Bahan Ajar PPKN Berbasis Karakter dan Literasi untuk Siswa Kelas IX SMP Al Hikmah Surabaya Sriyanto Sriyanto

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan bahan ajar PPKn Berbasis Karakter dan Literasi Siswa kelas IX yang dirancang lebih menarik, melatih mandiri, kreatif dan inovasi, sesuai kebutuhan siswa serta mengembangkan kompetensi, karakter dan literasi siswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan Dick, Carey & Carey (2001) yang disesuaikan dengan keperluan pengembangan. Teknik analisis ini digunakan untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh melalui lembar evaluasi dalam bentuk deskriptif persentase. Hasil validasi dari ahli desain pembelajaran mencapai 92.5%. Sedangkan dari ahli materi bahan ajar yang dikembangkan mencapai 89.3%. Hasil uji coba pada siswa, persentase kelayakan secara keseluruhan mencapai 83.66%. Sedangkan Review dari guru mencapai 78.41% serta respon melalui angket mendapatkan respon sangat baik. Dari data dan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) yang memiliki kualifikasi sangat baik, dan mengembangkan ranah kompetensi, karekater dan literasi siswa.Abstract: This study aims to produce teaching materials based on Character and Literacy PPKn Class IX students who are designed to be more interesting, to train independently, creatively and innovatively, according to students 'needs and develop students' competence, character and literacy. The development model used by Dick, Carey & Carey (2001) adjusted to the development needs. This analysis technique is used to process data obtained through evaluation sheets in the form of descriptive percentages. The validation results from learning design experts reached 92.5%. While the experts of teaching materials developed reached 89.3%. The results of trials on students, the overall eligibility percentage reached 83.66%. While the Review from the teacher reached 78.41% and the response through the questionnaire got a very good response. From the data and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the development product can be used as teaching material in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects that have very good qualifications, and develop the domains of competence, character and student literacy.

The negative stigma which causes discrimination appears because of someone’s point of view towards the diversity of race, religion, social, or culture. This diversity can also be found in primary school. Some student are not able yet to appreciate and respect the diversity. This research used a qualitative approach with study case method of giving the knowledge about discrimination in primary school. This research aimed to find out the cause, effect, and effort in minimizing discrimination at school. Based on the data obatained, the causing factors of the discrimination are social background, physical disability, and strong and weak groups at school. Forming the attitude to appreciate and respect diversity on students can be achieved through daily leraning activity at school which can be created through multicultural education approach in order to minimize discrimination in primary school. ABSTRACT The research population is customers in the Surakarta city area, from the population randomly taken as many as 130 respondents.The method was used probability sampling.Data collection methods were used interview, questionnaire, and observation.Causal relationships between variables of product, price, location, service and customer satisfaction and their implications for customer loyalty were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model.Based on the description of the analysis and discussion can be concluded that 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;2) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;3) Services have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;4) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of the customers of Surakarta City HIK;5) Product quality has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty in Surakarta City HIK because consumer segment is unique and will have an effect if there is a contribution of satisfaction;6) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, instead it contributes to satisfaction in reducing the loyalty of HIK customers in Surakarta City;7) Services have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by reinforced customer satisfaction contributions;8) Product quality has an indirect positive effect on loyalty through satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan briket dari limbah yang bisa menjadi alternatif sumber energi. Limbah tersebut adalah cangkang biji jambu mete dan limbah penggergajian kayu. Limbah tersebut diolah dengan cara karbonisasi untuk menghasilkan arang, yag kemudian dibuat briket dengan tambahan perekat. Hasil analisis dari data penelitian mengenai pengaruh komposisi variasi campuran dan penambahan perekat terhadap sifat fisik arang briket cangkang biji jambu mete dan arang kayu, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Nilai kalor pada briket kulit biji mete terbesar pada komposisi perbandingan 35%:55%:10% (cangkang biji mete : kayu : perekat) sebesar 6886.2 kalori/gram. Kemudian untuk semua variasi dengan menggunakan kayu terjadi penurunan seiring dengan penurunan prosentase kayu. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan baik uji kalori maupun uji nyala dengan komposisi atau variasi cangkang mete 35 % : 55 % arang kayu dan perekat kanji, untuk memanaskan air 1 liter memerlukan waktu tercepat 21 menit dan kalori yang dimiliki terbesar yaitu 6386.114 kalori / gram dan waktu ini lebih cepat dibandingkan bila memanaskan air menggunakan bahan bakar minyak tanah yaitu 35 menit. Briket dari cangkang mete dan kayu berpotensi untuk diproduksi dalam jumlah besar dikarenakan memiliki nilai kalor yang tinggi. Kata kunci: karbonisasi,cangkang biji mete,kayu, briket

