Abstract

There are four factors on tax compliance, namely: awareness of the taxpayer, the taxpayer opinion about the severity of the burden of income tax, the taxpayer perceptions of the implementation of the income tax penalties, taxpayers and tax evasion inherent in individual taxpayer. The data were obtained through questionnaires with 100 people sample taxpayers tax office in Semarang Tengah Satu. The research method used is a simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant the adjusted R square value or the coefficient of determination of taxpayer an influence for 56.5% of the income tax revenues. While the remaining 43.5% is the influence of other variables that are not observed. The conclusions of this study based on table F, note that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant.  Advice can be given to taxpayers in order to understand and comply with tax taxation laws such as penalties for taxpayers who violate the rules of taxation and tax payers.

Abstract

Purchasing of stocks is one of the alternate investation that is interesting for the investors, because there are two returns that will be expected. The first is dividend,  Second is Capital Gains. The benefit ability of high companies can also increase the stock prices. Ratio - the ratio of liquidity such as Current Ratio (CR), profitability such as Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE), and the ratio of activities such as Total Asset Turnover (TATO) can affect the company's stock price.This research aims to determine the effect of the ratio of  Current Ratio (CR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Stock Prices. Population as well as the sample in this research is a state-owned company financial / BUMN data listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 and 2012 and it is obtained 13 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection in this research is done by downloading the Annual Report the companies through the website www.idx.co.id . In the data analysis uses the classical assumption test, simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS program.The results show variable Current Ratio (CR) has an influence on the stock price of 0.220,but not significant. Variable Return on Investment (ROI) has an influence on the stock price of 0.360, but not significant. Variable Return on Equity (ROE) have an influence on the stock price of 0.655. Variable Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has an influence on the stock price of 0,439. Variable Current Ratio (CR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a positive influence simultaneously to the stock prices that is equal to 77,6%. This suggests that all of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) 2010-2012 State Owned Company can affect the stock prices.

Abstract

Intense competition among brands cause a company must have a good marketing strategy and branding right decision, which may encourage customers to make repeat purchases. Store image, store atmosphere, brand association and brand awareness are all factors that are considered by consumers to make the purchase again. Within 3 (three) categories of cosmetic products found fluctuation index of top brand, it shows that in terms of purchasing decisions, the brand experienced a decline. This study aims to determine the effect of store image, store atmosphere, brand association, and brand awareness to re-purchase decisions with a population of 100 respondents taken menggunakam purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Measurement scale using Likert scale. Analysis of data using the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, regression analysis, t test, and F test using SPSS 20.0. The results of this study show that the variable store image, store atmosphere, brand association, and brand awareness has a positive and significant impact on repeat purchasing decisions. Based on the results of this study, so companies are advised to continue to increase purchases by extending the space inside the store, and increase the variety of products for male consumers.

Abstract

Business competition more stringent demand of a bank to improve its performance in order to attract investor. Investors before sinking their capital requires information about the performance of companies. The ratio of financial analysis such as CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, NIM and BOPO an alternative to test whether reduce its financial can be used to perform a prediction against the provision of credits the future. The ratio CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, NIM and BOPO devired from internal condition bank concerned. When the factors in a state of healthy and the bank can be achieved. The problem in this research is the existence of dissent from the results of previous researches. The purpose of this research is to analyze influence CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA and BOPO to Credit Loan on PD. BPR BKK Pati City period 2007 – 2012.The data used is data secondary quarter from the financial report published by the PD. BPR BKK Pati City. The technique of the sample is purposive of sampling. Techniques that we use is linear regression analysis.Based on the linear regression worship of idols this research concludes that capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio and the operational cost operational income influential positive and significantly to the provision of credit. Meanwhile, non performing loan and return on assets negative effects and significantly to the provision of credit while net interest margin negative effects and insignificant against the provision of credit. Simultaneously there is significant influence between CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, NIM and BOPO to Credit Loan with a coefficient determination of 0,960.Suggestion that can be conveyed based on the result analysis indicated that the management of the bank NPL ratio and ROA, it is necessary to pay close attention to because both the ratio of the bank financial is variable the most dominant and consistent in effecting a decrease in credit loan. While factors that affects the increase in credit loan is CAR, LDR, BOPO. This can be used as guidelines either by the company management, in the management of the company and by investors in determining an investment strategy.
