Abstract

This study is to test correlation Government accounting standard, human resources, utilization of technology and accounting internal control to the quality of  local government financial reports and the correlation to accountability government office performance report.(LAKIP) at local government activity unit (SKPD) in Jambi. The Research sample are head departments/ sub departments/accounting section f at local government activity unit (SKPD) in Jambi, The Research data are collected from with purposive sampling. The research Resultsf in Kendall’W  showing that there’s a significant positive correlation betweent the Government accounting standart, human resources, utilization of technology and accounting internal control to the quality of  local government financial reports meanwhile the reank Spearman test showing that  application Government accounting standard, human resources, and accounting internal control to the quality of  local government financial reports partly when the utilization of technology has no correlation to quality local government financial reports and there is no correlation between quality local government financial reports with accountability government office performance report.(LAKIP) at local government activity unit (SKPD) in Jambi Keywords :   Government accounting standart Human Resources, Information Tecnology Utilization, Accounting Internal Control, And the quality of  local government financial reports,  accountability government office performance report.

Abstract

The result of this sports socialization based Society Serving activity is increasing the knowledge and made the students understanding the benefits of Petanque. So, the students can produce a proud achievement against Senior High School 1 OKU, especially in sports. After the socialization, the students are expected more enthusiastic and willing to practice Petanque and can determine which sports are right to be followed in the future. All in all, the seeds of best athlete are rising since in Senior High School level.Keywords: Petanque, Socialization, Senior High School

Abstract

Mahram is an important problem in Islam because it can influence the behavior, halal and haram. In addition, mahram is a wise decision from Allah the almighty and it is also a perfection of this religion which manages all aspects of life. As a result, it is a must for us to know whom belongs to mahram and his right. Futhermore, mahram also reached the problem of in-tribe married. The problem is whether it is considered as an opposit opinion toward the existence of mahram or not. This problem is always debated by many religion experts and it has emerged many different groups of schools and also one punished another who prohibited in-tribe married case. As a conclusion the writer declared that this problem is not part of daruriyyat, but it is just a hajiyyat category. In another word we can say that in-tribe married is allowed in Islam.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bermula dari rendahnya ketepatan flat service pemain tenis lapangan pada saat bermain, pukulan flat service hanya sekedar memukul bola ke daerah lawan tapi tidak mempunyai arah dan tujuan yang jelas. Rendahnya ketepatan flat service tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor kekuatan genggaman, maka dalam Penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kekuatan genggaman terhadap ketepatan flat service atlet Tenis Lapangan Padang. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel yang berkaitan (variabel bebas ke variabel terikat). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain tenis lapangan dalam klub Pelatihan Tenis Lapangan Padang. dan untuk penarikan sampel digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk mengukur kekuatan genggaman menggunakan alat handgrip dynamometer, sedangkan akurasi servis flat dengan cara melakukan tes The Hewwit Tennis Achievemen Test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan rumus koefisien determinan. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: Terdapat hubungan kekuatan genggaman terhadap ketepatan flat service dengan rhitung = 0,677 > rtabel = 0,456 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Maka dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan genggaman ada hubungan yang signifikan terhadap ketepatan flat service. Kata Kunci: Kekuatan genggaman, flat service

Abstract

The problem with this research is the low accuracy of the flat service of the tennis player when playing, meaning that the flat service punch done by the player is merely hitting the ball into the opponent's service area but does not have clear direction and goals. The low accuracy of flat servicing can be influenced by the grip strength factor, so in this study the authors aim to explain the contribution of grip strength to the accuracy of flat servicing of the tennis court of the State University of Padang (PTL UNP). This research is correlational, which is to find out how much the relationship between variables and contributions made from the independent variables to the dependent variable. The population in this study was the tennis court players in the Padang State University (PTL UNP) Field Tennis Training club and for purposive sampling technique for sampling. To measure the strength of the grip using a dynamometer handgrip tool, while the accuracy of flat service by performing the Hewwit Tennis Achievement Test. So from the results of this study concluded that the accuracy of flat service is influenced by the strength of the grip

