Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan sistem pemasaran secara langsung terhadap kinerja pemasaran dan tidak langsung melalui persaingan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan pada PT. Griya Kenari Makassar. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Griya Kenari Makassar sebanyak 75 orang dengan menggunakan tehnik non-probability sampling (sampling jenuh). Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada PT. Griya Kenari Makassar, pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persaingan usaha dan kinerja pemasaran, empati yang dimiliki karyawan mampu mendorong kemampuan persaing dan mengembangkan pelanggan, sementara sistem pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persaingan usaha namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, segmentasi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan telah mendorong kemampuan bersaing dengan memahami kemampuan pesaing, meskipun dalam kinerja pemasaran belum signifikan sebab pelanggan yang berbeda karakteristik membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda.  Persaingan usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, dengan lingkup bersaing telah mampu meraih banyak pelanggan, dan pada pengaruh tidak langsung, pelayanan dan sistem pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui persaingan usaha. The research aims to determine and analyze the effect of services and marketing systems directly on marketing performance and indirectly through business competition. It is a quantitative type, and was conducted at PT. Griya Kenari Makassar. The population is all employees of PT. Griya Kenari Makassar as many as 75 employees, using non-probability sampling (total sampling). Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation with data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that at PT. Griya Kenari Makassar, service has a positive and significant effect on business competition and marketing performance, employee empathy is able to encourage competitiveness and develop customers, while marketing system has a positive and significant effect on business competition but not significant on marketing performance, segmentation applied by the company has encouraged the ability to compete by understanding the capabilities of competitors, although in marketing performance it has not been significant because different customer characteristics require different approaches. Business competition has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, with the scope of competition being able to reach many customers, and on the indirect effect, services and marketing systems have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance through business competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi instruktur terhadap kinerja pegawai balai latihan kerja kabupaten pangkep. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan model uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa pelatihan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Indikator Kebutuhan pelatihan, Sasaran pelatihan, Kurikulum pelatihan, Peserta pelatihan, dan Pelatih (trainer), mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai telah menjadi bukti empirik sebagai syarat peningkatkan kinerja pegawai.. Pengeloaan data regresi berganda yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa pelatihan, kompetensi instruktur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Krja Kabupaten Pangkep. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai probabilitas yang lebih kecil dari nilai standar. Nilai F hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel menjadi tolak ukur hasil dari penelitian ini tentang pengaruh setiap variable. This study was to determine the relationship between training and competence on the performance of the Pangkep district job training center employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with t test and F test models. It is known from the results of multiple linear regression testing that training and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indicators of training needs, training targets, training curriculum, training, and trainers, affect employee performance as a condition for improving employee performance. positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Job Training Center. This can be seen from the probability value which is smaller than the standard. The calculated F value which is greater than the F table value becomes the benchmark for the results of this study regarding the effect of each variable

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dengan variabel akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, efektivitas dan efisiensi serta kepastian hukum memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja variabel dalam Ditlantas Polda Sulawesi Selatan dan (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang prinsip-prinsip Good Governance yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Tes Keterampilan Pengemudi (SKUKP) Ditlantas Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Subdirektorat Kependudukan Ditlantas Polda Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah populasi 133 responden (metode sensus). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif untuk menjelaskan gambaran responden dan deskripsi penelitian, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang prinsip-prinsip good governance yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personel Polri di Subdit Ditlantas Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata R, R2 memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Korelasi regresi untuk variabel akuntabilitas (X1), transparansi (X2), partisipasi (X3), efektivitas dan efisiensi (X4) dan kepastian hukum (X5) serta konstanta koefisien regresi juga berpengaruh signifikan. Dan variabel akuntabilitas dominan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan uji F dan uji t yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. The purposes of this study are: (1) to determine and analyze the application of the principles of good governance with the variables of accountability, transparency, participation, effectiveness and efficiency as well as legal certainty have an influence on the performance of variables in the Ditlantas Polda South Sulawesi and (2) to find out and analyze about the principles of Good Governance that most influence the performance of the Issuance of Certificate of Driver Skill Test (SKUKP) Ditlantas Polda South Sulawesi. This research was conducted at the Regident Sub-Directorate of Ditlantas Polda South Sulawesi with a total population of 133 respondents (census method). Analysis of the data used is descriptive to explain the respondent's description and description of the research, while to analyze quantitative data using Multiple Regression analysis. This study examines the principles of good