Abstract

The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning. Abstract

The draft School Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RAPBS) is carried out through a process of managing school funds, of course involving various parties such as the school principal who regulates financial nets and their management is carried out by treasurers and other components that assist the process of implementing school finances. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of financial planning (RAPBS) school income and expenditure budget plans in school development. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation as well as literature studies and group discussions. The results of this research are that the acceptance component of SMK Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan is optimized by using educational funding sources, namely the existence of regular BOS funds sourced from APBN revenues. Reporting on the accountability of the RAPBS is carried out only to the extent of the school principal. And will be conveyed at the meeting with the parties involved in it. The principal submits a report, especially regarding school financial receipts and expenditures. Evaluation is carried out every quarter or per semester. The conclusion from this study is that good use of the RAPBS has made school development better, including: character education, human resource development and the use of technology. Abstract

Education is a system, namely goals, educators, students, materials, methods or learning media, and the educational environment. Each component has a unique function, and each component benefits other components. In today's world, there are many problems caused by various changes, such as social and religious changes, as well as technological changes, all of which harm education. The method in this article uses library research, namely collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. There are four stages of library study in research, namely preparing the necessary equipment, preparing a working bibliography, organizing time, and reading or recording research material. This system describes real events and entities, such as places, objects, and people that exist and occur, Input to the Education System The input system for education has been divided into three categories: general input, instrumental input, and local input, The educational process is always influenced by the surrounding environment, Islamic education whose function is as a transfer of valueGlobalization has brought many positive and negative impacts to people from all over the world. The positive impact of the virus can be seen in advances in information and communication technology. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education management in madrasas, from aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, to controlling/supervising. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive study method. The informants in the study included the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, the teacher council, the madrasa administration section and students. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and document studies. Then, it is analyzed by sorting the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of character education management in madrasas has been carried out well in madrasas. This is a joint effort of the madrasa leadership in collaboration with the teacher council, homeroom teacher, guidance and counseling teachers in monitoring the development of student character. The concrete forms of implementation, namely (1) planning aspects, are implemented through the internalization of character values in the learning curriculum that refers to the vision, mission, and goals of the madrasa; (2) the organizing aspect, in the form of division of tasks and the provision of SK from the madrasa leadership to teachers and extracurricular trainers according to the development of students' interests and talents; (3) implementation aspects, in the form of learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom based on the integration of character values, as well as extracurricular activities in the form of developing the potential of students based on the madrasa climate with character and displaying the features of the teacher's role model for students; and (4) aspects of control/supervision, cooperation between internal and external parties of the madrasa (surrounding community) in monitoring the development of student character, both in class and outside the classroom.

Abstract

The strategic plan is a form of madrasah effort in the orientation of achieving educational success. This study attempts to analyze the preparation of the strategic plan carried out by the Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and document review. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data sorting techniques according to relevance to the research theme, then presented in a qualitative format, and verified to draw conclusions. Test the validity of the data using the persistence of observation and data triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that first, the strategic plan (renstra) is used as the basis for the preparation of periodic (semester/annual) institutional programs based on the vision, mission, and goals of the madrasa. This is intended to clarify the details of program objectives, madrasah internal policies, and implementation strategies. Second, the strategic plan as the basis for program implementation at MIS Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. Third, the strategic plan has a close relationship (interrelated) with the operational plan in an effort to achieve the goals of the madrasa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning of Islamic basic education in the thematic studies of the Qur'an and hadith, this study is focused on the SD/MI level unit. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data of this research include studies of thematic interpretations, books and relevant scientific articles related to educational planning in QS. Al-Anfal verse 60 and QS. Al-Hasyr verse 18. The data sources were obtained from credible reference sources from the Google Scholar and Sinta pages. The results of this study conclude that the meaning of planning is interpreted as very important in QS. Al-Anfal: 60 and QS. Al-Hasyr: 18 as the first step in the whole process of life. Furthermore, planning also becomes an accurate “guiding compass” between the initial steps (main capital) and educational goals. Through this research, it is hoped that it will become a reference for relevant research related to rational and systematic analysis of the development of education based on the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze SWOT in quality improvement planning at the integrated Islamic elementary school Ad-Durrah Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data collection was carried out systematically, starting from observations, interviews with informants, and document studies. Data analysis uses reduction techniques (data sorting), data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Finally, the validity of the study was tested through the persistence of observations and triangulation of data. The results of this study concluded that the quality improvement plan at SDIT Ad-Durrah Medan was well implemented, including the tahfiz al-Qur'an program, strengthening character education, adding extracurricular activities, and strengthening Islamic personal development programs. This is characterized by 4 aspects, namely (1) strengths, including strategic school locations, adequate learning facilities, competent school human resources, conducive and beautiful school climate, and assessment standards that involve (coordination) with parents/guardians of students; (2) weakness, in the form of an unaccredited school; (3) opportunities, including; potential (talents) of students, support from parents/guardians, academic and non-academic achievements of students at the city and provincial levels, as well as harmonious relations between the school and the surrounding community; (4) threats, critical attitude of students' guardians towards children's development, so that teachers must be wiser in leading learning, making decisions and giving exemplary attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique in educational planning at MIS Insan Kusuma Madani Namorambe Kapubaten Deli Serdang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, to explain the approach and method applied in the form of CPM techniques in educational planning. Obtaining data through observation techniques, interviews and document studies. The research data analysis technique uses data reduction (sorting), data presentation and conclusion drawing. Then, the data will be declared valid after being tested with data triangulation techniques, in the form of checking the data sources and data acquisition methods. The results of this study conclude that the empowerment of human resources (HR) and budget allocation for program financing at MIS Insan Kusuma implement CPM effectively as an effort to prioritize and schedule madrasa programs in a measurable and precise manner. Supporting this, the madrasah also collaborates with various elements of society in assisting education planning at MIS Insan Kusuma Madani Namorambe, starting from collaboration with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and government institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Islamic education planning principles in MI/SD. The background of this research is located at MIS Qur'an Kisaran Jalan Jahe, Environment IV Sentang Village, Kota Kisaran Timur District, Asahan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Obtaining data using observation techniques in the form of observing managerial activities in the madrasa, interviews with informants including the head of the madrasa and deputy head of the madrasa, as well as document studies to strengthen the completeness of the validity of the data relevant to the research theme. The data analysis of this research uses data reduction (sorting) techniques, data presentation, to verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that educational planning at MIS Qur'an Kisaran was carried out well according to the principles of educational planning. This is indicated by the implementation of annual meetings that formulate educational concepts and programs for the allocation of budget funds for certain period activities (madrasah program planning team), procurement of learning facilities (by presenting the head of the Ministry of Religion of the Asahan Regency), and establishing internal madrasa policies through collaboration with agencies or institutions. related institutions.
