Abstract

Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah analisis likuiditas dalam menjaga efisiensi pinjaman jangka pendek pada UD. Karunia Abadi Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efisien pinjaman jangka pendek berdasarkan analisis likuiditas pada UD. Karunia Abadi Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan tahun 2016-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode rasio dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan keadaan yang tidak baik bagi UD. Karunia Abadi. Dimana, terlihat dari hasil rasio yang menunjukkan bahwa UD. Karunia Abadi tidak efisien dalam menjaga pinjaman jangka pendeknya, yakni berdasarkan Current Ratio selama 5 (lima) tahun berturut-turut dari tahun 2011-2015 sebesar 50,75%, 55,67%, 54,60%, 51,78%, 51,37%. Quick Ratio sebesar 35,10%, 38,40%, 37,58%, 39,45%, 37,51%. Cash Ratio sebesar 20,20%, 21,64%, 21,27%, 19,72%, 18,75%. Working Capital to Total Assets sebesar -Rp.195.000.000, -Rp.172.000.000, -Rp.192.000.000, -Rp.176.000.000,-Rp.168.500.000. Hal ini berarti UD. Karunia Abadi tidak memiliki kemampuan dalam melunasi kewajiban-kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, UD. Karunia Abadi harus memperhatikan setiap jumlah pinjaman yang dilakukan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaanya atau dengan menggunakan pinjaman tersebut seefisien mungkin.

Abstract

The scope of this research aims to find out and analyze whether the allocation of Village Funds to improve the Development of Hilionaha Village, Onolalu District, South Nias Regency, has been effective. This type of research is qualitative research that is descriptive. The location studied is in Hilionaha Village, Onolalu District, South Nias Regency. The data collection procedures carried out in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses analysis according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study show that the Allocation of Hilionaha Village Funds in Onolalu District of South Nias Regency for village development has been effective and in accordance with the laws and regulations. Village Funds are very useful for increasing development in Hilionaha Onolalu District, South Nias Regency. Village Funds are able to encourage progress in various aspects both in the field of economy and health. So that it can be concluded that the use of village funds 2015-2019 in Hilionaha village increases village development. The proposed suggestion is that the village head and the community are expected to support each other's village development program in accordance with existing procedures to make Hilionaha village into a village that has competitiveness to catch up with other villages that have been developed.

Abstract

The problem of this research is Storey Level officer contribution which is expressed in solving of duties becoming its responsibility relative lower. The target of this research is to know the influence of work compensation, work motivation and culture organizational to Employee Performance at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. This Type Research is quantitative. Subject in this research is an Employee at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. The result of this research indicate that the workers compensation, work motivation and culture organizational have effect positive and significant to Employee Performance proved with value of Fcount equal to 50,528 > value of Ftable equal to 3,31 and level of signifikan equal to 0,000 < 0,05. Thereby can be concluded that work compensation, work motivation and culture organisation to Employee Performance to officer performance at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. Raised by Suggestion researcher is shall apply work compensation, work motivation and culture organizational better and effectively to maintain and improve officer employee performance through indicators of work compensation, work motivation and culture organizations to increase good employee performance now and also in the future and expected by period to come more improved again in the effort reaching the target of organization.
