Abstract

Objective: (1) Does Human Resource Development affect the Employee Performance of Regional Executive Board Indonesian Builders Association of North Maluku Province?; (2) Does Work Discipline affect the Employee Performance of Regional Executive Board Indonesian Builders Association of North Maluku Province? (3) Does Human Resource Development and Work Discipline simultaneously influence the Employee Performance of Regional Executive Board Indonesian Builders Association of North Maluku Province? The number of research samples were 60 employees of Regional Executive Board Indonesian Builders Association of North Maluku Province. Methodology: The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: Ha1, Ha2, and Ha3 are rejected, at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: (1) Human Resource Development (HR) had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance; (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance; and (3) Human Resource Development (HR) and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of Regional Executive Board Indonesian Builders Association of North Maluku Province. This is based on the calculated F value that is greater than the F table value, and the significant value that is smaller than alpha (α)

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: (1) the effect of Job Satisfaction affects the quality of service; (2) the effect of Job Satisfaction affects patient satisfaction; (3) the effect of employee performance affects the quality of service; (4) the effect of Service Quality influences patient satisfaction; (5) Service Quality mediates the effect between Job Satisfaction and Patient Satisfaction; and (6) the influence of Service Quality mediates the effect between employee performance and patient satisfaction. The number of research samples are 90 employees. Methodology: The test instrument used was a structural equation model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical test tool. Finding: H1, H2, no accepted, while H3, and H4 are accepted at the 5% confidence level. Hypothesis 5 no mediates, but H6 fully mediated the effect between nurse performance.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Job satisfaction did not have a positive and significant effect on service quality; (2) Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction; (3) Employee / Nurse Performance has positive and significant effect on the quality of services; (4) Service Quality has positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction; (5) Service quality does not mediate the effect between job satisfaction and patient satisfaction; and (6) Quality of service mediates the effect between employee / nurse performance and patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Health Center in Ternate City.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: To determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Ternate Customer Service Implementation Unit. The number of samples in this study were 55 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ternate. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression) using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) 23 as a statistical test tool. The results showed that: simultaneous testing of the influence of leadership and work discipline variables together had a significant effect on employee performance variables at PT. PLN (Persero) Ternate Customer Service Implementation Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on MSME Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment Study on MSMEs in Ternate City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of research uses quantitative and causal. The population in this study were UMKM actors located in the Ternate City area. The UMKM population spread across Ternate City according to a page accessed from the Ministry of UMKM Cooperatives as many as 20,164 UMKM and by using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 UMKM actors was obtained. The data analysis method uses SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results show that 1) total quality management has a significant effect on UMKM performance, 2) total quality management has a significant effect on organizational commitment, 3) organizational commitment has a significant effect on UMKM performance, 4) organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between the effect of total quality management on the performance of UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh dan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, apakah lingkungan kerja dan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada, dan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja dan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada dinas perumahan dan kawasan permukiman Provinsi Maluku Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Maluku Utara sebanyak 140 pegawai tetap maupun pegawai tidak tetap. Data analisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan keadilan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja dan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, dan keadilan organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan adaptasi pembelajaran pada era pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Halmahera Tengah, untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran pada era pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Halmahera Tengah dan untuk mengetahui apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembelajaran pada era pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Halmahera Tengah. Data dianalisis dengan cara mengumpulan data (hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi), reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penerikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di masa darurat Covid-19, semua pembelajaran berlangsung secara virtual dan pembelajaran berlangsung di rumah, menerapkan strategi pembelajaran dirumah secara kontekstual dengan menggunakan teknologi sebagai media komunikasi dan pembelajaran antara guru dengan siswa, dan faktor pendukung pembelajaran yaitu infrastruktur yang memadai, kesediaan guru untuk merencanakan proses pembelajaran online, keterampilan guru-siwa menggunaan teknologi, dan faktor penghambat yaitu guru kesulitan menyampaikan materi, sulit melaksanakan komunikasi guru-siswa, siswa yang tidak memiliki handphone, kuota internet yang terbatas, dan adanya wali atau orang tua yang bekerja sedemikian rupa sehingga tidak dapat meminjam handphone.

