Abstract

Implementasi prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mata pelajaran ini masih kurang diperhatikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Lapangan Persekolahan bagi mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembelajaran efektif pada Pendidikan Jasmani dalam rangka memberikan bekal pengetahuan tentang lapangan persekolahan bagi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam proses penerapan prinsip pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi pembelajaran, wawancara dengan pengajar, dan angket pembelajaran terkait penilaian ke efektifan prinsip pembelajaran dengan Mahasiswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran efektif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian dari reduksi data lembar observasi, wawancara, dan angket memperlihatkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa dapat mengaplikasikan prinsip pembelajaran efektif dalam proses pembelajaran saat mengikuti PLP, namun masih ada sebagian yang mengalami kesulitan. Konsep prinsip pembelajaran efektif sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran agar proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan implementasi prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran efektif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, terutama dalam hal pemahaman lapangan persekolahan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan dasar bagi perbaikan proses pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam memberikan bekal pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa tentang Lapangan Persekolahan. Saran untuk penelitian lanjutan dapat mengambil sampel dari berbagai Universitas dan juga dengan menambah instrumen pengumpulan data lainnya seperti Focus Group Discussion atau Studi Kasus. Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui perbedaan implementasi prinsip pembelajaran efektif di berbagai Universitas dan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar bagi pengembangan bidang keilmuan.AbstractThe implementation of effective learning principles in this subject is still lacking attention. This study aims to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the School Field. The purpose of this study is to analyse effective learning in physical education in order to provide students with knowledge about the school field. The research method uses a descriptive study with a qualitative approach in the process of applying learning principles. Data were collected through learning observations, interviews with teachers and learning questionnaires related to the assessment of the effectiveness of learning principles with students. The data obtained were analysed qualitatively in order to identify the implementation of effective learning principles. The research sample consisted of 30 students. The research results from the data reduction of observation sheets, interviews and questionnaires show that most students can apply effective learning principles in the learning process when participating in PLP, but there are still some who experience difficulties. The concept of effective learning principles is very important in the learning process to make the learning process more effective and enjoyable. This research identifies the need to improve the implementation of effective learning principles in physical education learning, especially in terms of understanding the school environment. Thus, this research provides a basis for improving the process of a more effective learning approach in providing students with knowledge about the school field. Suggestions for further research can be made by taking samples from different universities and also by adding other data collection instruments such as focus group discussions or case studies. In this way, differences in the implementation of effective learning principles in different universities can be known and can contribute more to the development of scientific fields.

Abstract

Globalisasi pendidikan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penguatan kecemerlangan pendidikan di Indonesia, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan jasmani. Dalam konteks pendidikan jasmani, globalisasi pendidikan tinggi dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia untuk mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih inklusif dan beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran globalisasi pendidikan tinggi dalam pengembangan pendidikan jasmani yang berkualitas di Indonesia. Memahami dan menjelaskan fenomena dalam konteks yang kompleks dan tidak terukur secara kuantitatif, seperti pengalaman dan persepsi para stakeholder dalam pengembangan pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode penelitian ini akan dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen terkait kepada ahli Pendidikan Jasmani. Hasil penelitian Beberapa perguruan tinggi memiliki program khusus untuk atlet dan mahasiswa yang berprestasi di bidang olahraga. Terdapat beberapa penelitian yang dilakukan terkait dengan pengembangan pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia, namun jumlahnya masih terbatas. Tema penelitian meliputi pengaruh olahraga terhadap kesehatan, pengaruh lingkungan terhadap aktivitas fisik, dan efektivitas program latihan fisik. Implikasi atau manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pengembangan pendidikan jasmani yang berkualitas di Indonesia. Hal ini dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan jasmani yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, pengembangan kurikulum yang inklusif dan beragam dapat memperluas kesempatan bagi siswa yang memiliki bakat dan minat dalam bidang olahraga. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan juga mampu membantu pemerintah dan perguruan tinggi dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan program yang lebih efektif dalam pengembangan pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia.

