Abstract

Pembuatan Ba1-xSrxTiO3(BST) dengan komposisi x=0,1 0,2 dan 0,3 dengan suhu yang berbeda-beda masing-masing 550, 600 dan 650ºC pada substrat kaca dengan metode Sol-gel telah berhasil dilakukan. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai absorbansi dan transmitansi bahan BST dengan komposisi dan suhu yang berbeda. Karakterisasi dilakukan menggunakan spektrofotometer Ultraviolet-Visible. Untuk komposisi x=0,1 nilai absorbansi maksimumnya pada suhu 550, 600 dan 650ºC masing-masing adalah 0,108a.u, 0,132a.u, dan 0,076a.u, untuk komposisi x=0,2 nilai absorbansi maksimumnya 0,147a.u, 0,174a.u, 0,077a.u, dan untuk komposisi x=0,3 nilai absorbansi maksimumnya 0,316a.u, 0,195a.u, 0,105a.u. Nilai transmitansi maksimum untuk x=0,1 pada suhu 550, 600 dan 6500C masing-masing adalah 97,9%, 97,7%, dan 96,6% dan untuk x=0,2 nilai masing-masing transmitansinya adalah 90,7%, 98,1%, 94,8% sedangkan untuk komposisi x=0,3 masing-masing nilai transmitansinya adalah 88,5%, 80,3%, dan 93,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan suhu mempengaruhi absorbansi yang didapat dan semakin besar komposisi Srontium (Sr) yang digunakan maka semakin besar absorbansi yang dihasilkan dan untuk nilai transmitansi berbanding terbalik dengan nilai absorbansi. Kata Kunci: Barium Strontium Titanat, Absorbansi, Transmitansi, Annealing, Sol-Gel, Spektroskopi Ultraviolet-Visible(UV-Vis).

Abstract

Material ferroelektrik Barium Strontium Titanat dengan komposisi Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 telah berhasil dideposit menggunakan metode kimia padatan. Sampel dicetak dalam bentuk pelet dan kemudian diannealing pada temperatur 600oC, 700oC dan 800oC. Karakterisasi pada sampel dilakukan menggunakan XRD. Hasil karakterisasi XRD dari sampel memperoleh data dan diolah dalam bentuk grafik hubungan antara intensitas terhadap sudut 2 theta. Pola difraksi XRD Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 diketahui memiliki beberapa puncak. Material Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 ini berbentuk kristalin dengan struktur kubus, dengan besar parameter kisi rata-rata adalah 3.961 Å. Ukuran partikel (D) dan regangan kisi (η) dari material Ba0,3Sr0,7TiO3 yang dieanealing pada suhu 600°C, 700°C dan 800°C selama 1 jam yaitu masing - masing sebesar 42,60 nm, 44,43 nm, 46,89 nm dan -4,49x 10-3, -4,05 x 10-3, -2,96 x 10-3. Semakin besar ukuran partikel, rata-rata regangan kisi (η) semakin besar seiring dengan meningkat suhu annealing. Kata Kunci: Karakterisasi XRD, anealling, ukuran partikel, regangan kisi

Abstract

This study aims to describe students skills in carrying out practicum on straight motion material in high school. This type of research is descriptive research supported by a quantitative approach while the method is survey. The sample in this study is class X IPA 1 and class X IPA 2 with a total of 67 students, the determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling.The data in this study in the form of scores of students skills in carrying out practicum on straight motion material in high school which were analyzed descriptively, scoring, tabulating and categorizing according to the category level of students process skills.. This research is seen from the aspects of preparation, implementation and closing. Based on the data analysis obtained the skill level in the preparation aspect gained a score of 3.35 with good category, the implementation aspect gained a score of 3.25 with a fairly good category and the closing aspect gained a score of 3.49 with a good score. Thus it can be concluded that students of class X IPA 1 and X IPA 2 in SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru have the skills to carry out practicum on good straight motion material.

Abstract

This study aims to improve communication skills and critical thinking by implementing inquiry-based learning and carried out through classroom action research. This study was carried out on even semester students of earth physics courses in Riau physics education study program totaling 35 people in the 2017/2018 school year. Data collected through observation sheets and understanding concepts that were analyzed descriptively using percentages. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was an increase in communication skills by 20%. The results of the analysis of critical thinking for cycle I with 2.9% were categorized as very good and for the less well with 25.7% while for cycle II the category was very good with 40% increasing to 37.1%. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the ability of communication skills and critical thinking of students increases. This means that inquiry-based learning can improve communication skills and critical thinking in physics education students.

