Abstract

This research was motivated by the achievement of work targets that have not been perfect. It showed that the employee's performance was not optimal in completing the work. In this case the authors found indications of work safety, work environment and work discipline that were still not good, such as employees who did not use PPE when they were working, cleanliness was not maintained and there were employees who were late and went to home early. The aim of this study was to explain the significant influence between work safety, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV. Elraya Group. The sample of this study was the entire population of 59 respondents using the sampling method that was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research was validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. Overall, it can be explained that work safety (partial) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. t value 0.036 <0.05). The work environment (partial) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. t value 0.029 <0.05). Work discipline (partial) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. t value 0.013 <0.05). Work safety, work environment and work discipline (simultaneously) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. F value 0.00 <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.345 which indicated that employee's performance was influenced by the variables of work safety, work environment and work discipline by 34.5%, the remaining 65.5% was influenced by other variables.

Sampling technique with saturated sampling approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signfikansi pengaruh kompensasi, pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perum Jasa Tirta 1 Wilayah Sub II/I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, diperoleh 67 orang pegawai sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner sebanyak 3 kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5 yang digunakan untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menjelaskan bawah variable kompensasi, pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif sigfinikan terhadap variable dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Perum Jasa Tirta 1 Wilayah Sub II/I harus lebih meningkatkan variable-variabel tersebut untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to test and explain the influence of product design, product quality and price on batik purchasing decisions at CV. Wecono Asri Kediri partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and the population studied is all consumers who have purchased batik in the last 3 months. The number of samples taken was 91 respondents, and the sampling method used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires. The research results show that (1) product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 3.724 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 2.517 and a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05; (3) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 3.696 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05; (4) product design, product quality and price together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F value of 57.153 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. Decision to purchase batik at CV. Wecono Asri is influenced by these three variables by 66.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of word of mouth, price and product quality on product purchasing decisions at Abadi Digital Printing, Kediri City. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research was using the Accidental Sampling method. This research uses analytical techniques of validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test (R), multiple linear regression test, T test, and F test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of word of mouth, price, and product quality on product purchasing decisions in eternal digital printing in the city of Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product variations, prices and locations on purchasing decisions at TNA Collection Nganjuk. The existence of various product variations, prices that are in accordance with the ability of consumer purchasing power and the location right on the side of the highway indicate that it can improve purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative with a sample number of 95 people. Data collection using questionnaires with analysis techniques of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the product variation t test had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And location has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In the F test results, product variations, price, and location simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at TNA Collection Nganjuk.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran sangat berpengaruh penting dalam keputusan pembelian. Untuk mempengaruhi konsumen dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pilihan variasi produk, harga yang terjangkau dan promosi yang tepat sasaran memberikan keuntungan dalam kegiatan usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variasi produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian buket dan kerajinan di UMKM Nusantary.id Kediri. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada pengaruh secara simultan antara variasi produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sesuai dengan penghitungan tersebut dapat diketahui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 25.0 dengan menggunkan taraf signifikan sebesar 5% atau 0,05 dengan hasil (1) secara parsial konflik kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikan yang berarti H1 diterima dan Ho1 ditolak. (2) secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikan yang berarti H2 diterima dan Ho2 ditolak. (3) secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikan yang berarti H3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak. (4) secara simultan konflik kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikan yang berarti Ha4 diterima dan Ho4 ditolak.
