Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, free cash flow, corporate governance and asset growth on dividend policy. The object of this research is 181 the manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Sample selection was determined by purposive sampling method. In total, there are 24 companies that meet the research criteria. This study uses secondary data which was analyzed using panel data regression analysis and processed using application review 9.  The results of this study indicate that asset growth has a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that asset growth is able to increase dividend distribution. Furthermore, the return on assets and the current ratio have a negative and significant effect, meaning that an increased return on assets and current ratio will reduce the distribution of dividends. The debt-to-asset ratio has a negative and insignificant effect, meaning that a high debt-to-asset ratio is not able to reduce dividend distribution. The audit committee has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that a high audit committee is not able to increase dividend distribution. Furthermore, free cash flow has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that high free cash flow is not able to increase dividend distribution to shareholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance. The sample in this research is taken by using data method called purposive sampling. The number of samples used are 85 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through SmartPLS software. In addition, for the second and third hypothesis experiments a Sobel test was performed for the intervening intervo variable operation in the hypothesis. The results showed a direct and positive relationship to motivation. Furthermore, leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Then the other results show. The results of this study also show a positive leadership towards employee performance through motivation at the Office of the Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The aim of this research is for knowing, identificating and effectiveness analyzing, autonomy and economic growth of the goverment of North Buton Regency.This research is using financial data of income Budget expenditure Region (APBD) and Product Domestic Regional Bruto(PDRB) percapita of the North Buton Regency in year 2010-2015.The data that has used in this research is quantitative data with using Statistic destcritive method in the analyzing of processing data. Statistic descriptive analyzing is technique data analyzing for summaring and description numeric data in order to easy to interpret. Based on the result of analysis that has done it, got the result as follows : 1) effectiveness ratio of financial of the government of North Buton Regency during the six years has rerate 96,76 % that include effective. The effectiveness trend of financial region, the highest gotten in year 2013 namely 133,66 % and the lowest is in year 2010 namely 11,53 %; 2) The autonomy ratio financial of the government of North Buton Regency during the six years rerate 1,96 % still among (0-25) % that include is very low. The trend of autonomy financial region, the highest is in year 2012 namely 2,81 % and lowest is in year 2010 namely 0,34 %; and 3) The result of counting of economy growth trend of the goverment of North Buton Regency in year 2010-2015 was showing the good growth with rates persentace 8,31 %. The highest trend of economy growth in year 2011namely 9,54 % and the lowestis in year 2015 namely 4,04 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the Effect of Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability on Company Performance in Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018 - 2020. The objects in this study are Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 13 samples from the population and having financial statement data. By using the panel data regression analysis method. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique.  The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio has a significant negative effect on the company's performance, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant positive effect on the company's performance, and the Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant positive effect on the company's performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis struktur keuangan, struktur modal, serta trade off manfaat dan biaya pada Bank Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode time series data. Data penelitian ini di peroleh dengan menguduh laporan keuangan yang telah di publish di website resmi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa net profit margin (NPM) pada Bank Sulawesi Tenggara sangat baik. Nilai debt to asset ratio (DAR) Bank Sulawesi Tenggara cukup baik, nilai debt to equity ratio (DER) pada Bank Sulawesi Tenggara kurang baik, nilai long term to equity ratio (LDER) pada Bank Sulawesi Tenggara cukup baik dan trade off manfaat dan biaya (B/C) ratio pada Bank Sulawesi Tenggara menghasilkan laba atau manfaat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Mandonga; 2) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Mandonga; 3) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Mandonga. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Dari hasil uji simultan yang dilakukan pada hipotesis pertama, maka Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pegadaian Cabang Mandonga. Hal ini berarti bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan yang baik dan Motivasi Kerja yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian Cabang Mandonga; 2) Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial yang dilakukan pada hipotesis kedua, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian Cabang Mandonga. Hal ini berarti Gaya Kepemimpinan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

This study aims: (1) to test empirically the effect of total liquidity on financial distress; (2) empirically test the effect of profitability on financial distress; (3) empirically test the effect of leverage on financial distress; (4) empirically test the effect of cash flow on financial distress; (5) Test empirically the effect of interest rates on financial distress. The population in this study are all retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample of this study were 19 companies from the retail trade sector. The results of the study show that: (1) liquidity has a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (2) profitability has a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (3) leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (4) cash flows have no effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (5) interest rates have a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of Knowledge Management, Motivation, and Quality  of Work Life on Employee Performance  of PT. Indrabakti Mustika In Kendari; (2) to determine the effect of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance  of PT.  Indrabakti  Mustika  In Kendari;  (3) to determine  the effect  of motivation on employee performance at PT. Indrabakti Mustika In Kendari; and (4) to determine  the  effect  of  Quality  of  Work  Life  on  Employee  Performance  of  PT. Indrabakti  Mustika  In  Kendari.  The  sampling  technique  used  in  this  study  was purposive sampling. In this study, samples were taken with the characteristics of male and  female  employees,  all  employees  with  permanent  employee  status  at  PT. Indrabakti  Mustika.  So  the  number  of samples  in this  study  were  50  permanent employees.The results showed that: (1) Knowledge Management, Motivation, and Quality of Work Life simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the influence of leadership behavior, work discipline, and internal control simultaneously on the performance of the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police, 2) to determine the effect of leadership behavior on the performance of the personnel of the Sabhara Police of Muna, 3) to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of the personnel. the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police, and 4) knowing the effect of internal control on the performance of the personnel of the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police.The object of this research is the personnel of the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police. The population of the study was the police officers who served in the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police with a total of 65 personnel. Collecting research data using questionnaires, research data were analyzed using SPSS ver 22 to determine the results of regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The results of the study: 1) Leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the members of the Sabhara Polres Muna Police Unit, 2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the members of the National Police Unit Unit Sabhara Polres Muna, 3) Partial internal supervision has a positive effect and significant on the performance of the members of the Sabhara Police Unit of the Muna Police, and 4) The simultaneous and positive influence of leadership behavior, work discipline, and internal control on the performance of the members of the Sabhara Police of the Muna Police.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Budaya Organisasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Petugas Kebersihan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Konawe. penelitian ini difokuskan kepada petugas kebersihan dinas lingkungan hidup kabupaten konawe tahun 2021. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus solvin dan Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode Proporsionate stratified random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi Dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja petugas kebersihan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Konawe.
