Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of retail state sukuk price SR-005, inflation and BI rate on the demand of retail state sukuk SR-005. The population in this study is a retail state sukuk SR-005. The samples in this study used saturated samples, and the samples obtained were market price data and the monthly sales volume of retail state sukuk SR-005 for the period March 2013 to February 2016. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis.The results shows that the price of retail state sukuk SR-005 variable and the inflation rate variable effect negatively on the demand of retail state sukuk SR-005 but its not significant. While the variable of BI rate effects negatively and significantly on demand of retail state sukuk SR-005.Keyword: Retail state sukuk prices SR-005, the inflation rate, the BI rate and demand of the retail state sukuk.

Abstract

Efektivitas Periklanan dari Penelitian ini terdiri dari kreativitas periklanan, kualitas pesan, dan frekuensi pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak efektifitas yang dilibatkan di dalamnya seperti variabel Periklanan Kreativitas, kualitas pesan, dan pandangan frekuensi konsumen membeli Niat juga mengetahui variabel dominan mana yang mempengaruhi Buy Consumer Intentions. Program Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linier Berganda SPSS versi 22.0. Populasi penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Samarinda pernah menonton iklan televisi Mie Sedap minimal 3 kali. Pada saat yang sama, sampel yang digunakan untuk Penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 170 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability dan metode accidental sampling, yaitu kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data secara spesifik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas periklanan, kualitas pesan, dan Frequency Advertising signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membeli konsumen, hal lain yang menjadi kreativitas iklan menjadi variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan variabel kepuasan kerja, dukungan organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dari PT Gunung Gajah Abadi. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja, dukungan organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan, variabel dependen adalah motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi penelitian kausal, yang merupakan hasil penelitian dan menggambarkan hubungan (sebab akibat). Populasi karyawan PT. Gunung Gajah Abadi. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden adalah 80 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data primer. Data dianalisis menggunakan Least Square (PLS) pendekatan parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan variabel kerja memiliki efek pada motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dukungan organisasi memiliki efek pada motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between concentration, profitability and conventional commercial banks competition in Indonesia from 2009 to 2013. The sampling method used by this research is purposive sampling method. By following the criteria in this method, the number of sample is 109 banks. A simple regression model is used to analize the data. This research used secondary data from Bank Indonesia and the level of concentration and profitability are represented by HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index) and ROA (Return on Assets), respectively. Panzar and Rosse is employed to measure competition. The results of study show the relationship between concentration level and competition is negatively significant, whilst the profitability affect negatively on competition but statistically insignificant.Keyword: Concentration, profitability, competition, conventional commercial Bank

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis market overreaction (reaksi berlebihan pasar) perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI) dalam indeks LQ-45, tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah pergerakan harga saham dapat diprediksi setelah terjadi peristiwa politik yaitu pemilihan Presiden pada tahun 2014 yang dapat memicu tumbuhnya overreaction dari investor terhadap suatu informasi dalam mengambil keputusan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data saham penutupan dalam perusahaan manufaktur yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2014-2015, Penelitian ini mengunakan sub-periode penelitian terdiri atas periode pembentukan portofolio (portofolio formation period) dan periode pengujian portofolio (portofolio subsequent-test period). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa reaksi berlebihan (overreaction) tidak terjadi pada saham perusahaan manufaktur dalam indeks LQ-45 dapat dibuktikan dengan pola portofolio winner memiliki average cumulative actual return yang mengungguli average cumulative actual return portofolio loser. Terdapat perbedaan average cumulative actual return yang signifikan antara portofolio loser dan portofolio winner.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the activities of production process in reducing Non Value Added Activities to Palm Oil Mill PT. Waru Kaltim Plantation in produce Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK), where the activities of production process consist of Non Value Added Activities and Value Added Activites the review of the Cycle Time and Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) process to Palm Oil Mill.The analysis tools used in this research is Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness (MCE), that is analyze the effectiveness of production process to reducing or eliminating Non Value Added Activities and do improvement Value Added Activities by using analysis of activity. Analysis of activity in the manufacturing is the Cycle Time, consist of: processing time, inspetion time, moving time, and waiting time/storage time.The results show that the activities of Palm Oil Mill PT. Waru Kaltim Plantation in producing Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK) are still not ideal. It is shown by the Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness (MCE) to Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK) value for the 2014 is 92% and value for the 2015 is 89%. The Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness (MCE) percentage can be used by the management of Palm Oil Mill PT. Waru Kaltim Plantation for making a plan of reducing and eleminating Non Value Added Activities and doing improvements toward value added activities.Keyword: Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness, Non Value Added Actiivties, and Value Added Activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors that have influences toward consumers in the making of purchasing decision. The independent variables of this research consist of Price (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Brand Image (X3). The dependent variable is the car purchasing decisions of Toyota Kijang Innova in Samarinda. The sample used in this research consist of 50 respondents that chosen by Accidential Sampling technique.This research employs multiple regressions. The result of multiple regression is as follows Y = 0,240 + 0,128X1 + 0,331X2 + 0,486X3. Based on the F test and t test, the results obtained that the variable price, product quality and brand image has a positive and significant impacton purchasing decisions. In this research obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) as big as 0,797 which means that the model coefficient of determination is good. This indicates that 79,70% of consumer car purchasing decisions of Toyota Kijang Innova in Samarinda influenced by the variation of the three independent variables are the price, product quality and brand image. While the remaining 20,30% is influenced by other variables that not investigated.Keyword: Price, Product Quality, Brand Image, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengembangan karir dan sistem insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Samarinda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir dan sistem insentif sementara variable terikat adalah kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Samarinda yang terdiri dari 65 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir dan sistem insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Inflasi, Tingkat Suku Bunga dan GDRP Terhadap Profitabilitas pada Bank BPD di Indonesia selama periode tahun 2010-2013. Data diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan publikasi yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Indonesia dengan periode waktu tahun 2010-2013. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 26. Penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Data Panel dengan metode Random Effect Method (REM) melalui program Eviews 8. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Inflasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, Tingkat Suku Bunga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dan GDRP berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada Bank BPD di Indonesia selama periode tahun 2010 hingga 2013.

Abstract

This research aims to apply ARIMA method in predicting and estimating the amount of palm oil crop production for the next period. This research object is the amount of palm oil crop productionin the form of bunches whereas the data used is the historical data from the amount of palm oil crop production on January 2013 to December 2015.The results from this research showed that there are some models which can be used to predict, ARIMA (3,1,3), ARIMA (3,1,1), ARIMA (3,1,2), ARIMA (2,1,3). From the fourth model, ARIMA (3,1,1) model is the best model and the most feasible model to forecast with the smallest value of AIC and SIC. The forecasting results increased from the previous period. The forecasting result for 2016 amounted 25.905,506 tonnes and for 2017 amounted 33.260,761 tonnes.Keyword: Forecasting, Palm Oil Production, ARIMA.