governance that affect the performance of Polri personnel in the Regident Sub-Directorate of the Ditlantas Polda South Sulawesi. The results showed that the average value of R, R2 gave a significant effect. Regression correlations for the variables of accountability (X1), transparency (X2), participation (X3), effectiveness and efficiency (X4) and legal certainty (X5) as well as regression coefficient constants also have a significant effect. And the dominant accountability variable (X1) has an effect on personnel performance, after testing with the F-test and t-test which shows a significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Smart Netizen bisa mempermudah sistem pelayanan administrasi dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam implementasi pelayanan publik berbasis Smart Netizen di Kelurahan Simboro Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan publik berbasis Smart Netizen di Kelurahan Simboro memberikan kemudahan penggunaan karena mampu meringkas waktu pelayanan dan memangkas biaya pelayanan. Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya UU Pasal 11 Tahun 2008 wacana informasi dan Transaksi elektro (ITE), tidak adanya iuran pelayanan, mekanisme pelayanan yang simpel dan cepat, dan database warga dapat disimpan dengan baik. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adanya gangguan jaringan yang disebabkan cuaca buruk dan mati lampu, kurangnya pelatihan penanganan masalah jaringan kepada aparatur kelurahan, beberapa fasilitas pada dalam masih belum bisa dipergunakan, dan kurangnya pemahaman warga. This study aims to determine the use of Smart Netizen to facilitate the administrative service system and to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of Smart Netizen-based public services in Simboro Village, West Sulawesi Province. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, while the data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the Smart Netizen-based public service in Simboro Village provides ease of use because it can summarize the service mechanism that takes 15 working days as two to 3 days. In addition, Smart Netizen are able to cut service costs. The supporting factors are the existence of a legal umbrella, the absence of service fees, a simple and fast service mechanism, and the citizen database can be stored properly. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are network disturbances caused by bad weather and blackouts, the lack of training in handling network problems to the village apparatus, some facilities in the software that are still not commonly used, and the lack of understanding of citizens regarding the use of gadgets.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Tekanan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang ada di Universitas Bosowa. Data dari penelitian ini di peroleh dari sebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Universitas Bosowa yang bersedia menjadi responden peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan cara melakukan penelitian langsung dilapangan dengan memberikan kuesioner/lembar pernyataan kepada 46 responden dari karyawan Universitas Bosowa yang telah bersedia menjadi responden. Adapun data sekunder yang saya gunakan melalui internet yaitu beberapa sejarah, visi dan misi, dan struktur organisasi. Objek penelitian adalah Universitas Bosowa yang berada di Kota Makassar. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi dan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, tekanan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang telah diuji melalui analisis regresi dan analisis jalur dengan variabel intervening. Dari hasil analisis jalur model II diketahui Nilai R Square sebesar 0,291 maka memiliki arti bahwa sumbangan pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan, tekanan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 29,1% sementara sisanya 70,9% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diketahui dan tidak termasuk dalam analis regresi ini. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work pressure, and work motivation on employee performance at the University of Bosowa. The data from this study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to employees of the University of Bosowa who were willing to become research respondents. This study uses primary data and secondary data by conducting direct research in the field by providing questionnaires/statement sheets to 46 respondents from Bosowa University employees who are willing to become respondents. The secondary data that I use via the internet are some history, vision and mission, and organizational structure. The object of research is the University of Bosowa in Makassar City. The analytical tools used are regression analysis and Path Analysis with intervening variables. The results showed that leadership style, work pressure, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance which had been tested through regression analysis and path analysis with intervening variables. From the results of path analysis model II, it is known that the R Square value of 0.291 means that the contribution of the influence of leadership style variables, work pressure and work motivation on employee performance is 29.1% while the remaining 70.9% is determined by other unknown and unknown factors. included in this regression analysis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan ,  mengetahui pengaruh motivasi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Harper Perintis Makassar. Teknik dari pengumpulan data ini yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data Primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi lapangan yang berupa observasi secara langsung, membagikan kuesioner serta interview kepada karyawan di Hotel Harper Perintis Makassar. Adapun Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya budaya organisasi mempunya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of the employees of the Hotel Harper Perintis Makassar; knowing how much influence Organizational Culture has on employee performance at Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel; find out how much influence employee training has on employee performance at Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel; knowing how much influence employee motivation has on employee performance at Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel; knowing which one has the most influence on the performance of the employees of the Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel. The technique of collecting this data used in this study is to use primary data. This data collection was carried out by field studies in the form of direct observation, distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees at the Harper Perintis Hotel Makassar. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Kondisi Covid ini merupakan hal yang tak terduga bagi pemerintah, guru, orang tua dan anak.  