Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Alternate Bounding With Single-Arm Action dan Alternate Bounding With Double-Arm Action terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok pada Siswa Putra SMAN 1 Witaponda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas XI SMAN 1 Wataponda sejumlah 120 orang siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 orang siswa putra dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh latihan Alternate Bounding With Single-Arm Action terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh siswa. Begitupun hasil pembuktian pada hipotetsis ke dua yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Alternate Bounding With Double-Arm Action. Terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh siswa putra kelas XI SMAN 1 Wataponda. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode latihan Alternate Bounding With Single-Arm Action dan Alternate Bounding With Double-Arm Action dapat digunakan dalam dalam latihan lompat jauh siswa putra kelas XI SMAN 1 Wataponda

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran tersebut terimplementasi dengan baik yang ditandai dengan 1) tuntas pada prestasi belajar, 2) prestasi belajar kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada prestasi belajar kelas kontrol 3) keaktifan belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Pengumpulan data  dilakukan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, metode tes, dan metode observasi. Analisis data meliputi analisis data awal dan analisis data akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut uji statistik rata-rata prestasi belajar  pembelajaran pada siswa kelas eksperimen 78,88 tuntas secara individual dan klasikal, secara uji statistik rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa pada kelas kontrol. Dari hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana sebagai berikut . Koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa hasil tes prestasi belajar siswa 46,3% dipengaruhi oleh keaktifan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.The purpose of this study were to determine whether the study was well implemented if 1) student reach mastery learning, 2) experimental class learning achievement was better than the control class learning achievement 3) active learning had a positive effect on students learning achievement. This research is an experiment research. The data was collected by documentation method, test method, and observation method. Data analysis includes Initial data analysis and final data analysis. Results showed that according to statistical calculation the average of learning achievement in experiment class students was 78.88, students had reached students mastery learning in individual and classical. the average of students’ achievement in experiment class was higher than the average of students’ achievement in control class. From the results of the regression analysis, gained a simple linear regression equation as follows: Y = a + bX = 28.206 +1.741 X. The coefficient of determination indicated that students’ achievement results were influenced by the students’ activity of 46.3%, the rest 53.7% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Along with era’s development, there is a shift which consumers prefer to buy via online shopping rather than going straight to the mall or come to the store to buy something. This research aims to analyze the effect of website’s quality toward hedonic behavior, to analyze the effect of environment toward hedonic behavior, to analyze the effect of content attractiveness toward hedonic behavior, to analyze the effect of hedonic behavior toward impulsive buying.Sample in this research is 97 respondents that are shopping on the OLX website. The technique of data analysis is using SPSS, with validity and realibility test, the classic assumption test and multiple regression.The result of this research shows that the Quality of the Website doesn’t has positive effect toward hedonic behavior, Environment have positive effect toward Hedonic Behavior, the Attractiveness of Content have positive and significant effect toward Hedonic Behavior, Hedonic Behavior have a positive effect toward Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) innovates to launch BRILink Agent services as a collaborative partner between BRI Bank and its customers. The problem in this research is how to improve customer satisfaction which will influence the decisions of transactions at BRILink BRI Branch of Pati. Data on observed variables were obtained through interviews with questionnaires to 110 BRI Bank customers who transacted at BRILink Branch of Pati and tested using AMOS statistic software. The result of SEM analysis confirm the criteria of Goodness of fit that is Chi-Square is 154.616 with probability equal to 0.277; CMIN/DF (1.066); GFI (0.873); AGFI (0.833); TLI (0.991); CFI (0.992); and RMSEA (0.025). The result of hypothesis testing is: transaction decisions are statistically proven to be affected by customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction is statistically proven to be affected by service attractiveness and tariff competitiveness, while the attractiveness of unpaid products has a significant effect.

