Abstract

The curriculum continues to change and is developed according to the needs of the time. The purpose of curriculum development is to be able to facilitate all the needs of students so that the learning objectives are achieved optimally. The independent curriculum emerged as a renewal of the previous curriculum. One aspect that has changed is the teaching device in the form of teaching modules with many components in it. Therefore, most teachers experience difficulties in their preparation. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's readiness and ability to develop teaching modules based on the Merdeka curriculum and steps that can be taken to improve the teacher's ability to develop teaching modules. Writing this article using a literature approach (literature review). The results of the study found that there were still many teachers who were not fully prepared to implement the independent learning curriculum, this could be seen from the fact that there were still many teachers who were unable and had difficulty in compiling teaching tools, one of which was the teaching module. Concrete efforts are needed to improve teacher abilities and competencies, including by holding training and or technical guidance related to the preparation of teaching devices according to the demands of the Merdeka curriculum. Thus, the problem of unpreparedness and the inability of teachers to compile teaching modules can be resolved properly.

Abstract

Abstract The social studies learning concept is very important for students to be able to adapt to their environment. The development of creative thinking skills in social life is something that must be developed. This study aims to discuss how the use of Mind Mapping in social studies learning can improve creative thinking. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a literature review method which consists of several stages. First planning , where we determine the topics to be discussed, determine the criteria for the articles to be used. Second Conducting, the process of searching, selecting articles and data synthesis. The third is reporting, writing the results of a systematic literature review. Based on a study of 10 national articles on the use of Mind Mapping in social studies learning to improve creative thinking skills . The results of the research conducted show that the use of Mind Mapping is effective and efficient in improving students' creative thinking skills in social studies learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penilaian autentik yang meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teknik penilaian autentik yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas IV SDN 11 VII Koto Sungai Sarik dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) dan kendala yang ditemukan dalam penerapannya pada kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kasus, dimana peneliti menyajikan dan menganalisis masalah secara mendalam hingga diperoleh hasil yang spesifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek yaitu guru kelas IV, peserta didik, dan kepala sekolah. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber primer (observasi dan wawancara) dan sumber sekunder (buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif-analitik yang meliputi analisis kritik, interpretasi kritik, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan teknik penilaian pada semua aspek. Teknik penilaian aspek kognitif yang digunakan guru adalah tes tertulis, tes lisan, dan penugasan. Aspek afektif menggunakan observasi, penilaian diri, penilaian antar teman, dan jurnal. Aspek psikomotor menggunakan kinerja, proyek, dan portofolio. Dari ketiga aspek tersebut gambaran mengenai pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik secara keseluruhan dan juga dijadikan sebagai alat ukur tingkat keberhasilan peserta didik dalam belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the use of moral and personality development in elementary school-aged children in an educational context. Elementary school children's moral and personality development is an important area to study because this period is important in the formation of character and moral values in children. This article was compiled using a qualitative research method that applies a descriptive approach. Data was collected through literature studies that referred to scientific literature relevant to the research topic, taken from indexed journals, books, and other literature. The research questions in this article focus on how schools can maximize the moral and personality development of elementary school children. The results of the study indicate that several ways can be used by schools to take advantage of children's moral and personality development. In developing a child's morals and personality, parents and teachers must take an active role in providing direction and good examples, providing positive recognition and encouragement, and teaching important social and emotional skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the important role played by human resource management in improving the quality of education in primary schools. There are many schools that have been established but have not been able to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of their education. In order to improve the quality of school education, human resource management needs to be continuously improved. This study used a descriptive-qualitative technique with a literature review. Researchers examined a number of relevant publications and articles from previous investigations. Data collection was carried out by searching for journals on Google Scholar using the keywords management, human resources, and quality of education. The findings of this study show the importance of human resource management in improving educational standards. The progress and development of education in primary schools can be supported by qualified human resources. Overall, effective human resource management can assist primary schools in improving the quality of education and achieving the desired educational goals.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low self-efficacy of students in IPAS learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, and Satisfaction (ARIAS) model on the achievement of self efficacy in grade IV elementary school. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental using Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study population was grade IV elementary school students in Gugus VI Koto Tangah District, Padang. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling, obtained class IVA as the experimental class and class IVB as the control class at SD Negeri 28 Padang Sarai. This research instrument is a self efficacy questionnaire and data analysis techniques using prerequisite tests in the form of normality, homogeneity, and independent sample t test tests. Based on the results of the study obtained a significance value of Sig. 0.00 < 0.05, that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the effectiveness of the ARIAS model has a significant effect on the achievement of self efficacy of students in elementary schools. Learning with the ARIAS model makes students active in learning activities.