Pendidik/guru dan orang tua tiba-tiba harus mencari cara agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan meskipun mereka di rumah dengan jangka waktu yang tidak tentu. Namun kebijakan pemerintah ini membuat para pendidik terutama di lembaga PAUD panik dan bingung untuk memulai pelaksanaannya. Karena pada prinsipnya pembelajaran PAUD adalah pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara langsung dan kongkrit melalui praktik langsung dan pembiasaan yang dilakukan dalam berbagai aktifitas bermain sambil belajar yang bermakna. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis optimalisasi peran sumber daya tenaga pendidik masa pandemi covid 19 pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kecamatan Malili dan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi covid-19 pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kecamatan Malili. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan pada PAUD Bina Mandiri dan PAUD Buah Hati di Kecamatan Malili dengan pendekatan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Peran pendidik pada Pendidikan Anak Usia di masa pandemic di tuntut untuk kreatif dan inovatif dalam merancang pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Mulai dari perencanaan sampai evaluasi setiap tahapan memiliki masalah dan hambatan namun semua bisa teratasi dan ada ada solusi dan dampak Pandemi bagi Lembaga PAUD juga sangat besar, mulai dari turunnya pendaftaran murid dan sumber pendapatan sekolah juga menurun. Dampak bagi anak dan orang tua hubungan jadi renggang. This Covid condition is an unexpected thing for the government, teachers, parents and children. Educators/teachers and parents, suddenly have to find ways to keep the teaching and learning process going even though they are at home for an indefinite period of time. However, this government policy makes educators, especially in PAUD institutions panic and confused about starting implementation. Because in principle PAUD learning is learning that is carried out directly and concretely through direct practice and habituation carried out in various meaningful play activities while learning. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the optimization of the role of teaching staff during the COVID-19 pandemic in Early Childhood Education in Malili District and to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Early Childhood Education in Malili District. The research was carried out for 2 months at the Pembina State Kindergarten, Malili District with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the role of educators in childhood education during the pandemic is required to be creative and innovative in designing learning during the pandemic. Starting from planning to evaluation, each stage has problems and obstacles, but all can be resolved and there are solutions and the Pandemic Impact for PAUD Institutions is also very large, starting from the decline in student registration and the source of school income also decreasing. The impact on children, parents and teachers is tenuous.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of a study on the behavior of domestic chicken agribusiness development in South Sulawesi province. The analysis model in this study uses a structural equation model to examine the relationship between variables in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. The variables studied in this study consist of exogenous variables including: production, marketing, and financial management capabilities; intermediate variables in this study are sales development; and variables of increasing business profits as endogenous variables. The three types of variables are built based on a theoretical approach that forms a constellation of relationships between variables, where each variable has dimensions and indicators. The respondents in this study were 250 managers of domestic chicken farms in Maros and Gowa districts. The results of the study found that generally respondents of domestic chicken farmers in Gowa and Maros districts have the ability of production, marketing, and financial management in increasing sales development and its impact on increasing profits. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the chicken farming business in both districts can develop through the role of the government and related parties, so as to improve the standard of living of the community and increase the source of regional income

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh dari iklan, brand image, brand trust, terhadap minat beli konsumen untuk produk kendaraan yang dipasarkan oleh Kalla Toyota  Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian survei yang bersifat kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode uji t dan path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa iklan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan baik terhadap Brand Trust ataupun minat beli konsumen berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan. Selanjutnya untuk Brand Image ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Trust namun terhadap minat beli konsumen tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil uji t selanjutnya untuk Brand Trust terhadap minat beli konsumen ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan. Untuk pengujian path analysis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari Iklan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen melalui Brand Trust berdasarkan perhitungan total effect yang dihasilkan. Pengujian terakhir menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari Brand Image terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen melalui variabel Brand Trust. This study aims to investigates the effect of social media advertising, Brand Image and also Brand Trust through consumer buying interest. This study put in category as survey research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study are 100 and as a follower of Kalla Toyota’s Instagram. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the t test and path analysis method. Results from a between subject study indicate that there is a positive effect between social media advertising to Brand Trust but not significant and also to consumer buying interest. Furthermore, based on t test there is a positive and significant effect between Brand Image and Brand Trust but other results found that there is no significant influence between Brand Image and consumer buying effect. Moreover, path analysis result indicates that there is positive effect between social media advertising and consumer buying interest through Brand Trust based on test and total effect result. The same test result from other variables also indicates that there is also a positive effect between Brand Image and consumer buying interest through Brand Trust from total effect result.
