Abstract

The development of the digital world and technology plays an active role in everyday human life and activities. The use of the digital world and technology provides a lot of information so that it can be accessed easily so that it is not uncommon for the use of technology to be used for things that are not good, such as accessing sites that contain negative content. Not everyone knows how to filter sites that contain negative content, so we need a system that can filter sites that contain negative content. This study aims to build a system that can filter sites on the internet so that healthy internet use can be implemented. Sites are filtered using a web proxy proxy. Data collection was carried out using the literature study method, system design, topology design, and filter application. Testing of blocked sites using a browser. The results of this study web proxies can block sites such as URLs, websites, keywords, and the download process of a file. Web proxies cannot block some sites with certain domains. Filtering with a web proxy takes quite a long time because of the many configurations needed.

Abstract

Clean water is a basic need for humans, so it is only natural that the clean water sector is given priority in handling and fulfilling it. PDAM as a regional clean water management company should be able to meet this need. With the existing treatment system and piping network system, PDAM is expected to be able to meet the clean water needs of the people in Pematangsiantar City. The purpose of this study was to find out whether it is necessary to increase water production to meet the current clean water needs of PDAM Tirtauli customers, to simulate clean water distribution pipelines in Pematangsiantar City using the EPANET 2.0 program, and to compare the simulation results of clean water distribution pipelines using the program. EPANET 2. 0 with the results of the distribution pipe network system planning for the current existing conditions. Based on the simulation results, the pressure value for the peak hours of water use is 0.2 kg/cm (2 m) for the lowest pressure, while the highest pressure is 2.19 kg/cm (21 m). In addition, a comparison of the pressure value from the simulation results was also carried out with the results of field measurements at Karangsari Permai Housing Complex. From this comparison, the pressure value obtained from the simulation results was 0.2 kg/cm (2 m), while the pressure value for field measurements carried out by the NRW PDAM Tirtauli team in this housing was 0.14 Kg/cm (1.4 m). The difference in pressure values was caused by the age factor. pipes, water leaks, and limited research data. Abstract

The availability of electric power is an obligation at this time, because the economic and social activities of the people of a region continue to increase. Simalungun Regency is an area in the middle of the island of Sumatra. Simalungun Regency's electricity is currently quite good. On the other hand, the island of Simalungun Regency has a lot of potential from various sectors, especially tourism, especially the Lake Toba area. Both of these require business developers and the government to maintain the continuity of the supply of electrical energy. Problems regarding electricity will arise if there is an imbalance between the electrical energy produced and what is requested by the customer. In order for this problem to be overcome, a strategy is needed, namely forecasting the demand for electrical energy within a certain period of time so that the distribution of electrical energy becomes efficient. Based on data from PT PLN (Persero) for the North Sumatra Region, Parapat City Area, Simalungun Regency, total electricity consumption in 2017 has reached 22,311,374 kWh. By using the econometric method that takes into account the influence of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), capable capacity, electrification ratio, it can be known the amount of electricity consumption in the coming year. Based on the results of the calculation of the electricity load forecasting in 2022, the total consumption of electrical energy has reached 46,149,759.6069 KWh which is an increase of around 106.84% from 2017 which comes from four types of customers, namely households, commercial, public and industrial. Abstract

The need for electrical energy at Simalungun City Hotel is very high, especially to support all hospitality activities and activities. Therefore, if the electricity goes out, all activities at Simalungun City Hotel will be disrupted. For this reason, it is necessary to have other energy reserves that can replace electricity from PLN when there is a blackout. This energy reserve is obtained from the Generator Set installed at Simalungun City Hotel. In use, the Generator Set (Genset) needs to be maintained and cared for regularly to minimize damage, extend service life and so on. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the generator set maintenance procedures at Simalungun City Hotel had been properly stated in the Genset maintenance SOP at Simalungun City Hotel. In addition, the level of generator fuel use at Simalungun City Hotel during the study period was 300 liters, where the average hourly use of fuel was 30 liters. So that the level of Genset fuel usage at Simalungun City Hotel is included in the very efficient category when compared to the tables for Genset usage efficiency in general.
