Abstract

Batang Pisang merupakan limbah pertanian yang mengandung selulosa sekitar 60-65%, hemiselulosa 6-8%, dan lignin 5-10%, dan sisanya adalah zat ekstraktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media campuran batang pisang dan jerami dengan beberapa perlakuan yang berbeda yang ditanam didalam keranjang terhadap produktivitas jamur merang. Metode penelitian yaitu rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor 1 campuran jerami dan batang pisang : (J1) 0 g : 2000 g, (J2) 500 g : 1500 g, (J3) 1000 g :1000 g, (J4) 1500 g : 500 g, (J5) 2000 g : 0 g. Faktor 2 ketebalan media: (K1) 25 cm, (K2) 30 cm, (K3) 35 cm. Parameter yang diukur adalah jumlah, berat basah dan diameter tubuh buah jamur merang. Data diuji dengan analisis anova 2 jalur. Berdasarkan analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media campuran jerami dan batang pisang dengan perbandingan berbeda memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah tubuh buah tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap berat dan diameter tubuh buah jamur merang. Berdasarkan analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa ketebalan media tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah, berat dan diameter tubuh buah. Perlakuan terbaik jumlah tubuh buah jamur merang adalah (J5K2) 11,00 buah, sedangkan terendah (J4K1) 5,67 buah. Perlakuan terbaik berat basah tubuh buah jamur merang adalah (J1K1) 163,33 g, sedangkan terendah (J3K2) 83,67 g. Perlakuan terbaik diameter tubuh buah jamur merang adalah (J2K3) 3,25 cm, sedangkan terendah (J5K3) 2,29 cm.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Metode penelitian adalah metode survey eksploratif (makroinvertebrata). Objek penelitian adalah keberagaman jenis makroinvertebrata. Lokasi Penelitian Adalah Embung Roka, Kecamatan Belo, Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengenai kelimpahanan makroinvertebratasebagai bioindikator kualitas air embung roka. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan pengambilan sampel makroinvertebrata pada 3 stasiun (hulu, tengah, dan hilir), kemudianmengidentifikasimakroinvertebrata yang dijumpai pada area lokasi penelitian.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menghitung indeks keanekaragaman jenis Shannon and Wiener (H’), Indeks Dominansi (C) dan Indeks Kemerataan (E) dari Makoinvertebrata sebagai bioindikator kualitas air embung roka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Makroinvertebrata merupakan bioindikator yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai parameter menentukan kualitas air perairan Indeks nilai keanekaragaman (H’) berkisar 1.688 tergolong dalam kategori sedang, indeks kemerataan (E) berkisar 0.759 tergolong tinggi dan indeks dominansi (C) berkisar 2.784 tergolong tinggi. Familia Cichilidae, Ampullariidae, Cichonididae, Dan Gerridae ditemukan relatif mendominasi ekosistem sehingga dapat menjadi parameter bahwa kualitas perairan tergolong baik.

Abstract

Sampling of macrozoobenthos was carried out in the coastal areas of Kalaki, Pallibelo sub-district, Bima, consisting of Station I (the coastal area near the salt ponds) and Station II (the coastal area far from the salt ponds). Determination of the station is done by purposive sampling method. This type of research is a quantitative exploratory survey. The type of data taken is 1) macrozoobhentos data, 2) habitat data (abiotic factors). Data analysis uses the shannon-wiener index (H '), the Population Density Index (KP), and the Krebs Uniformity Index (E). The results showed temperature (30-33 oC: 25-28 oC), Ph (6-6.5: 6-6.7), salinity (20-25%: 27-33%). Macrozoobenthos found consisted of actinopteri, malacostraca, bivalvia, and atinopterygii classes. The number of macrozoobenthos identified was 153 species consisting of a family of 84 species, 56 species of penaeidae, 4 types of chanidae, 3 types of Arcidae, Mytilidae, Veneridae, Anguillidae of 2 species each. Diversity index H '= 1.132: 0.952, Uniformity Index Value (E) = (0.582: 0.489), Population Density Value (KP) Scylla sp. 5,143-6,857 and 0.143 for the Pena viridis, Metrix metrix, Anguilla bicolor. 3. As a result of exploitation in the form of salt ponds, the abundance of macrozoobenthos in the coastal area of Kalaki, Palibelo Subdistrict, Bima Regency, has decreased significantly with marked sedimentation and turbidity levels. Abstract

The construct2 software is an HTML5 based Game Builder Tool. Construct2 can be used in the development of application-based learning media such as a virtual laboratory (VLab). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of virtual laboratory media assisted by construct software2. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The data analysis method is in the form of media validation data based on experts, the results of the virtual laboratory media feasibility test and the results of the learning media effectiveness test. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) which is accommodated from Sugiyono (2008) which was developed according to the conditions and situations. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) which is accommodated from Sugiyono (2008) which was developed according to the conditions and situations. The stages of development according to Sugiyono are: (1) Identification of potential and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Product testing, (7) Revision product. , (8) Use trial, (9) Product revision, and (10) Mass production. The results of the research are application-based virtual laboratory applications that can be programmed using Construct2 or HTML5 software. The results of the validity test according to experts ranged from 97%, while the exact location was 87%. The implications of the research are expected to contribute to researchers, practitioners, to be able to optimize constructions in creating 3-dimensional virtual laboratory media.

