Abstract

Peran sistem informasi dalam suatu organisasi sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung strategi bersaing bisnis. Makin berkembangnya aktifitas bisnis menuntut adanya pemanfaatan yang optimal atas berbagai sumber daya yang tersedia. Seiring dengan makin pesatnya Teknologi Informasi, maka Teknologi Informasi manjadi yang tak terpisahkan dalam rangkaian bisnis perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Saat ini SI/TI yang tersedia di PT. FM belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sehingga diperlukan Sistem Informasi yang mendukung kepuasan pelanggan, komputerisasi yang mempermudah pekerjaan serta ketersediaan data yang selalu ontime dan realtime. Untuk itu diperlukan alignment TI dengan bisnis perusahaan. TI harus mampu mendukung bisnis usaha, bahkan menciptakan peluang baru untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Metode yang digunakan berupa pengumpulan data, analisa, perumusan strategi, penetapan rencana implementasi menggunakan metodologi Ward & Peppard. Hasil akhir berupa usulan perbaikan SI/TI yang dapat memberikan arah yang jelas bagi pengembangan SI/TI dimasa mendatang serta untuk mengantisipasi persaingan dalam industri.Kata kunci: perencanaan strategis, sistem informasi, teknologi informasi

Abstract

Natural resources promise extraordinary economic development potential, which must be utilized as optimally as possible. To make it happen, one of the factors that influences the success of an organization's business is the well-managed management of information technology (IT) infrastructure. The quality of SI / IT products and services can be measured by internal customer perceptions. Several computer companies have begun to work with Petroleum Industry companies to build HPC Clusters to help process physical exploration data so that it can be processed quickly. HPC (High Performance Computing) is a technology that utilizes computer parallel processes as a step to complete work that requires large computing performance. Large processing of sesmik data requires fast and stable computer capabilities. The goal is to serve internal / user and external / customer requests. On this basis the author conducted a research at PT.PGSN South Jakarta. This study consists of two types, namely correlation research which will examine the relationship between internal customer satisfaction with seven independent variables of product / service quality of IS / IT and the relationship between perceptions of increasing internal customer performance on seven independent variables of product / service quality of IS / IT. The seven variables are: availability, user friendliness, productivity, reliability, durability, responsiveness and timeless of support. As well as comparative research to see whether there is a difference / significant difference between internal customers and IT Human Resources in assessing performance aspects. The six aspects of performance were analyzed: problem response, Software, Hardware and network maintenance, information system development, program & SI maintenance, passwords and online control. Correlation tests were carried out using the Spearman correlation analysis method, while the comparative test was carried out using the Mann-Whitney analysis method.

Abstract

The Job comfort in a work is a factor having a decisive influence onthe increase of efficiency and effectiveness of work in which the equipment and technology aresome of supporting facilities in improving the productivity of work in a company. Besides inputting data into computers, user operators in PT.MI seat material division also make RF (Receiving Form), receive goods, put goods and make the settings in the material warehouse, bringing about negative effects such as work accidents and occupational diseases. Based on observations and questionnaires distributed to computer warehouse operators, there are some problems creatinguncomfortable and unnatural working condition that lead to less optimal work productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the work station design by considering human and machine factors. It is then anticipated by making an adjustment between worker, work process and work environment. It is an approach known as ergonomics. Despite its importance to the workers, the company often puts aside the ergonomics aspects for its workers. Working condition not paying attention to the job comfort, satisfaction, safety and health will certainly affect the work productivity. The new design is made by changing the condition of the workplace. The analysis results show the new working condition is better than that of before the redesigning, as seenin the size of work facilities adapted to anthropometry, the procurement of work chairs, desks and ergonomic computers, the decrease of the level of pain complaints at work, the average energy consumptionthat has been smaller after the redesigning. It is expected that workers can feel safe and comfortable and improve their productivity efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

One of several algorithms in cryptography is the Hill Cpher method. This method is used in randomizing the contents of the message using a password key in the form of a matrix with the order MXM. The product in this research is a simulation design to explain how a plaintext message is converted into cipher text with encryption and decryption processes and vice versa from ciphertext to paintext through multiplication and inverse matrix operations. using Microsoft Excel (MS Excel). In this study, a matrix with order 2x2 and modulo 26 was used. This simulation design shows how the work process visually for each step in the process of changing the message content in the Hill Cipher method. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a learning medium by the community, especially students and lecturers, to increase understanding and broaden their horizons about the Hill Cipher method in cryptography lectures.
