Abstract

Technology, such as social media apps, has made communication and relationship building easier. The use of influencers is one of the actors that contributes to the success of digital marketing platforms such as social media. Effective marketing entails keeping products in the forefront of consumers' minds so that they will choose to purchase the products offered. The goal of this research is to determine how digital marketing uses social media influencers to influence consumer purchasing behavior. According to the AISAS flow, micro-influencers, macro-influencers, and mega-influencers can create interesting content that sways the interests of a large number of consumers. The number of likes and comments on influencer accounts can indicate how interested followers are in the account. Influencers can also convey various types of promotions via their visual style and personal language. This is demonstrated by the use of interesting photography and copywriting. The potential for affected netizens to search for products (search), buy products (action), and leave product reviews is obvious, which can have an impact on companies that can promote their products to influencers. Important Instagram statistics and trends for 2022, for example, advertisers could reach 1.440 billion Instagram users in July 2022, ranking it as the world's fourth most 'active' social media platform. As a result, influencer marketing is quickly becoming one of the most popular marketing strategies for influencers, as they can present posts that promote brand image and characteristics, which have a significant impact on consumers.

Abstract

Red curly chili production in Indonesia is currently falling short of expectations. The objective of this research was to evaluate the affectivity of bio fertilizer and compost combination in increasing growth and yield two varieties of red curly chili in Rancamaya, Bogor. Split plot design was used as an experimental design with different variety of red curly chili (OR Twist = V1 and Kencana = V2) as main plot and fertilizer (A = Control without chemical fertilizers + Compost + POH, B = 50% Chemical Fertilizer + Compost + POH, C = 75% Chemical Fertilizer + Compost + POH, D = 100% Chemical Fertilizer + Compost + POH, E = 100% Chemical Fertilizer + manure, F = 100% Chemical Fertilizer) combination as sub plot. The collected data was analysed by using ANOVA with 5% of significancy, a further test is performed using duncan mutiple range test. OR Twist variety showed the highest growth performance on plant height with 26.4 cm (21 DAP), 56.3 cm (35 DAP), and 82.8 cm (DAP) and leave number by 86.8 and 285 leaves at 35 and 39 DAP. The highest cumulative yield of red curly chili was resulted by OR Twist variety from 1st until 5th harvesting period. OR Twist variety and 50% chemical fertilizer treatment with the addition of compost and POH was the best combination in increasing average fruit weight and cumulative of red curly chili at Rancamaya, Bogor.

officers' limitations in their analysis of data at the population and civil registry service in Bandung. The majority of these issues are brought on by the apparatus's lack of knowledge and skill as well as the sparse availability of computers. The sub-district office does not have adequate data storage, and data management and display are not supported by technology. Implementation strategy using coaching and training. The instruction offered takes the form of fundamental knowledge on how to show district population data using Smart PLS. Its operations include instruction and support for using the Smart PLS application in the Cipadung Village to present and process data. To determine how well the trainees understood how to use the Smart PLS program, interviews and questionnaires were administered as part of the service. The customer assistance team provides clear and comprehensive explanations of the data display. The use of this Smart PLS software aids Kelurahan staff in comprehending and processing data. It is beneficial to sub-district authorities in their work with the taught apps.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use linear regression to forecast the closing stock price of the top 10 issuers from the LQ45 Index. When it is appropriate to purchase or sell the stock, it is determined by comparing the forecasted close price with the actual stock price. The relationship between independent factors (such past stock prices) and dependent variables (stock prices) is modelled using the linear regression approach. The prediction error rate is then calculated by comparing the expected and actual outcomes using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). It is evident from the data that the close stock price's anticipated growth does not consistently rise each month. For this reason, this prediction is crucial in assisting investors in their decision-making. It makes sense to sell the stock if the estimated growth of its closing price is expected to climb; conversely, if the projection is expected to fall, it makes sense to purchase the stock. According to the test findings, the linear regression model is capable of producing precise predictions that help investors decide what to buy on the Indonesian stock market.

This study aims to analyze existence of market power in the formation of rice prices at the end -consumer level. The data used is weekly price of rice according to quality during the 2019 - 2022 period in Tasikmalaya City. Data analysis was performed using error correction model. Results of the analysis show that there is market power in four of the six qualities of rice traded in Tasikmalaya City. Price setting at various price qualities traded at the retail level is also necessary as an effort to prevent significant price changes such as price regulation at the producer level.

Abstract

Land in Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency had a limiting factor in the form of water availability. One of the local commodities cultivated for generations on dry land in this region is gembili (Dioscorea sp.). However, the gembili cultivation process has not produced optimal productivity and is threatened with extinction. Therefore, gembili cultivation and use of dry land need to be optimized by carrying out integrated land management. The aim of utilizing dry land is to increase local food production and sustainability as alternative food and maintain national food security. This research was conducted using data on productivity, quantity and type of fertilizer obtained through interviews with gembili farmers and secondary data on soil types obtained from BPP Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency. The results showed that grumusol and lithosol soil types had no significant effect (p > 0.05) on gembili productivity. Providing organic + inorganic fertilizer with giving organic fertilizer without a combination produced values that were not significantly different (p > 0.05). However, the average productivity results were sequentially from grumusol and lithosol (6.1 ton.ha-1 and 7.1 ton.ha-1). Meanwhile, the use of organic fertilizer is 8.06% higher compared to organic fertilizer + inorganic fertilizer. The results of the multiple regression test for organic fertilizer had a significant effect (p < 0.05) on the productivity of Dioscorea sp..
