Abstract

The role of Financial Literacy in Moderating the influence of financial behavior bias on investment (Studies on Southeast Sulawesi Capital Market Investors. Thesis. Management Science Study Program, Postgraduate, Halu Oleo University. The purpose of this study is to explain and examine the effect of Financial Behavior Bias consisting of 6 indicators, namely Overconvidence, disposition effect, herding, risk aversion, representaveness and anchoring on investment decisions and the role of Financial Literacy in moderating the effect of financial behavior bias on investment. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used are primary data and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The sampling technique is using the Slovin equation. And the sample in this study was 265 IDX stock investors representing Southeast Sulawesi. The results of the study show that the financial behavior bias which consists of indicators of overconvidence, representaveness and anchoring has a positive and significant effect on investment, but differs from the indicators of disposition effect, herding, and risk aversion which has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, financial behavior bias with indicators of Overconvidence, disposition effect, risk aversion, representaveness and anchoring moderated by Financial Literacy is not significant on investment decisions, but herding indicators have a significant effect on investment decisions but in a negative direction.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction and also to see the effect of mediation of corporate image on the correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction of Wakatobi Regency PDAM.This research was conducted at Wakatobi Regency PDAM using quantitative approach. The population of this study is 4974 and the sample used is 155 people with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM).The result of this research concludes that service quality has positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction, service quality has positive and significant effects on corporate image, corporate image has positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction and the corporate image partially mediates the correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction at Wakatobi Regency PDAM.Keywords: service quality, corporate image, and consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to study the effect of organizational communication, work motivation and teamwork on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat staffs, 2) to study the effect of communication on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat staffs, 3) to study the effect of work motivation on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 4) to study the effect of Teamwork on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs.The subject of this research is Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs. The population of this research are all 30 civil servants (PNS) in the Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat. The sample size used saturation sampling so the number of samples in this study is 30 people.The result shows that: 1) Simultaneously, organizational communication, work motivation and teamwork have significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 2) Communication has positive and significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 3) Work motivation has positive and significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 4) Teamwork has positive and significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs.Keywords: organizational communication, work motivation, teamwork, employees performance

Abstract

Sumber daya desa yang memerlukan perhatian adalah pengelolaan potensi UMKM. UMKM menjadi salah satu sektor yang menjadi tumpuan ekonomi masyarakat walaupun di tengah terpaan krisis. Jarak yang relatif dekat dengan Kota Kendari, desa Sindang Kasih menjadi salah satu desa yang memiliki UMKM penyangga, penyuplai kebutuhan di Kota Kendari. Namun seiring dengan perkembangnya, masih memiliki kendala dan keterbatasan. Salah satu masalah, adalah kemampuan UMKM dalam menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi yang masih rendah yang berdampak penentuan Harga Jual Produk yang tidak kompetitif dan dapat mengancam eksistensi usaha. Solusi yang perlu dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan teknik melakukan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dan penentuan Harga Jual Produk. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan antusias peserta sangat tinggi, mulai dari kehadiran hingga keaktifan dalam memberikan tanggapan dan pertanyaan. Hasil kegiatan pun menujukkan bahwa akurasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh setiap peserta dengan sangat baik. Sehingga peserta juga sudah dapat menetapkan harga jual produk yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transparency, participation and accountability on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province with a sample of 63 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software.The results of the study show that (1) Transparency, participation and accountability together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province (2) Transparency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, District Muna, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (3) Participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, and (4) Accountability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) The influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance at the Kendari City Social Service. (2) To find out the effect of competence on employee performance at the Kendari City Social Service, (3) To find out the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Kendari City Social Service. The object in this research is Kendari City Social Service Employees. The population in this study is Kendari City Social Service Employees, totaling 45 employees, the sampling method is saturated sample technique. The data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Research data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS 22 Software. The results of the study show that (1) competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that by increasing the two variables, namely competence and work motivation, employee performance will increase. (2) Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. this shows that with increasing competence, employee performance will increase. (3) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This indicates that with increased work motivation, employee performance will increase.
