Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif MURDER terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar teknik komputer jaringan dan telekomunikasi SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu, Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksprimen. Desain yang akan digunakan adalah Pretes-Posttest Control Grup Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa kelas X TKJT 2 SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu 20 butir soal pilihan ganda yang diadopsi dari modul buatan guru SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu bernama Renno Sari, S. Kom. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari analisis kuesioner motivasi belajar yang didapatkan rata-rata jawaban 54 dan persentase 90% dengan keterangan tinggi yang artinya Model Pembelajaran MURDER berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan Hasil dari pretest dan posttest dengan rata-rata pretest 16,53 dan posttest 84,86 dengan selisih peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 85% yang menujukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian dengan pengujian paired sampel test menunjukan bahwa nilai asym sig. (2-lailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dimana thitung lebih besar dari ttabel 46,681 > 2,056 sehingga HO ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya adanya Pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif MURDER terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dapat disimpulakan bahwa Model pembelajaran Kooperatif MURDER berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of hypnosis-based interpersonal communication education in increasing the standardization of service to consumers at Kebab Turki Babarafi employees in Bengkulu City. Interpersonal communication education focuses on developing good communication and interaction skills between employees and consumers, while hypnosis is used as a method to increase concentration and influence employee behavior in providing better service. This study used an experimental research design with a control group and a treatment group. The treatment group will receive hypnosis-based interpersonal communication education, while the control group will not receive the intervention. Data was collected through direct observation and questionnaires given to employees and consumers before and after the intervention. Data analysis was performed using appropriate statistical methods. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of hypnosis-based interpersonal communication education in increasing the standardization of service to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and implement community empowerment in Talang Arah Village based on local government regulations that lead to independent use of technology. Community empowerment is a process that aims to improve the quality of life of the community by providing the necessary knowledge, skills and resources so that they can actively participate in local development. Talang Arah Village is an area located in a rural area that still faces various development challenges, including limited access to technology. Local government regulations support community empowerment and encourage the use of technology to improve quality of life and development in the region. This research will use a qualitative approach with a case study method in Talang Arah Village. Data will be collected through interviews with relevant stakeholders, direct observation, and analysis of local government regulatory documents related to community empowerment and technology. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of community needs and the potential for developing technologies that are relevant to local conditions in Talang Arah Village. In addition, this research will also identify obstacles and opportunities in implementing independent technology-based community empowerment in accordance with government regulations.

Abstract

Increasing digital literacy has become an urgent need in the current digitalization era. This article aims to explain the implementation of a Computer Assisted Testing (CAT)-based blended learning model as a strategy to increase digital literacy in Study Guidance participants for Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) at PT Javas Anugerah Perkasa. This study uses a community service approach involving instructors and CPNS Bimbel participants as research subjects. The blended learning model is a combination of online and face-to-face learning which aims to optimize the learning process. In implementing this model, CAT is used as an evaluation tool to measure participants' digital literacy levels. This article explains how the blended learning model with CAT can provide an interactive, adaptive learning experience and enable participants to develop their digital literacy skills. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the CAT-based blended learning model was able to increase the digital literacy of PT Javas Anugerah Perkasa Civil Servants Bimbel Bimbel participants. Participants are able to develop an understanding of the basic concepts of digital literacy, increase their ability to use digital technology effectively, and are able to use information wisely in the context of their work as prospective civil servants. This article contributes to the development of effective learning strategies to improve digital literacy in non-formal education contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of community movements through the application of local wisdom in increasing the level of economic feasibility of the community in the Covid-19 era. This study was conducted at PT Javas Anugerah Perkasa in Bengkulu. The research method used is primary and secondary data collection involving interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of the study show that through community movements based on local wisdom, people can overcome the economic challenges they faced during the Covid-19 pandemic. This movement involves utilizing local resources, developing local skills, and promoting local products. In this regard, PT Javas Anugerah Perkasa has played an important role in encouraging community movements and providing support to local initiatives. This study also identified several inhibiting factors that influence the success of community movements, such as lack of access to resources and changes in people's behavior. Therefore, suggested recommendations include increasing access to relevant resources, education and training, as well as ongoing support from the government and related institutions.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many children to adapt to online learning. In this context, the problem that often arises is a lack of concentration and focus on learning material. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing brain exercises as a method that can increase children's concentration in dealing with online learning in the era of COVID-19. Data collection was carried out using a concentration test instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Concentration tests were performed before and after the intervention period of several weeks. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the intervention group who underwent regular brain exercises experienced a significant increase in their concentration compared to the control group. Brain exercise can improve children's ability to focus attention, reduce distractions, and improve their memory skills. In the context of online learning in the era of COVID-19, the implementation of brain gymnastics can be an effective method for increasing children's concentration. Brain gym is a form of exercise that involves body movement, brain coordination, and sensory stimuli. Structured movements in brain gymnastics can stimulate children's brain development, thereby helping them to better face the challenges of online learning. This study provides recommendations to schools and parents to implement brain exercises as part of children's routines before online learning sessions. Brain gym can be an effective strategy in helping children improve concentration, maintain their attention, and optimize learning outcomes in unfamiliar online learning situations.