Abstract

In machining operation, the quality of surface finish is an important requirement for many turned workpieces. Thus, the choice of optimized cutting parameters is very important for controlling the requied surface quality The focus of present experimental study is to optimize for cutting speed, feed rate, and radius chip breaker using two performance measures, metal removal rate and surface roughness. Response Surface Methodology (RSM). has been applied for developing models in the form of multiple regression equations correlating dependent parameters with cutting parameters and radius chip breaker, in a turning process. The central composite rotatable design was used to plan the experiment, and analysis of variance were employed to study the performance characteristics for three variable independent in turning operation. A second-order model which can describe the relation then to find combination between cutting parameters and radius chip breaker which resulting the maximum metal removal rate and minimum surface roughness. The experimental results reveal that the most significant cutting parameters for surface roughness is cutting speed, followed by feed rate and radius chip breaker. Based on the optimization results, recommended cutting speed, feed rate, and radius chip breaker is 35 m/mt, 0,2819 mm/rev, and 0,85 mm. By implementing this parameters, the surface roughness and metal removal rate is 2,18 μm and 6230,80 mm3/mt.Keywords : Surface Roughness, Metal removal rate, response surface methodology, turning

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the appropiate spot welding variable to get the maximum tensile strength. The highest of tensile strength referred as good quality of weldment.The plate was made from low carbon steel with phase ferrite and martensite. The current of welding used 0.9 kA, 1.6 kA, dan 1.85 kA with welding time were 0.25, 0.5 , 0.75 and 1 second. Mechanical properties testing done involved tensile strength to know shear strength of weld joint. Microstructure test used optical microscope.The results show that spot welding with thecurrent of 1.85kA and welding time of 1 second has the highest tensile strength (about 237.04N/mm2). On the other hand, the lowest tensile strength (150 N/mm2) was produced by combination of 0.9 kA and 0.25 second welding time. Abstract

The failure of dissimilar weld joint happen to train contructions because of unweld joint quality optimal.This research used MIG welding with CO2 gas shield. The welding current used was 110 Ampere with wire diameter 0.8mm, welding velocity 2 mm/s, gas rate of CO2 was 5L/mnt. Temperature measurement distance towards welding center was 5 mm and 10mm. The joint plate was low carbon steel ST37 and austenitic stainless steel SS 304 with thickness 4mm. In order to obtain the temperature, thermocouple was used complated with ADC and computer to display and graph. Enviroment temperature was variated with room temperature 100 ºC, 200 ºC and 250 ºC. The low peak temperature cause cooling rate post welding deacreased, which was shown trough the decreasing shape of cooling graph. The higher the enviroment temperature, the lower welding peak temperature. It happen to both ST37 and SUS 304. The peak temperature and cooling rate post welding of SUS 304 was lower than ST37. The distribution of peak temperature similar the incrase of enviroment temperature. The most similar and lowest peak distribution of enviroment temperature was obtained 250ºC. Abstract

The development of biopolymer becomes alternative solution of the waste problem which is mostly produced by synthetic polymer. Biopolymer cassava extract which has big potency to be developed as synthetic polymer alternative. Nevertheless, the basic characteristic which is hydrofilyc and low tensile strength makes the polymer film produced not acceptable to be used as synthetic polymer alternative. The method used in this research was continous fiber biocomposite by pressed hand lay up. The matrix was Wau wood fiber which had layer variety 1,2,3,4 and the fiber directions 0o and 90o. The matrix biocomposite uses cassava extract with addition variation of gliserol 5%,10%,15% of dry weight. The experiment testing used bending test standart ASTM C 393 (1997) and moisture test standart ASTM D570-81. From this research, it was found that the highest bending result on fiber variation 3 layers and 5 % matrix gliserol was 50,58 Mpa. The highest elongation on 15% gliserol+1 layer was 35%. The lowest moisture test occurred on 1% laye and 5% matrix was 39.3%. Keywords: Biocomposite, bending, biopolymer, Waru wood fiber , gliserol.