Abstract

Abstract : This study was aim to determine the differences in students' cognitive science learning outcomes by applying cooperative learning models with LKPD word square with conventional learning. This research conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Peranap on Mei 2018. Two groups of samples were choose from homogeneous classes. Quasi experiments with posttest only non-equivalent control group design used in this study. The data obatained from cognitive learning result test which consisted of 15 items multiple choice. Descriptive and inferential analysis used for data analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of skor in experimental class was 80,36 and 71,4 for control class, this indicated student’s learning result in experimental class was higher than control class. Based on inferential analysis through independent sample t test sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.300 < 0.05. This mean was a significant differences. Thus it concluded that the use of cooperative learning model with LKPD word square can enhance student’s learning outcomes in VII class SMP Negeri 2 Peranap of solar system material.Keywords: Cognitive Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning Model, LKPD Word Square, Solar System

Abstract

Kelemahan dalam memberikan informasi kepada siswa seringkali terjadi pada saat pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dengan demikian dalam merancang dan menyusun pengajaran melibatkan banyak pertimbangan, tidak hanya apa yang akan dipelajari siswa, tetapi juga bagaimana siswa menggunakan apa yang dipelajari serta kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran.Rendahnya pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika terutama dalam materi membaca permmateri mengenal nilai mauta uang, ini terlihat dari ketidak mampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tes awal pada soal latihanmengenal nilai mata uang . Adapun hasil tes awal ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 3 orang siswa kelas IV Tunagrahita ringan SDLB Negeri Banda aceh telah terungkap bahwa hasil dari tes awal diperoleh skor nilai ketuntasan keseluruhan 33,33 % yang dikatagorikan sangat kurang dengan nilai rata-rata kelas dicapai adalah 57. Dari keseluruhan siswa hanya 1 orang siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM minimum yang ditentukan, yaitu 70. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nilai mata uang melalui metode simulasi berbelanja di kantin sekolah pada anak tunagrahita ringan kelas IV SDLB Negeri Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). yang terdiri atas 2 siklus dengan tahapan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, melakukan tindakan, observasi serta refleksi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil tes, observasi,. Dari hasil analsis diperoleh data bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDLB Negeri Banda Aceh berjumlah 3 orang siswa dengan berbagai tingkat kemampuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metoda berbelanja di kanti sekolah Dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nilai mata uang. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar yaitu dari 33,33 % sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung, menjadi 66,67 % pada siklus I, dan 100 % pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metoda simulasi berbelanja di kantin sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal uang pada siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas IV SDLB Negeri Banda Aceh.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to find improvement the student physics learning motivation in teaching physics through applying quantum teaching by multi intelegences approach implementation by the first year students at SMA N 1 Kampar on academic year 2005/2006. Improvement learning motivation is seen 15 learning motivation indicators. The subject of the research is the student X3 class of SMA N 1 Kampar the sample taken was 37 student. Research instrument used of collecting data in this research  is questioner first motivation and questioner end motivation. The student motivation data analysis by descriptive analysis and differential analysis. The descriptive analysis showed that : (1) The motivation student learning as the topic rectiliniear motion through applying quantum teaching by multi intelegences approach implementation is categorized high and (2) Improvement the student physics learning motivation through applying quantum teaching by multi intelegences approach implementation 16,2 %.

Abstract

The learning media developed based on PowToon in global warming material for grade XI students high school. The purpose of this study was to design, analyze the feasibility, and assess the students responses to PowToon based learning media on global warming material. This type of research is a Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model design. The research instrument used was the PowToon media validation assessment sheet which was used by the validator to assess the feasibility of the learning media. Students also filled out a questionnaire to see the responses to the PowToon media developed. The learning media developed after being assessed and given suggestions by the validator are said to be feasible with the valid category. Based on the research results, it was obtained that the average validation of the four media aspects was 86% with the valid category. The average validation of content aspects, design aspects, pedagogical aspects, and ease aspects in media  use. As for the results of filling out the student questionnaire, the overall average was 83% with a good category. Where the average questionnaire motivation, learning outcomes, and scientific attitudes. Thus learning media based on PowToon is declared feasible with the valid category used as  a learning media.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep merupakan komponen penting dalam pembelajaran IPA Tingkat pemahaman konsep dapat dijadikan ukuran keberhasil dalam pembelajaran tersebut. Pemilihan media pembelajaran dan pendekatan ketika melakukan pembelajar diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep jika menerapkan media pembelajaran Go-Lab melalui pendekatan inquiry. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan posttest only nonequivalen group design. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII A berjumlah 21 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dan siswa kelas VIII B berjumlah 21 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa posttest hasil pemahaman konsep materi getaran dan gelombang kelas VIII yang terdiri dari 11 soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif melalui tingkat pemahaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep peserta didik setelah diterapkan pembelajaran menggunakan media Go-Lab melalui pendekatan inquiry pada materi getaran dan gelombang mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to produce a learning tool with the Means Ends Analysis (MEA) learning model based on problem solving in Newton's Law material for class X high school students. This research was conducted to improve problem solving abilities among students who were still low, especially on Newton material and the lack of learning tools used. The learning tools developed in this study consist of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Student work sheets (LKPD), and Assesment Instrument Tests. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research instruments used were lesson plans validation sheets, LKPD, and Cognitive Learning Outcomes Tests used by validators to assess learning tools. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis, by calculating the validity score of each learning device indicator. Based on the results of the validity analysis, the average value of lesson plan validity is 0.78. The average validity of LKPD is 0.75. The average validity of the Learning Outcomes Test Instrument is 0.802. The average validity of the overall device is 0.77, the learning tool for the MEA model based on problem solving in Newton's Law material is declared valid and suitable for use as a learning tool in Newton's Law material.Keywords: learning tools, MEA, problem solving, newton’s law
