Abstract

Education and Science is a unit that is needed by everyone to broaden their thinking. Language is a sound or speech symbolization system in human daily communication. For humans, there are two roles that language has, namely as a medium of thought and as a medium of communication. The thinking process cannot be separated from language mastery because humans think through language symbols. Human thoughts and ideas are very important to convey to others. Good communication must use good media as well. Language plays an important role in the development of knowledge, especially as a medium of thought and a medium of communication. Language should be able to explain and represent the symbolism of a concept in science itself. Vocabulary is the treasure of a language, especially those that are closely related to messages that connote thoughts. The preparation of this analysis uses a term known as a literature review study or literature review from various scientific journals and Google Scholar to obtain relevant journal articles. The aim of this type of research is to incorporate relevant theory and ongoing or previously unknown issues as building blocks for the analysis of research results. Seeing the interconnectedness of the sources for this theoretical study, it can be concluded that language has a very important role in the application of knowledge, because language itself has a very close attachment/relationship with the mind. Language is a medium of thinking and a medium of human communication.

Abstract

One important program that must be implemented in principle in teacher training to improve the quality of learning is the supervision of school principals in improving the quality of teacher learning. The purpose of this research is to learn about supervision actions or practices carried out by principals in schools to improve the quality of teacher learning. This research is expected to be able to assist school principals in improving the quality of learning through teacher supervision. Improving the quality of teacher learning will have a good influence on students, thereby increasing the quality of education. However, the problem is that the supervision of school principals is still underutilized, which will have a negative impact on improving the quality of learning. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Research instruments include observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Principals and teachers became the focus of the investigation. Based on research findings, the practice of supervising school principals in improving the quality of learning at SMP 25 Negeri Padang is not optimal. This cannot be ignored because if this is not addressed immediately, it will have a negative impact on student learning. parties hope that this research will continue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi laporan penilaian berbasis aplikasi Microsoft teams di SMPN 25 Padang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, dan kajian Pustaka sesuai dengan topik masalah. Sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan prototype. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi, yaitu dalam melakukan pelaporan penilaian menggunakan media kertas dan aplikasi standar sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan olah data bahkan sering terjadi data ganda. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya rancangan sistem informasi laporan kegiatan berbasis aplikasi Microsoft teams. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem pelaporan penilaian ini diharapkan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

There is still a phenomenon in the field where some teachers lack discipline in teaching, and their motivation fluctuates, thus lowering the quality of their performance. Teachers' work or organizational climate is also seen as less favourable, possibly due to a lack of effective communication and feelings of jealousy towards colleagues. Indeed, this will impact the teachers' emotional state, which in turn affects their performance. Leadership participation is needed in such conditions. This study is field research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 30 teachers. The research findings conclude that: a) there is an influence of the principal's participative leadership style on the performance of middle school teachers, b) there is an influence of the work climate on the performance of middle school teachers, c) there is a combined influence of the principal's participative leadership style and the work climate on the performance of middle school teachers, and d) the simultaneous influence of the independent variables, the principal's participative leadership style, and the work climate, on the dependent variable, the performance of middle school teachers, accounts for approximately 90.1% and is influenced by other unmentioned variables. The implications of this research can serve as a guideline for school principals to implement a participative leadership style that supports teachers in developing their performance and creates a positive and conducive work climate to enhance teachers' performance in schools.

Abstract

The phenomenon related to this research is that until now, the learning media used by teachers is still very minimal. It can be seen from the broken focus that the internet network still needs improvement, and the time used to carry out supervision could be a lot higher because the principal has the task. For the most part, this is one of the inhibiting factors in the process of supervised learning in this school and will also affect the quality of learning, impacting student learning outcomes. This type of field research uses qualitative research methods or approaches. This study used the principal and several teachers who taught as respondents or resource persons. This study concludes that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because learning supervision can be a benefit that directs, encourages, spurs, and surveys instructors in the utilization of learning. The strategy applied by the teacher to improve the quality of learning is that the teaching and learning process must start with planning learning activities, learning methods, media used, face-to-face, and class management, then observed and evaluated. The principle in providing services to teachers so that the learning process can run smoothly is good, where the principal assists teachers in planning, implementing, and assessing learning program activities and assisting teachers in preparing teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

A school needs education funding in the form of education funds needed by the school. The factors that influence the education fund itself in a school are teachers, the percentage of students, and the use of education funding itself. The problems that occur in education financing are financial management in schools that are not well managed, besides that there are indications of misappropriation in finances committed by related persons, as well as a lack of school supplies, only coming from students. Funding for education in schools has not been maximized because direct cost and indirect cost sources of funds have not been used optimally. Apart from that, problems that often arise, namely in recording school financial administration and expenses to financial reporting. Current problems with the difficulty of life make the world of education only experienced by the wealthy. The study used in the writing of this article is to use the literature study method where the source comes from books, in Googlei Scholeir or in the form of previous articles and relevant articles related to the problem.
