Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the annual online motor vehicle tax payment service in the Cibadak Samsat area, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research focus is based on the implementation theory of based on two dimensions, namely the dimensions of standards and policy objectives and the dimensions of communication between organizations. The respondents of this research are motor vehicle taxpayers and employees related to the researcher. The main instrument in data collection is in the form of questionnaires, and interviews and also assisted with observations and documentation/libraries. Data analysis used the Weight Mean Score formula to use the average score. The results of the study show that the implementation of the annual online PKB payment service has been going well. This can be seen from the application of online PKB payment services through the J'Bret Samsat program that is in accordance with policy standards and targets which can make taxpayers feel easy, fast, safe, transparent, and timely in making annual PKB payments so that taxpayers do not need to worry about delays in annual PKB payments when the taxpayer is in a different city. However, it was found that there are still not so many taxpayers who use online PKB payment services because there are still obstacles to its implementation.

Abstract

The flagship program is a program formed by the ZIS forum in the Cicurug district as an effort to alleviate poverty. The flagship program consists of the death benefit program, the health care program, the widow and elderly orphans compensation program, the street lighting program, and the mosque / mushola electricity bill payment program. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of ZIS flagship program policies by the ZIS forum in Cicurug District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the flagship program was set as a priority scale for each ZIS management at the village / kelurahan level. The ZIS funds obtained at 60% are used for each ZIS forum at the village / kelurahan level. While as much as 40% of the funds obtained were deposited to the district level ZIS management. Factors supporting the implementation of the flagship program policy, namely the consistency of the community in running the flagship program and the consistency of the organizers of the ZIS forum in collecting and managing ZIS funds from the public. While the inhibiting factor relates to the reporting system of ZIS forum officials at the village / kelurahan level which is often late.

Abstract

People are increasingly interested in visiting tourist attractions, including nature tourism. Thus, it is urgently needed to be innovative in promoting it with tourism village branding. The potential of a tourist village can boost the economy of local residents whose marketing can reach foreign countries. Social media can be used by the community to develop their business, one of which is by increasing branding. Community service methods use preparation, observation, counseling, training, pre-test and post-test. The results obtained show an increase in knowledge about environmental changes causing a change in the marketing system from 30% to 60%, knowledge of consumer characteristics from 24% to 43.33%, knowledge of consumer culture from 56% to 67%, knowledge of matters affecting consumer purchases from 56% to 66%, knowledge about telling experiences using products from 33.33% to 50%, knowledge about the function of campaigns on social media in building branding from 70% to 83%, knowledge about the # symbol on social media to mark topics from 67 % to 73%, knowledge about the use of captions on Instagram from 86% to 97%, the presence of subscriber features from 76% to 87%. The recapitulation shows an increase in knowledge and skills in using social media for tourism branding in Kabandungan Village from 56.43% to 70.93%. Keywords: social media, branding, tourism village

Abstract

Community participation has an important role in being involved in the management of a tourist village, if the tourism village is managed properly by the community, the tourism village in Kabandungan village can attract tourists to visit it so that the surrounding community can feel the benefits. The purpose of this community service is intended to provide counseling on community participation in improving tourism villages in Kabandungan village which have the potential to be developed so as to increase people's income. The activity method used is counseling, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as well as pretest and posttest. The results in this service show that there is an increase in knowledge in the community to develop and improve further tourism villages. In the sense that the community has a high awareness of the potential of the village they have so that in the future it can increase people's income with an increase in tourism villages.

Abstract

Permasalahan masyarakat yang masih enggan dalam melakukan perubahan terhadap data di dalam Kartu Keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi terhadap Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil untuk menyediakan pelayanan perubahan data Kartu Keluarga berbasis online. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjabarkan realita di lingkungan masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil temuan yang di dapat menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis digital sangat diperlukan dalam segala bentuk pelayanan yang ada di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor. Hal ini merujuk pada hasil wawancara yaitu alasan masyarakat yang masih enggan merubah datanya di dalam kartu keluarga salah satunya karena jarak yang jauh dan juga antrian yang lama. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut, maka penulis merekomendasikan penerapan pelayanan online terhadap perubahan data pada kartu keluarga. Kesimpulannya adalah inovasi pelayanan publik sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam rangka mempermudah urusan dan kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya warga Kabupaten Bogor sebagai media untuk mempermudah pengurusan data kependudukan.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik telah menjadi fokus perhatian masyarakat, terutama seiring dengan kebijakan pemerintah tentang desentralisasi (otonomi daerah). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Selanjutnya menjelaskan budaya organisasi yang berkembang dengan alat organizational culture profile (OCP). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dikarenakan yang diteliti oleh penulis adalah teks tertulis yang berupa artikel ataupun jurnal. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam artikel ini yaitu data literatur. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam hal tersebut. Karena kinerja aparatur dapat dikelola dan akan mempengaruhi pelayanan yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat. Sesuai dengan hal tersebut, salah satu hal yang harus diterapkan dalam instansi pemerintah yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Pada masa kini sedikit sekali remaja yang tertarik pada organisasi di daerah tempat tinggal seperti karang taruna. Saat ini remaja lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu bermain game online di rumah. Dengan begitu, dibutuhkan motivasi yang kuat pada remaja tersebut untuk mengikuti karang taruna pada tempat mereka tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja alasan atau motivasi remaja Kampung Gadog Desa Pandansari RT02 RW02 untuk berpartisipasi aktif di Karang Taruna. Metode kualitatif yang berupa deskriptif (wawancara) yang digunakan untuk menentukan apakah hasil penelitian dapat digeneralisasi tergantung pada variabelnya. Focus penelitian sesuai dengan yang dijelaskan oleh teori motivasi Clayton Alderfe, dalam kutipan Mangkunegara (2009) mengemukakan teori ERG merupakan refleksi dari tiga dasar kebutuhan, yaitu: 1. Existence Needs (eksistensi) 2. Relatedness (keterhubungan) 3. Growth Needs (pertumbuhan). Penelitian ini bahwasannya diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi pihak terkait, termasuk pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, serta Karang Taruna itu sendiri, dalam mengembangkan strategi dan program yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi keikutsertaan remaja pada karang taruna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan pendidikan untuk anak usia 3-6 tahun melalui program sekolah penggerak di biMBA AIUEO, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pindidikan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak usia 3-6 tahun melalui implementasi program sekolah penggerak di biMBA AIUEO. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana program ini berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan usia dini dan bagaimana layanan tersebut memengaruhi pengalaman pendidikan anak serta kepercayaan orang tua terhadap program ini. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap program sekolah penggerak di biMBA AIUEO, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak usia dini serta implikasi pentingnya terhadap pendidikan generasi mendatang. Dalam Studi penelitian ini, menggunakan pengumpulan data deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pendidikan yang lebih baik untuk anak usia dini.

Abstract

Reducing the use of plastic is an important issue in handling plastic waste, a national problem as the main pollution element causes air, soil, and water pollution and various environmental and ecosystem damage where human and natural resources develop. The collaborative concept of governance in reducing the use of plastic becomes a government study in a beautiful environment without plastic. The purpose of this research is to design collaborative governance models that can affect the development of plastic use; This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Informants of this research are government, private/business actors, and the community. The study results showed collaborative governance between the government, the private sector, and the community. However, there still needs to be an increase in collaboration so that it needs to develop in reducing plastic use. The level of collaborative governance concept in reducing the use of plastic in Bogor regency is oriented to a structured process in which there is a constructive involvement of actors with various actions carried out by the government level, private institutions/business actors, and the community in reducing the use of plastic.
