Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of the price set and promotional activities of Grab towards consumer purchase decision of through brand image as intervening variables. This research is a quantitative research. A number of samples taken are 205 people using people purposive sampling technique. the measurement used was the questionnaire that was disseminated through Google Form and analysis using SPSS 20. The results of hypothesis analysis show that price influence significantly to brand image; promotion influence significantly to brand image; price influence significantly to purchase decision; promotion influence significantly to purchase decision, and brand image influence significantly to purchase decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Reputation and Vendor Reputation of online purchasing decisions with consumer trust as a variable between. This is triggered from the phenomenon of the number of companies engaged in E-Commerce, but many are still failing. By looking at the big prospects in Indonesia, it is hoped that this research can find out what strategies can be done in order to succeed in E-Commerce. This research uses quantitative research method by conducting survey. Sampling method is purposive sampling. Validity and Reliability Test Results using SPSS v 20.0, and the results of hypothesis using path analysis. Corporate Reputation has a significant effect on Consumer Trust, as well as Vendor Reputation also has a significant effect on Consumer Trust. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reduce the damaged material, applying the concept of FIFO for retrieval of row materials, and accelerate the search and also to simplify the detection of raw materials. Software development method used involves three main parts namely the method of analysis, design and literature. Analysis methods including survey of the running system, an analysis of survey findings, identify information needs, identify system requirenments. The design method approach to Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results is an inventory application that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags as a replacement label where RFID tags can store data. Conslusions from this research is minimizing the company’s financial losses due to storage of raw materials and minimizing time to search raw materials using RFID that also can provide actual and accurate information for the company.

Abstract

Desa sebagai pusat pelayanan pemerintahterhadap masyarakat pada jenjang terbawah menjadi fokuspengembangan utama dalam agenda Pemerintah. Melaluipenelitian ini dikembangkan sistem adminstrasi pelayananmasyarakat secara online berbasiskan open source denganpendekatan cloud computing, dalam melakukan administrasikependudukan, pindah, izin usaha, izin mendirikan bangunanserta penerbitan surat dengan kemudahan dan waktu yangefisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatureberkaitan dengan teknologi cloud computing, survei danpengumpulan data perancangan infrasruktur teknologiinformasi yang dapat diterapkan pada pelayanan masyarakatsecara online, analisis data hasil survei terhadap kondisinyata di beberapa pusat layanan masyarakat khususnya desadi Kabupaten Kampar, dan terakhir membuat modelpelayanan masyarakat secara online dari desa seperti kartukeluarga, pindah serta melapor secara online. Hasilnyaadalah sistem aplikasi administrasi pelayanan masyarakat didesa berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan teknologi cloudcomputing serta arsitektur pengembangan yang modular dandinamis. Model aplikasi ini juga memadukan keunggulanaplikasi berpola open-source dengan desain sistem fleksibeluntuk kebutuhan implementasi dan pengembangan, sertadukungan mobile device untuk meningkatkan kualitaspelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Struktur jaringan berbasisweb memungkinkan untuk online tidak hanya antar desadengan masyarakat tetapi juga desa dengan kecamatan sertadapat diakses kapan saja, di mana saja, menggunakanperangkat bergerak. Pengembangan model aplikasi jugadidasarkan pada fungsi proses bisnis dan proses administrasidesa yang ada di peraturan pemeringah Indonesia. Setiapmodel juga diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan untukmengoptimalkan efisiensi dan telah coba disesuaikan dengansistem pelayanan masyarakat.Kata kunci: pengembangan model, mobile computing,desa, cloud computing, open source

