education and training on organizational commitment, 2) the effect of competence on organizational commitment, 3) the effect of education and training on personnel performance, 4) the effect of competence on personnel performance, 5) the effect of organizational commitment on personnel performance. , 6) the effect of education and training on personnel performance through organizational commitment, and 7) the effect of competence on personnel performance through organizational commitment. The object of this research is the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kendari Police. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of 42 questionnaires to all members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kendari Police and then processed with the PLS software application