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan pengamatan penulis di lapangan ditemukan bahwa masih rendahnya keterampilan dasar siswa ektrakulikuler siswa SIT Auladi Palembang. Rendahnya kemampuan ini diduga disebabkan penggunaan metode latihan yang kurang tepat yang diberikan oleh pelatih dalam pembinaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh latihan menggunakan metode rangkaian bermain terhadap keterampilan dasar olahraga panahan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 34 orang, sedangkan sampel ditetapkan secara purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang pemain putra. Data diperoleh melalui tes teknik dasar dalam satuan angka. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik uji beda (uji t). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa latihan menggunakan metode rangkaian bermain berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar olahraga panahan siswa ektrakulikuler SIT Auladi Palembang dimana thitung?ttabel= 11.49 > 1,729Kata Kunci : Metode Rangkaian Bermain, keterampilan dasar olahraga panahan

Abstract

Feasibility of the Intercropping Systems of Maize (Zea mays L.) and Peanuts (Arachis hypogea L.) in Wamelai Village, Lawa Subdistrict, West Muna District" Under the supervision of H. Saediman as Lead Advisor and Weka Gusmiarty Abdullah, as Co-Advisor. The purpose of this study was to assess the returns and to ascertain the feasibility, of intercropping systems of maize and peanut in Wamelai Village, Lawa Sub-District, West Muna District. The data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through observation, interviews, recording, and documentation. Variables being investigated consisted of farmers’ characteristics (age, level of education and household size), size of landholding (ha), production costs, revenue, net returns, and feasibility of the intercropping systems. Data were analyzed using cost and returns analysis and R/C ratio. The research results showed that the intercropping systems of maize (Zea mays L.) and peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) in Wamelai village, Lawa sub-district, west Muna district was profitable with the net returns of Rp4,084,887 per cropping season. The intercropping of maize and peanut in the study village was feasible based on the R/C ratio of 4.84. Keywords; farming, feasibility, intercropping, maize, peanuts.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemberian reward dan punishment dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahan sebagai wali kelas di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan study document. Dari pemaparan data dan temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pemberian reward kepada guru yang telah melaksanakan tugas tambahan secara maksimal sesuai dengan uraian tugas yang diberikan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja wali kelas baik yang menerima maupun yang tidak menerima reward karena menjadikannya motivasi dalam melaksanakan tugas. Pemberian punishment juga mempengaruhi kinerja wali kelas dalam melaksanakan tugas karena punishment dijadikan motivasi untuk terhindar dari sanksi – sanksi yang dapat diberikan oleh pihak management sekolah. Sehingga pemberian reward dan punishment secara bersamaan memberikan dampak yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahan sebagai wali kelas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact about the lack of student grades in the practice of lay up in basketball lessons. The purpose of this research is to be able to improve the learning outcomes of basketball lay up basketball in class VII-8 students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciawi through the section method. The method used is a classroom action research method. The research subjects were students of class VII-8 Ciawi Public Middle School, which consisted of 14 male students and 18 female students, with a total of 32 students. The results of the research analysis showed that there was an increase in basketball lay-up technique skills in the VII-8 grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ciawi through the method section. In the first cycle, the percentage score for student observations was 71.8%, while in the second cycle the percentage score for student observations was 88.15%. This improvement is caused by each individual during the learning process using the section method to improve their basketball lay-up technique skills to students.

Abstract

Security of distributed information is essential for maintaining the confidentiality of the information. The process of securing is done by hiding the information on other digital media that are not visible existence. This technique is called steganography, the art of hiding data into digital media with a particular method so that other people do not realize there is something in the digital media. In this paper conducted a study to hide information into digital audio file is not compressed (. Wav) as a carrier file using the Least Significant Bit Modification. Least Significant Bit Modification is a method of hiding information by modifying the last bits of carrier files with the bits of information and only cause changes in the value of a bit higher or a lower one. The system was designed with two main processes, namely phase Embedding and Extracting stage
