Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak melalui kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Samsat Kabupaten Pinrang. Oleh karena itu maka teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil temuan empirik bahwa pelayanan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil analisis pengaruh pelayanan, SOP dan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak kendaran. Dari hasil uji sobel test maka temuan empirik bahwa kinerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh pelayanan dan SOP terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak pada Kantor Samsat Kabupaten Pinrang. This study aims to analyze the effect of service and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on employee performance, analyze the effect of service, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and employee performance on tax payment compliance. To analyze the effect of service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on tax payment compliance through employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Samsat Office. Therefore, the data collection techniques were carried out through observation, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is path analysis. The empirical findings show that service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the analysis of the effect of service, SOP and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on vehicle tax payment compliance. From the results of the Sobel test, the empirical finding is that employee performance can mediate the effect of services and SOPs on tax payment compliance at the Pinrang Regency Samsat Office.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten gowa, menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten Gowa serta menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 196 responden. Untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi penelitian, analisis regresi berganda serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, serta profesionalisme dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara serempak atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yakni sebesar 40,3% terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten gowa. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of professionalism on the performance of female elementary school teachers in Gowa Regency, analyze the effect of the principal's transformational leadership style on the performance of female elementary school teachers in Gowa Regency and analyze the effect of professionalism and the principal's transformational leadership style on the performance of female teachers.  elementary school level in Gowa district.  This research is descriptive quantitative using a quantitative approach.  The sample in this study amounted to 196 respondents.  To implement these objectives, data collection techniques were used through observation and questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using research instrument tests, research assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.  The results of the study found that professionalism and partially significant positive effect on teacher performance, principal's transformational leadership partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and professionalism and principal's transformational leadership simultaneously or jointly had a positive and significant effect of 40,3% of the performance of female primary school teachers in the district of Gowa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di bursa efek indonesia, menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia yang di Makassar yang terletak jalan DR Ratulangi No. 124 Kec Mariso, Kota Makassar Waktu penelitian direncanakan kurang lebih satu bulan lamanya. Jenis data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data-data laporan keuangan perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang di dapatkan secara tidak langsung melainkan data yang telah diolah melalui  website www.idx.co.id berupa data laporan keuangan perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa Variabel Perputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dan Variabel Likuiditas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of working capital on profitability of food and beverage companies on the indonesia stock exchange, analyze and determine the effect of capital structure on profitability of food and beverage companies on the indonesian stock exchange, analyze and determine the effect of liquidity on profitability of companies food and beverage on the indonesia stock exchange. 124 mariso sub-district, makassar city. the research time is planned for approximately one month. the type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data on the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The source of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data that is obtained indirectly but data that has been processed through the website www.idx.co.id in the form of financial report data for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study found that the Working Capital Turnover Variable had a significant negative effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The capital structure variable has a significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And the Liquidity variable has no significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Global competition is getting tougher, forcing companies to continue to improve the quality of the products or services they produce and improve company performance to compete well in the global market. In the property business, companies must pay attention to the quality of project development, after-sales service, and building aquality and maintain a good company reputation (Caby et al., 2020). Global competition is getting tougher, forcing the Indonesian government to improve its infrastructure to attract foreign companies and investment. Good infrastructure development can improve people's quality of life and provide better job opportunities, which can help economic growth (Amoako-Gyampah et al., 2019). Good infrastructure development can also increase the demand for property because the demand for residential and commercial property will increase along with the increase in population and the need for business development. Pro-business government policies and the tax amnesty program offered by the government can also improve public interest in investing in the property sector, thereby increasing the sector's growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh kompetensi yang dimiliki guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan khususnya di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Towuti Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode survey dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan  pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap peningkatan kualitas didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi yang dimiliki setiap guru sangat memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Towuti Kabupaten Luwu Timur yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi profesional yang dimiliki oleh guru-guru yang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi pendidik berada pada kategori sangat baik. Pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap peningkatan kualitas didik pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Towuti Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Guru bersertifikasi sudah menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas secara signifikan. Pemberian sertifikasi pada guru menjadikan peningkatan kinerja menjadi tujuan utama, karena disadari atau tidak sertifikasi guru berpengaruh pada peningkatan kualitas guru yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. This research is intended to see how far the influence of teachers’ competence in improving the quality of education, especially in SMP Negeri in Towuti District, East Luwu Regency. This type of research is quantitative research, with a survey method to describe the effect of teacher competence on improving the quality of students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the competencies possessed by each teacher had a very positive impact on improving teacher performance at public junior high schools in Towuti District, East Luwu Regency as evidenced by research results showing pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence possessed by teachers. Teachers who have obtained educator certification were in the very good category. Certified teachers have shown a significant improvement in the quality of classroom learning. The certification makes improving performance as the main goal for teachers. Teacher certification affects the quality of teachers, which in turn improves the quality of education..