This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between the quality of schools based on creativity and the work culture of teachers at the primary school level. At the primary school level the phenomenon of teachers as educators and administrative personnel as well, and must master the entire field of science provide workload is quite high. While it demands professionalism of teachers today has become imperative, where teachers must have four competence as a prerequisite for becoming an educator who has been mandated by law. This research was conducted in Banjar District by taking a sample of teachers in 16 elementary schools, with a sample of 124 peoples. The data were collected using a questionnaire, which is then processed using SPSS. The result showed that the hypothesis statement there is a significant relationship between the creativity of teachers to school quality is accepted. Statements contained hypothesis cultural relations work on the quality of school teachers accepted. While the statement of the hypothesis that together the relationship between creativity and the work culture of teachers to school quality is acceptable. This study analyzed the relationship is generally variable, while the follow-up to improve the quality of schools required further research.

Sistem smartphone berbasis android memiliki kelebihan lebih mudah diakses daripada komputer. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem berbasis Android sebagai media alternatif kepada mahasiswa untuk mengakses Sistem Informasi Akademik kapanpun dan dimanapun. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis dimana desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan yang dipilih merupakan pengguna android dan sekaligus pengakses website SIA UNDIP. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dirubah ke dalam bentuk angka dan dilakukan pengujian usability testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan nilai daya guna pada perbandingan website SIA UNDIP (79.31%) dengan penggunaan aplikasi pengembangan android pada website (89.5%).Melihat dari nilai prosentase tersebut telah jelas bahwa aplikasi website berbasis android terbukti lebih memuaskan bagi para pengguna (mahasiswa). Abstract The system has advantages android based smartphone more accessible than the computer. The goal of this research is to build an Android-based system as an alternative medium for students to access the Academic Information System whenever and wherever. This research was descriptive analysis and design study is cross sectional. The data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Informants who have an android user and simultaneously accessed UNDIP SIA website. Data obtained then converted into the form of numbers and testing usability testing. The results show that there is an increase in the value of the utility on a comparison website SIA UNDIP (79.31%) with the use of android application development on the website (89.5%). Viewed from the percentage value has been clear that web applications based on android proved more satisfactory for users (students).

This study conducted to see the effect of the company’s firm size, leverage, growth opportunity and profitability on the decision of hedging with derivative instruments on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. Sample in this study uses 34 companies by using purposive sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach and data used secondary data. The analytical method used is logistic regression. The results shower that the variable firm size and growth opportunity have a significant positive effect on hedging decision making. The variable leverage and profitability did not influence hedging decision in Indonesian manufacturing companies. This study show that the higher value of firm size will increase the probabilitiy of using hedging activity in manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

Computer ability to control the outside peripherals enable the computer can be made to become the more usefull equipments for its user. Through ports and expansion slots provided at computer, various digital equipments can be connected and controlled through computer. System that is realized in this research is a system of long distance controller of lamp by exploiting one of features from GSM Cellular, that is Short Message Services ( SMS) as information system having the character of real time, constructively computer as controller of Electronic switch which is connected to computer through PPI8255 Interface This System Solution cover the realization from hardware in the form of GSM Cellular, RS232 Interface, PPI 8255 Interface and Electronic switch; software and Hardware. Software as controller device of hardware made using the Visual Basic V6.0 Programming Language. Software undertake to take the data of SMS at cellular phone memory, processing accepted data, storages data to conduct the arrangement to interface PPI8255 according to accepted information or data

AbstractThis community service aims to provide financial management training for food stalls in the Karanganyar Regency area which consists of an introduction to simple bookkeeping using a cash book application. The implementation method uses the lecture method and practice. Implementation of activities begins with field observations, practice, and evaluation of reports. Through this activity, food stall owners can carry out simple bookkeeping online through the Cash Book application, so that shop owners can easily find out the amount of receipts and expenses for their business. Keywords: Training, Online simple bookkeeping, Cash book. AbstraksiPengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan manajemen keuangan warung makan di wilayah Kabupaten Karanganyar yang terdiri dari pengenalan pembukuan sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi buku kas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan observasi lapangan, praktek, dan evaluasi laporan. Melalui kegiatan ini pemilik warung makan dapat melaksanakan pembukuan sederhana secara online melalui aplikasi Buku Kas, sehingga pemilik warung dapat dengan mudah mengetahui jumlah penerimaan dan pengeluaran untuk usahanya. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Pembukuan sederhana online, Buku kas.
