Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of human resource management in employee recruitment at PT. Artha Gunung Batu and to find out human resource management strategies in an effort to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT. Artha Gunung Batu in Andeo Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency. The data analysis technique used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The location of this research at PT. Artha Gunung Batu in Andeo Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency.  The results of this study indicate that the recruitment process has been in accordance with recruitment procedures in general using the decision theory method of recruitment, for employee selection applying application letter selection, interviews 1 and 2, acceptance decisions and placement of employees who pass the selection. Human resource development to improve employee performance uses formal development where the development process is education and training for old and new employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan desain explanatory research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kemudian pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perubahan pola pengembangan karir dan kompensasi memiliki kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu, kompetensi dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Lingkup Kantor Kecamatan Mandonga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Karakteristik individu, kompetensi dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lingkup Kantor Kecamatan Mandonga. (2) Karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lingkup Kantor Kecamatan Mandonga. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lingkup Kantor Kecamatan Mandonga. (4) Gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lingkup Kantor Kecamatan Mandonga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work conflict on the performance of employees of PT Inti Cakrawala Citra Indogrosir Kendari case study. The population in this study were all employee at PT Inti Cakrawala Citra, the case study of Indogrosir Kendari, while the sample was 43 samples. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that compensation and work conflict had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Inti Cakrawala Citra, the case study of Indogrosir Kendari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 2. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap iklim organisasi Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 3. Mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 4. Mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 5. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari;  6. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja; 7. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari yang dimediasi iklim organisasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 448 orang. Sampel  dalam penelitian ini adalah seju,lah 100 orang Anggota. Alat parametrik yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS).                Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari;  2. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi kepolisian resort kendari; 3. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari; 4. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari; 5. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari; 6. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja; 7. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the role of organizational commitment as a mediation of the influence of leadership on employee performance in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Food Security Service.  Approach this research is survey with design explanatory research.  Data collection is carried out in a cross-section with use instrument in the form of questionnaire. Population research this is all over Employee on Southeast Sulawesi Province Food Security Service as many as 70  people except leader (head service) and researcher alone . Equipment The analysis for testing hypothesis is Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment was positive and significant influence on employee performance, leadership had a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment served as a mediation of the influence of leadership on employee performance.Keywords: leadership, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Professionalism and Work Discipline on the Performance of Police Members through Job Satisfaction at the North Buton Police Station. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method, and uses SEM analysis method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 100 people with a sampling technique that is using a census. The data were statistically processed using the AMOS program tool.The results of this study indicate that (1) Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Professionalism has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of police officers, (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. positive and significant impact on the performance of police officers, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police officers, (6) professionalism has a significant positive effect on the performance of police officers through job satisfaction. (7) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of police officers through job satisfaction. The higher the job satisfaction, the higher the performance shown by members of the police at the North Buton Police Station.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of work discipline on career development, motivation and employees performance. Also, the effect of career development and motivation on the performance. In addition, an examination was conducted to find how mediation of career development and motivation on correlates the work discipline on employees performance.The research population is all 31 employees of the National Unity and Politics Bureau of Wakatobi Regency. The analytical equipment used is Partial Least Square with the Smart PLS apps.The result shows that work discipline has positive and significant effects on career development, employees motivation and performance, whereas career development has no significant effects on employees performance but work motivation has positive and significant effects on employees performance. Another finding shows that career development does not mediate the effect of work discipline on the performance but motivation plays a role in mediation.Keywords: work discipline, work motivation, career development and employees performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and discipline simultaneously on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision.. Thisresearchwill beconducted at Electoral Commission Secretariat OfficeIn Southeast Sulawesi.This study uses HRM Theory and Organizational Behavior Theory as the basis for writing. The population in this study are all civil servans in the Electoral Commission Secretariat Office In Southeast Sulawesi consisting of 17 districts and cities, totaling 186 people. The sample in this study are 127 people with details of Southeast Sulawesi Province (21 people), Bombana Regency (7 people), North Buton Regency (7 people), North Kolaka Regency (7 people), South Konawe Regency (7 people), Muna Regency. (6 people), Bau-Bau Regency (7 people), Buton Regency (6 people), Kolaka Regency (7 people), Konawe Regency (7 people), North Konawe Regency (7 people), Wakatobi Regency (7 people), Kendari City (8 people), South Buton Regency (4 people), Konawe Islands Regency (4 people), East Kolaka Regency (8 people) and West Muna Regency (7 people).Therese archinstrument that will be used in the study are the Organizational Culture Questionnaire, the Motivation Questionnaire, the Discipline Questionnaire and the Employee Performance Questionnaire. The data will be analize by using inferential statistics, Multivariate Linear Regression, which is carried out with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that 1) The results of the Organizational Culture hypothesis test have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.212 with a p-value of 0.015. This positive relationship indicates that the better the organizational culture, the better the performance of employees at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision. 2) The results of the motivation hypothesis test have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.384 with a p-value of 0.000. This positive relationship indicates that the better the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision. 3) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.393 with a p-value of 0.000. This positive relationship indicates that the better the employee discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision.

Abstract

This study attempts to: 1.Examine and describe the leadership style , the organization and confidence simultaneously on performance officer at the election supervisory body bawaslu southeast sulawesi; 2.Examine and describe the leadership style on the performance of employees at the election supervisory body bawaslu; southeast Sulawesi. 3.Test organization commitment to performance and said employees at the election supervisory body bawaslu; southeast sulawesi 4.Test and said confidence led to the employee performance at its election supervisory body bawaslu southeast sulawesi .Population research are always 35 people .The whole stock in this research in made as respondents .Instrument parametrik used to answer hypothesis in this research using linear regression multiple through the spss 18.0 version.
