Abstract

One of work resistors of employee performance is stress. Stress can influencesomebody in any different way and various effect depend on the individual condition andthe potential source of evaluated job pressure, it may rise stress to somebody but not for theothers.The intention of this research is (1) to test the Influence of organizationalvariables (role conflict, blocked career, alienation, work over load, and unfavourablework environment) of work stress. (2) to test the Influence of variable of job experience asmoderation variable of work stress.The typical data used in this research is primary data which is taken away fromall nurses of Public Hospital of Moewardi Surakarta. 88 nurses are as the samplesdetermined by using stratified random sampling.The result of developed from multiple regression analysis shows that there ispositive influence of organizational variable to work stress of nurses. It indicates thatevery organizational variable improvement ; i.e role conflict, blocked career, alienation,work over load, and unfavourable work environment will improve work stressThis case performs that the individual difference from work experience point ofview taken an important role in facing the work reality. Individual who remains to belonger stay in work is the one who can hold up the stress, and then she/he developesmechanism to overcome it. Because mechanism development takes much time, so thelonger experience possessed by the nurse, the more possibility she can adapt to work stressBased on the result of data analysis that can be given some suggestion as follows.Considering organizational variable has a positive influence to nurse´s work stress, hencethe hospital management can execute some steps which could probably lessen the stress.The ways that can be done are; on the case of role conflict, the hospital management shallimprove the knowledge of nurse authority and its boundary also makes the target and jobplanning clear by using communications channel effectively. On blocked careerresistance, the information of carrier level is very needed ; On the separation case is notneeded to be controlled extremely; on responsibility work case may review each work´sunit adapting to its specified occupation; on environmental work case is needed to bearranged well, especially at work room which usually depend on visitors. Continuousstudy is needed by hospital management to anticipate nurse´s behavior changes atcomplicated environment work.Keyword: organizational factor and work stress

Abstract

The purpose of this study are  1) Testing the influence of organizational variables (conflict, career barriers, excess workload, work environment unpleasant and alienation) on job stress. 2) Testing the influence of gender as a variable moderating variables on work stress. Research conducted at the University of Tunas Pebangunan Surakarta. The population in this study is the entire educational staff is available at the University of Tunas Pembangunan Surakarta by 70 people. The samples taken were 70 academic staff as respondents. Sampling technique using saturated sampling that all members of the population sampled. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with data analysis using hierarchical regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the hierarchical regression analysis found that the main effect of the stress of work contained in the University of Tunas Pebangunan Surakarta is the role of conflict, alienation, workload, work environment and career obstacles. Stress employees work at the University of Tunas Pebangunan Surakarta can be explained by organizational factors which consist of role conflict, alienation, workload, work environment and career barriers and gender by 98 % , while the remaining 12 % is explained by other factors beyond our model this. The interaction of role conflict and career barriers in the presence of gender as a variable moderating effect of work stress weakens. It is evident from the variable role conflict and career barriers significantly positively while the other variables are not significant, so the variable factors of organizational interaction with gender shows that the smaller the effect of the stress of work. From these results it can be stated that the gender of job stress can weaken the employees at the University of Tunas Pebangunan Surakarta.