Abstract

Guna mencapai tujuan yang menjadi target dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, di sinilah pentingnya strategi kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah untuk terus mengupayakan perbaikan, pengembangan, dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pendidik dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik. Lokasi penelitian pada SDN 238 MALLAULU Desa Puncak Indah, Kec. Malili, Kab. Luwu Timur, yang dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Peran dan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru (pendidik) di SDN 238 Mallaulu memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Karena peran kepala sekolah sangat menentukan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dalam pembelajaran. Pentingnya peran tersebut terlihat pada fungsi dan tugasnya sebagai pemimpin, sebagai administrator dan supervisor. To achieve the targeted goals of improving the quality of education, this is where the importance of the principal's leadership strategy is to continue to strive for improvement, development, and improving the quality of educators' performance in learning. The purpose of the study was to determine the role and strategy of the principal in improving the performance of educators. The research location was at SDN 238 Mallaulu Puncak Indah Village, Kec. Malili, Kab. East Luwu, carried out for 2 months using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the role and strategy of the principal's leadership in improving the performance of teachers (educators) at SDN 238 Mallaulu were a very important. The role of the principal is very decisive in improving the performance of educators in learning. The importance of this role is seen in the functions and duties as a leader, as an administrator, and a supervisor

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi bauran pemasaran dan kualitas  komitmen konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone android. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriftif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan wawancara beberapa koresponden. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan permasalahan sehubungan dengan keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian handphone. Fluktuasi omzet terhadap beberapa counter handphone di Kota Makassar ditemukan beberapa strategi untuk menarikan konsumen baik sebagai langganan maupun pelanggan baru yakni melakukan bauran pemasaran terhadap unsur kualitas, harga dan pelayanan. Dengan adanya strategi tersebut, maka tingkat capain volume penjualan meningkat walaupun persentase kenaikan mengalami naik turun. Komitmen konsumen untuk memutuskan membeli handphone type android terdapat beberapa perilaku yang ditentukan oleh kriteria sehingga pihak penjual di beberapa lokasi dalam wilayah Kota Makassar mempunyai strategi pemasaran/menjual barang yang berbeda, namun tetap menerapkan baouran pemasaran. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix and the quality of consumer commitment to purchasing decisions for android mobile phones. This research method is descriptive. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) by interviewing several correspondents. The results of this study found problems related to consumer decisions to purchase mobile phones. Fluctuations in turnover for several cellphone counters in Makassar City found several strategies to attract consumers both as new customers and subscribers, namely conducting a marketing mix on quality, price and service elements. With this strategy, the achievement level of sales volume increases even though the percentage increase has fluctuated. There are several behaviors determined by the criteria for consumer commitment to decide to buy an Android type cellphone so that sellers in several locations within the Makassar City area have different marketing/selling strategies, but still apply the marketing mix.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berorientasi pada pemberdayaan potensi desa dengan obyek penelitian di Desa Tancung pada sumber daya alam berupa danau tempe yang selama ini menjadi lahan tidak produktif saat terjadi musim kemarau. Metode pelaksanaan riset adalah secara survei dan pendataan pada obyek penelitian khususnya potensi desa pada sektor rill dengan fokus pada kendala dan hambatan dalam pengembangan. Untuk mencapai target pelaksanaan riset ini, terlebih dahulu dilakukan beberapa pendekatan kepada masyarakat agar tujuan program dapat tercapai antara lain: (i) participatory rapid appraisal, (ii) entrepreneurship capacity buiding dan (iii) technology transfer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi usaha kecil di desa tersebut yang tidak dapat berkembang termasuk pemilihan demplot usaha kecil di bidang bercocok tanam sayur-mayur. Penelitian sebagai program utama adalah pendampingan riset dan juga melakukan kerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat tentang  program pompanisasi untuk mengantisipasi kebutuhan air pada tanaman. Maksud program pompanisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan frekuensi panen setiap tahun, yang biasanya hanya satu kali dan setelah itu dapat dilakukan 2 sampai 3 kali setahun sehingga pendapatan dapat meningkat menjadi duakali lipat menjadi Rp. 4,5 juta. This research is oriented towards empowering village potential with the research object in Tancung Village on natural resources in the form of tempeh lake which has been unproductive land during the dry season. The method of conducting research is by survey and data collection on research objects, especially village potential in the real sector with a focus on constraints and obstacles in development. To achieve the target of implementing this research, several approaches were first carried out to the community so that the program objectives could be achieved, including: (i) participatory rapid appraisal, (ii) entrepreneurship capacity building and (iii) technology transfer. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influenced small businesses in the village that could not develop, including the selection of small business demonstration plots in the field of vegetable farming. Research as the main program is research assistance and also collaborating with the local government on pumping programs to anticipate water needs in plants. The purpose of this pumping program is to increase the frequency of harvesting each year, which is usually only once and after that it can be done 2 to 3 times a year so that income can be doubled to Rp. 4.5 million.