Abstract

The continued development of the technology industry and the rapid depletion of petroleum energy the need for alternative sources of renewable energy to be a very important consideration. Biogas is a renewable energy that has great potential as an alternative energy. The content consists of CH4 biogas as fuel around 50-80% and CO2 as an impurity around 27-45%. With the CO2 gas can affect the purity of CH4 in biogas womb. Therefore, to get the maximum quality of biogas purification necessary. The research was done by making purification equipment (purifier) with zeolite granular solid filler mounted on a biogas digester system continue. Purification processes varying on zeolite layer that fills the purifier is 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 layer. All walks take a purification process for 60 minutes and observed every 15 minutes. The results showed that the increasing time between biogas purification with zeolite, the CO2 levels tend to decline with the lowest percentage of 21.3% and CH4 levels increase with the highest percentage of 74.7%. This is due to the increasing time of purification, CO2 absorbed in the zeolite structure more and more. So with the absorption of CO2 by the zeolite, the resulting levels of CH4 has increased. In addition to the greater number of zeolite layers become increasingly declining CO2 and CH4 levels increase. This is because the more the number of layers of filler, wide contact area between the biogas by zeolite increasingly large that CO2 is absorbed by the zeolite increased.Keywords: Zeolite, CO2, CH4, purification, biogas continuous system

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Daun kelor dipercaya mampu mengobati diabetes mellitus. Diabetes Melitus (DM) tipe 2 adalah sindrom metabolik yang disebabkan oleh resistensi insulin dan defisiensi insulin. Hiperglikemia pada akan melemahkan kapasitas sekresi insulin dan menambah berat resistensi insulin. Keadaan hiperglikemia pada DM menyebabkan terjadinya stres oksidatif yang ditandai dengan penurunan antioksidan tubuh. Radikal bebas dapat dinetralisir menggunakan antioksidan. Daun kelor merupakan salah satu tanaman yang mengandung antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tepung daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) terhadap kadar glukosa darah dan malondialdehid (MDA) pada tikus wistar diabetes tipe 2. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental laboratoris dengan rancangan pre and post randomized controlled group design. Sampel adalah tikus wistar jantan umur 8 - 9 minggu. Kontrol negatif (KN) tidak diinduksi streptozotocin (STZ), dan nikotinamid (NA). Kontrol positif (KP) diinduksi streptozotocin (STZ), nikotinamid (NA) tetapi tidak diberikan tepung daun kelor. Kelompok perlakuan (KP) diinduksi STZ dan NA serta diberikan tepung daun kelor (P1) 500 mg/KgBB/hari (P2) 1000 mg/KgBB/hari, (P3) 1500 mg/KgBB/hari diberikan selama 7 hari. Kadar glukosa darah dan MDA diukur sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Data dianalisis statistik dengan paired t-test dan pearson correlation serta bermakna jika p < 0,05. Hasil : Hasil pre and post treatment menunjukkan bahwa kadar glukosa darah mengalami kenaikan 0,67±0,84 mg/dl pada kelompok KN (p= 0,108) dan mengalami kenaikan 0,65±0,67mg/dl pada kelompok KP (p=0,052). Kadar glukosa mengalami penurunan 30,83±0,78 mg/dl kelompok P1 (p=0,001), 51,73±1,04 mg/dl kelompok P2 (P=0,001), dan 93±2,56 mg/dl kelompok P3 (p=0,001). Kadar MDA mengalami kenaikan 0,06±0,05 nmol/ml pada kelompok KN (p=0,091) dan 0,11±0,08 nmol/ml pada kelompok KP (p=0,018). Kadar MDA mengalami penurunan 0,74±0,28 pada kelompok P1 (p=0,001), 1,33±0,08 nmol/ml kelompok P2 (p=0,001), 2,37±0,13 nmol/mlkelompok P3 (p=0,001). Hasil koefisiensi uji pearson correlation untuk glukosa darah dan MDA adalah 0,988 dan 0,937 yang artinya memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat. Kesimpulan : tepung daun kelor dapat berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap kadar glukosa darah dan MDA tikus diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Keywords : daun kelor, tikus diabetes tipe 2, glukosa darah, MDA