Abstract

Studies have shown indications of performance improvement due to a training program. In the public sector, this program is highly expected to impact how the officers can demonstrate their capacity to perform their duties well. This program includes a new leadership education and training program called DIKTLAT PIM Model Reformer. This study was aimed at contextually examining the effectiveness of this new model of a training program. This study demonstrated how the basic rule (Regulation of the Head of State Administration Agency Number 13 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Level IV Leadership Education and Training) on post-training evaluation was conducted. This current study’s novelty lies in its use of the grounded theory method as an evaluation approach for post-training effectiveness. This current study used the Grounded Theory Method (GTM) and focused on alumni training at the Municipality of Tidore Islands, North Maluku, Indonesia. The results indicated several aspects identified and defined by the alumni concerning the new training program model. The aspects include effectiveness and efficiency improvement, competency measures, leader morality and professionalism, teamwork, source financing, and performance evaluation. This current study enabled its basic regulation on measuring the effectiveness of the training program—DIKTLAT PIM Model Reformer. Future studies are also proposed to overcome this study’s weakness.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to further socialize hydroponic plant activities, especially in areas where the soil is not suitable for conventional plants, such as Guaemadu Village, South Jailolo District, West Halmahera Regency. Hydroponic cultivation is very suitable to be applied in this village which is already crowded by settlements and buildings and soil conditions are in the mountains or the land is not fertile. Limited agricultural land, making people have to find food supplies from outside the area. This can certainly be an attractive business opportunity and can increase family income. Hydroponic cultivation can also be developed into a home industry business or SMEs (small and micro businesses). With hydroponics can also create a beautiful and green environment, while still being able to maintain a clean and healthy environment

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the chain of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) business failures in the West Halmahera Regency. BUMDes business is a village government business that is run to achieve the goals of profit and society welfare. Empirical facts show that after the Village formed BUMDes and made a sizeable Equity Participation in BUMDes, what happened was that BUMDes BUMdes businesses experienced suspended animation. As a result, until now, the existence of BUMDes has not been able to contribute to Village Original Revenue and improve the welfare of rural communities as expected by the Village and the Community. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with the Transcendental Phenomenology method to achieve this goal. The research information includes elements of the village government, BUMDes managers, and village communities who have been in contact with BUMDes. The study results provide evidence that the failure of the BUMDes business is caused by the high conflict of interest of the village head and the indifference of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) towards BUMDes. This research contributes theoretically to the development of regional financial management science and information material for the West Halmahera Regency Government to make it easier for local governments to break the chain of failure of the BUMDes business.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pembiayaan Mudharabah, Musyarakah dan Murabahah Terhadap Return On Equity Melalui Non Perfoming Financing Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Bank Syariah yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi pengaruh pembiayaan Mudharabah, pembiayaan Musyarakah dan pembiayaan Murabahah terhadap Retrun On Equity melalui Non Perfoming Financing sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2016-2020. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian yang menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan per triwulan. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 45 yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis mengunakan statistic package for social scientists (SPSS ver 24). Hasil penelitian menunjukan berdasarkan uji F variabel pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, dan murabahah secara bersama-sama dapat mempengaruhi ROE. Uji t menunjukan hasil bahwa hanya pembiayaan musyarakah yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROE sedangkan pembiayaan Mudharabah, Musyarakah dan NPF berpengaruh terhadap ROE. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 54.1% sedangkan sisanya 45.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Hasil Uji path analisis menunjukan bahwa Pembiayaan Mudharabah, Pembiayaan Murabahah dan NPF berpengaruh terhadap ROE, sedangkan pembiayaan Musyarakah tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROE. Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Musyarakah tidak berpengaruh terhadap NPF sedangkan Pembiayaan Murabahah berpengaruh terhadap NPF. Dan NPF hanya mampu memediasi Pembiayaan Musyarakah sedangkan Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Murabahah tidak dimediasi.