Abstract

To respond  increasing complexity and dynamism of the needs of consumers,  the company formed an alliance organization of sales with other sales organizations, it aim to building a more cooperative marketing system and maintain an ongoing relationship with consumers. The purpose of this study were (1) To find empirical evidence of the influence of intensity to the level of trust and communication with the cooperation that exists. (2) to find empirical evidence of the influence of commitment to cooperation that exists. (3) to find empirical evidence of the influence of trust with the cooperation and effectiveness of relationship marketing (3) to find empirical evidence of the influence of co-operation with the effectiveness of relationship marketing. The types of data used in this study is the primary data drawn from retailers Tbk PT Indofarma Global Medika in Central Java. Sample as many as 100 persons determined by the method of random sampling. The results of analysis using Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) technique has been found that there was a positive influence on the intensity of communication with the level of trust and cooperation,   significant effect between the commitment to cooperation that exists; there is a reciprocal relationship between trust in co-operation;   influence on the effectiveness of the relationship of trust variables marketing, and there was a positive influence between the variables of cooperation with the effectiveness of relationship marketing. .Given the factors that influence relationship marketing such as communication, commitment, trust and cooperation have significant impact both directly and indirectly towards relationship marketing, therefore, should the management of PT Indofarma Global Medika Tbk. maximize the influence of these factors. Some ways that may be made by the management; companies need to do better interactions with retailers, enhance intimacy and learn the appropriate service expectations of retailers, giving attention to the ongoing transaction, and give attention to the relationship that the transaction in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were: (1) To examine and measure the partial influence between social capital, human capital, and entrepreneurship motivation to business success on micro small medium business actors in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city (2) To know the most dominant factor of influence to the success of the business to small and medium entrepreneurs in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city   The study was conducted on UKM entrepreneurs in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city. The population in this study is all the UKMs in Banjarsari sub district which amounted to 18,916 UKMs. The samples taken as many as 50 UKMs. The sampling technique was done by simple random method.. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with data analysis techniques using logistic regression analysis.   The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of social capital, human capital, and entrepreneurial motivation to the success of the business on small and medium entrepreneurs in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city. Social capital has the strongest influence among human capital and entrepreneurship motivation.   The success of the business in micro small medium enterprises in Banjarsari sub district of Surakarta city can be explained by the variable of social capital, human capital, and entrepreneurship motivation of 65.50%, while the rest 34, 50% explained by the variable outside the model of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui keberadaan dan kondisi organisasi Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta di tengah pandemi covid – 19 (2) mengetahui kondisi manajemen organisasi Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta di tengah pandemi covid – 19 (3) mengetahui pelaksanaan pembinaan prestasi Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta di tengah pandemi covid – 19. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada organisasi Pencak Silat di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Unit analisisnya Pencak Silat di Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara secara mendalam, dan observasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengurus, pelatih dan atlet Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pelaksanaan manajemen Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta pada umumnya sudah berjalan dengan baik. : (a) Organisasi Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta dimasa pandemi covid 19 ini berjalan dengan baik yang mana sudah memiliki unsur unsur organisasi, seperti: kepengurusan dan manajemen organisasi, anggaran dasar rumah tangga, anggaran dana, dan rencana kerja yang mana tidak memiliki kendala berarti. Dari semua unsur sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, sedangkan manajemen Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta juga sudah cukup baik, dimana terus berupaya memfasilitasi atlet untuk menjaga kondisi untuk tetap berprestasi. (b) Perencanaan pembinaan program latihan di Pencak Silat Kota Surakarta menggunakan skema latihan virtual dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom/Google Meet. Dimana pelatih memberikan program dengan instruksi dan koreksi secara langsung. Sedang dalam adaptasi dikarenakan kondisi perangkat baik jaringan dan fasilitas yang digunakan berbeda beda dengan harapan dapat mempertahankan kondisi dan prestasi ditengah pandemi covid-19. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap konflik pekerjaan - keluarga berbasis waktu, berbasis tekanan dan berbasis perilaku, pada karyawan wanita di industri tekstil dikota Surakarta(2) Menganalisa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita di industri tektile dikota Surakarta (3) Menganalisa pengaruh konflik pekerjaan-keluarga berbasis waktu, berbasis tekanan dan berbasis perilaku, terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita di industri tekstil dikota Surakarta (4) Menganalisa efek mediasi konflik pekerjaan - keluarga berbasis waktu, berbasis tekanan dan berbasis perilaku pada pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita di industri tekstil dikota Surakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di industri tekstil kota Surakarta dengan mengambil objek sebagai populasi adalah PT. Sari Warna Asli Garment, PT Kusuma Mulia Textile. PT Tantra Textile Industry PT Putri Sakti Mahkota Kresno, dan PT.Keris Inoue Nissho indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 karyawan wanita, dengan menggunakan metode propotional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik jalur analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap konflik pekerjaan-keluarga berbasis waktu, berbasis tekanan dan berbasis perilaku (2) iklim organisasi berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita di industri tekstil kota Surakarta (3) konflik pekerjaan-keluarga berbasis waktu, berbasis tekanan dan berbasis perilaku, berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita di industri tekstil kota Surakarta (4) Terdapat efek mediasi konflik pekerjaan-keluarga berbasis waktu, berbasis tekanan dan berbasis perilaku pada pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita di industri tekstil kota Surakarta. Abstract