Abstract

This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) which is accommodated from Sugiyono (2008) which was developed according to the conditions and situations. The research data instruments consist of assessment instruments by validators (material, language, and media), and media-based questionnaires based on teacher and student responses. The research data is in the form of media data validation from a team of experts, the results of the virtual laboratory media feasibility test, and the results of the learning media effectiveness test. The research population consisted of 5 SMA 1 BELO classes consisting of IPA 1, IPA 2, IPA 3, IPA 4 with a total of 130 students. The research subjects consisted of 67 students from Senior High School Negeri 1 Belo, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The result of the research is an application-based virtual laboratory application that can be programmed using Construct2 or HTML5 software. Abstract

E-Modules are teaching materials that are converted digitally by including images, videos, and animations. E-Modules can be integrated with Model Guided Inquiry. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of learning using guided inquiry-based E-Modules on students' critical thinking skills and ICT Literacy of students on the subject of the class VII excretion system of SMP 2 Ngaringan. The study population was 207 students of SMP N 2 Ngaringan, Central Java, Indonesia. The research sample used 52 students consisting of 26 students in class VII A and 26 students in class VII B. The results showed that there was a significant effect after giving treatment using Guided inquiry-based E-Modules on students' critical thinking skills and ICT literacy. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Posttest scores for the experimental class ranging from 86.91% on a limited scale and 84.69% on an operational test scale with a high category. The implementation of the syntax of students' critical thinking skills using Inquiry-Based E-Modules has a positive impact on students by increasing the implementation aspects of students' critical thinking skills with an average value of around 96.63% in the high category. The results of the Wilcoxon test at SMP N 2 Ngaringan obtained a sig value. 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average value between before being given a lesson using an E-Module Based on Guided Inquiry and after using an E-Module based on Guided Inquiry on the subject of the human excretory system

Abstract

This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). The research subjects were 70 Grade VII students of SMPN, NTB. The results of the Guided Inquiry-based E-Module feasibility test ranged from 89.56% to the very feasible category. This shows that the E-Module can be used as an instrument or learning media. Meanwhile, the results of the practicality test of the E-Module based on Guided Inquiry Learning based on student responses ranged from 88.32% in the very practical category, while the teacher's responses ranged from 93.04% to the very practical category. The test results for the effectiveness of using the Guided Inquiry-based E-Module are shown by the Gain-Score obtained by students after using the E-Module. This can be seen from the Gain score obtained by the experimental class ranging from 78.03% which indicates that the media is quite effective in learning. This can be seen from the Asymp value. Sig. (2-Tailed) ranges from 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant difference in the analytic abilities of students using guided inquiry learning-based E-Modules.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze research trends on ethnoscience using bibliometric analysis from 2008-2023. The research sample consisted of 153 documents obtained from the Scopus database. The results of the study show that the distribution of publication frequency reaches its peak in 2021 with 32 articles identified. The distribution of research themes consists of 4 primary clusters and 35 secondary clusters. The ethnoscience research area is dominated by social science research (30.2%). The country with the best documents shows that Indonesia is ranked first as the most productive country in publishing on ethnoscience with 74 identified documents. The United States released second place with 28 documents, third Brazil with 10 documents, fourth Canada with 9 documents, and fifth France, Germany, Italy and the Russian Federation with 5 documents each. Institutions that contributed the most came from Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Semarang 22 papers 33.66%, University of Alberta 9 papers 13.77%, Universitas Negeri Surabaya 7 papers 10.71, Universitas Negeri Padang 7 papers 7.65%. The best author with the highest number of citations is Dahdouh. Meanwhile, if we look at the number of documents published by the author, Sudarmin has 10 documents with a contribution of 15.3%.

Abstract

The issue of early marriage and stunting is currently a national issue because it is related to the quality of human resources in the future, so there is a need for handling and prevention efforts. The purpose of this community service activity is to prevent early marriage and convergence to prevent stunting in adolescents. Socialization and counseling on the risks of early marriage and convergence for stunting prevention were carried out in Karampi Village, Langgudu District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The community service program process is carried out consisting of 3 stages which include the data collection stage, the socialization and education stage, as well as the reflection and evaluation stage. The community service sample includes 63.46% female participants and 36.53% male participants. Data analysis used a paired sample t test to determine the level of public understanding before (pretest) and after (posttest) socialization and counseling. The results of community service show that the level of understanding after outreach and counseling on the risks of early marriage is around 85.96% and the convergence for stunting prevention is around 89.81%.