Abstract

Model Learner’s Project-Based learning and level Motor Educability can upgrade Motion elementary students (Fundamental Motor Skill). The purpose of this study is to get the implications of the Project- based learning model of learning so that students are not focused on the teacher, but can choose their projects facilitated by the teacher. This study uses a random control group pretest and post-test design experimental method. The population in the study was 86 people, with the number of samples until treatment group I was 24 people given PjBL learning models with high motor educability, treatment group II was 24 people given with low motor education. The test used is a fundamental motor skill test to measure students' basic movements. This study concludes that the Project-Based Learning Model with the level of motor educability has a significant effect on the basic movements of students (Fundamental Motor Skill).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of drinking water with oxygen levels to decrease the pulse rate after physical activity in students of Physical Education Health and Recreation. The research method used is experimental research with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Two groups were formed, namely a control group and an experimental group, consisting of 20 students of the UNUGIRI Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program. Sampling is done randomly (Random Sampling). The pulse rate is measured before and after running for 20 minutes. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the provision of oxygenated drinking water (experimental group) and ordinary drinking water (control group) on the acceleration of pulse rate reduction after running activities. The significance value obtained was 0.057, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The average pulse of the experimental group was 89.44, while the average pulse of the control group was 98.33. The administration of drinking water with an oxygen content has a positive effect on the decrease in the pulse rate after physical exertion. Subjects who consumed oxygenated drinking water after a 20-minute run had a faster decrease in pulse rate compared to subjects who consumed only plain drinking water.The conclusion of this study shows that the provision of oxygenated drinking water has a positive effect on the decrease in pulse rate after physical activity in health and Recreation physical education students. The use of oxygenated drinking water can be an effective alternative to accelerate pulse recovery after intense physical exertion. This research provides a better understanding of the benefits of oxygenated drinking water in maintaining health and accelerating physical recovery after sports activities

Abstract

Badminton players aged 7-9 years still have difficulty in making lob shots, which are lob shots that do not bounce and tend to be tolerant. To overcome this, can be given a shuttlecock throwing exercise. This study aims to determine the effect of shuttlecock throwing style to increase arm strength in lob badminton players aged 7-9 years in PB. Angkor Kusuma Bojonegoro.This type of research is an experiment with a "one-group pretest posttest design". The population in this study is badminton player PB. Angkling Kusuma Bojonegoro, age 7-9 years, the sample in this study amounted to 8 athletes. The instrument used is the lob Ability Test (French Test).The results showed that there was an effect of shuttlecock throwing exercises to increase arm strength for lob shots in badminton players aged 7-9 years in PB. Angkor Kusuma Bojonegoro. The results can be proven t count 13.805 > t table 2.36, and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a percentage increase of 16.5%.Suggestion, the coach can vary the exercise program to avoid athlete boredom, and increase enthusiasm in training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between college students' nutritional status and learning outcomes, especially physical education in Universitas Negeri Semarang. The type of research used is correlational. The population of this study amounted to 220 college students. This study uses primary data obtained from the measurement of the nutritional status of college students and secondary data from learning outcomes of physical education students in Universitas Negeri Semarang. The data collection tool is in the form of measuring nutritional status based on body mass index. The data were analyzed by correlational statistics through a computerized process using the SPSS program. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and learning outcomes for college students.

Abstract

Studi purpose. Stress and anxiety are every day for athletes, but they need severe treatment. Pre-match anxiety is often present and quite disruptive to an athlete's performance. Anxiety is inherent in sports and may be experienced at all levels. This study examines the effects of stress and anxiety before the match. Materials and methods. This study used the article review method by collecting qualitative and quantitative data through reputable journal articles. This article reviewed the literature on athlete stress and anxiety leading to a match. Research with this article review method used relevant and accurate data to be used as material for readers. Results. The results of the review concluded that athletes who experienced high levels of stress have the effect of a 70% higher risk of injury, and increased anxiety could harm athlete performance during matches. The causes of anxiety in athletes before competing included competitive anxiety, cognitive anxiety, and somatic anxiety. Conclusions. In conclusion, athletes will experience symptoms of anxiety and stress in the match due to various things, such as the presence of thousands of spectators who can threaten the athlete's self-esteem and the negative judgment of the community towards losing athletes.