A good organization is an organization that seeks to improve its human resource capabilities, because it is a main factor for improving performance. The important things that need to be considered include; Safe, profitable and satisfactory working conditions also contribute to increasing employee motivation on work. In addition, work content is also no less important to measure employee performance.Original work content is the contents of the work or task given to employees and it is one of the supporting factors that provide smoothness of work motivation. The purpose of this study were to: (1) analyze and explain the effect of working conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) knowing and analyzing the mediation effect of discipline in the influence of work conditions and work content on employee performance. This research was conducted at the employees of the former Surakarta Residency Office of Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri and Sragen, which are usually sacrificed (Subo Suko Wono Sraten or Solo Raya), each of which has 25 employees, so that the total total is 125 employees. Then each region was taken by 15 employees as respondents. The Path analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable mediated by the mediation variable. The results of the study found that (1) there is a positive influence and significant work conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) there is a direct influence that is better than working conditions and work content on employee performance than must be mediated by discipline. Abstract

Penelitian ini  meneliti  tentang wisata budaya yang ada di  Kota Solo sebagai objek penelitian.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling merupakan teknik sampling yang memiliki kriteria yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 125 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel e-wom memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel minat berkunjung dan keputusan berkunjung, selain itu variabel minat berkunjung juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel keputusan berkunjung. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi e-wom dapat mempengaruhi minat berkunjung dan keputusan untuk berkunjung wisatawan ke Kota Solo, sehingga kota Solo harus memiliki keunggulan dan diferensiasi dari kota-kota lain, agar keunikan tersebut menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke kota Solo.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) To examine and analyze the partial impact of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the Main Branch Office of Social Security ( BPJS) Surakarta. (2) To examine and analyze the impact of employee engagement mediation on the impact of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the main branch office of Social Security (BPJS)Surakarta. This research was conducted in Surakarta, by taking the subject of employees at the Social Security (BPJS) Surakarta Main Branch which consists of several District Operational Service Offices (KLOK Kantor PelayananOperasionalKabupaten), namely KLOK Karanganyar, KLOK Sragen, KLOK Wonogiri and KLOK Sukoharjo. The results of the study found that the direct impact and indirect impact indicate that both pathways are effective, so that the Talent Management and Knowledge Management variables need to be maintained. The direct impact of Talent Management is greater than the indirect impact, while the direct impact of Knowledge Management is smaller than the indirect impact. There are positive and significant direct and indirect impacts between Talent Management and Knowledge Management on employee performance, so that employee attachment mediation as a mediating variable is partial mediation. Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) To measure and test the effect of both partially and simultaneously social media Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram on increasing sales. 2) To find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on increasing sales of laundry services at Queen Laundry Solo. This research was conducted by taking the research location at Queen Laundry Solo, while the object of this research was customers who had used Queen laundry services. Considering that the arrival of consumers cannot be known, so that the distribution of the population is unknown, according to Cooper and Schindler the number of samples taken is 96 consumers. The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously social media Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram had a positive and significant effect on increasing sales at Queen Laundry Solo. It is also known that social media through Whatsapp has the most dominant influence on increasing sales. The increase in sales at Queen Laundry can be explained by social media Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram by 79.70% and the remaining 20.30% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.