Abstract

Students are often faced with several problems in the learning process both internally and externally. One of the external problems that is often experienced by students is the problem of teachers and learning infrastructure. Problems arising from these two external problems are often interconnected. One example is when a teacher as a teacher as well as an educator is indirectly required to be able to design interesting, effective, and creative teaching materials to increase student learning interest. through cultural agents from outside the school (Budimansyah, 2010). Teachers of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, especially Middle-High School Teachers, really need training on the Utilization of Multimedia-Based Learning Media during this pandemic because all teachers are required to be more creative in creating learning processes using technology.Based on a survey of the Lecturer Team and assisted by Students in dealing with learning process problems in this 19 pandemic era, the Community Service Team carried out Community Service with the title "Utilization of Multimedia-Based Learning Media for Hidayatullah Bengkulu Islamic Boarding School Teachers".

Abstract

The implementation of this community service activity is a form of activity that supports the PT Javas Anugrah Perkasa Bengkulu Security Guard Candidate program to improve ability to understand law-based affective areas and be motivated to understand increasingly advanced technology at this time.

Abstract

Based on the Community Service activities that were carried out on July 9 2021, we received a good response from the community as seen from their remarks welcoming the presence of the PKM FKIP Team of Computer Education Study Program, Dehasen University Bengkulu. The activity of distributing gifts in the form of lunches, masks and vitamin C drinks is one of the social actions carried out to show high concern and empathy for the community, especially those affected by Covid-19. Through this activity, the general public will build awareness for people affected by Covid-19. The distribution of gifts was carried out at several points other than the SASPAL base camp in Bengkulu City, which could generate a sense of empathy from other members of the public. This activity can also be implemented by other parties with a broader target. This positive activity must receive appreciation from the people or institutions that have contributed to the movement to build awareness for the community affected by Covid-19. Community Service Activities that have been organized by FKIP Lecturers in the Computer Education Study Program, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, are a form of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Therefore, this activity is very limited to certain groups and at certain times. It is hoped that activities like this can get fuller support so that they reach more of the implementation targets. In addition, with full support from Dehasen Bengkulu University or other groups, this activity can be carried out in a sustainable manner. The Movement to Build Concern for Communities Affected by Covid-19 needs to be echoed more widely so that this movement is better known by the wider community. So that the number of community participation in carrying out this activity will increase.

Abstract

Based on the results of the activities and evaluation analysis, it can be concluded as follows The service participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activities, which could increase the knowledge that was very useful for the people affected by covid-19 Bengkulu City and went home also getting the basic necessities they really needed. It is necessary to hold further community service with different materials so that they are more motivated in facing the covid - 19 pandemic era.