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for organic rice at the Indonesian Organic Community (KOI). This study has a type of quantitative research with respondents as many as 270 people who are customers of the Indonesian Organic Community (KOI). The research method will be conducted using primary data with structural equation modelling as a data processing model. This research is expected to produce a deep understanding of the factors that significantly influence the decision to buy other organic products and managerial proposals that are necessary for the development of the organic food business, especially rice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand’s personality on purchase intention with Brand Trust as an Intervening Variable on Esgotado Bag. This research is quantitative using data collection methods of questionnaires and observations in stores and studios of Esgotado Bags. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a data processing model. This research is expected to understand the influence of brand's personality on purchase intention with brand trust as an intervening variable. The result of this research is that Brand Personality has an effect on Buying Interest, Brand Trust Affects the Intention to Buy Esgotado’s bag, Brand’s Personality has no effect on Intention to Buy Esgotado’s bag. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss making a product that can facilitate people whose agricultural land is limited to grow vegetables. The hydroponic planting method is a method of planting plants without using growing media from the soil. By using the hydroponic method and plastic bottles as planting containers, it will be easier for people to get vegetables. Hydroponic advantages include, more efficient land use, higher quantity, and quality of production and cleaner, easier pest and disease control, Water requirements in hydroponics are less than water requirements in aquaculture with soils.

Abstract

The screening studies have been carried out antimicrobial activity of herb Belimbing Tanah (Oxalis corniculata L.) extracts from Mamuju West Sulawesi that purpose to got data about activity of Belimbing Tanah (Oxalis corniculata L.) extract based on antimicrobial screening of some microbes in the Bioautography-TLC test and agar diffusion.The result screening of antimicrobial activity by Bioautography-TLC,showed that  dietil eter extract of belimbing tanah (Oxalis corniculata L.) give antimicrobial activity to bacteri Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Salmonella thypi, Escherichia coli, Vibrio sp, and fungus Candida albicans  with a profile chromatogram using the eluent n-hexane: ethyl acetate Rf value of 0.45 obtained. And the screening of antimicrobial activity of the juice belimbing tanah (Oxalis corniculata L.) at a concentration of 25%, 50% and 75% in the diffusion in order to obtain an average diameter of zone of resistance to the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus = 14:00 mm, Streptococcus mutans = 15.00 mm, Salmonella thypi = 24.66 mm, Escherichia coli = 19.99 mm, Vibrio sp = 17.77 mm, and fungus Candida albicans = 15.00 mm. Keyword : Oxalis corniculata L., Screening of antimicrobial, Mamuju

Abstract

Recearch toxicity effect of  standar dietil eter ekstract Oxalis corniculata L. herb at Artemia salina Leach with purpose  to determine toxicity potencial and LC50 value Oxalis corniculata L. herb on  brine shrimp lethality test method. The result of this research shows that diethyl ether ekstract Oxalis corniculata L. herb at concentration  100, 50, 5, 1, 0.5, 0.1, 0.05, 0.01 µg/ml and controler is diethyl ether. Presentation data of Artemia salina Leach larvae was analyzed with probit analysis to count LC50. Ekstract is toxic if LC50 value < 1000 µg/ml. So obtained that diethyl ether ekstrak Oxalis corniculata L. herb is toxit to Artemia salina Leach larvae with LC50 4,17± 2,59 µg/ml. Key words : Oxalis corniculata L, Toxicity, Brine Shrimp Lethality Test.

Abstract

Mango fruit (Mangifera indica L) is a plant which grow in Indonesia and contain antioxidant as carotenoid (Vitamin A), vitamin C and also various phenolic compound.  The aim of the investigation was to find out the activity of ethanol extract of mango fruit on male guinea pig (Mus musculus) as an immunoglobulin product. The test of immunomodulator was using hemagglutination antibody titer. The extracts were in concentration of 2%,4%,6%,8% and 10% administered orally 1 mL/30 g BW of the mouse which pre-immunized with 2% v/v red blood cells of the lamb. The results showed that the activity of the IgM in day seventh was raised in concentration extract 6% and 8% w/v while concentration extract 2% and 10% were the same to the control and the averages titer of immunoglobulin was 1/8, on the other hand concentration of the extract 4% was low in IgM activity was 1/4.
