This study aims to identify factors that play a role in PCC implementation on indicators of hospital service quality (patient safety) based on moderate work motivation. Research method This research uses an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The results of this study accepted three hypotheses, including the relationship between PCC implementation and patient safety and two indirect effects, namely the role of PCC implementation on patient safety through work motivation and one of the factors of PCC implementation (Measurement of systems and responses) to patient safety. In conclusion, work motivation related to the form of appreciation or reward is the indicator with the most significant value that has a positive effect on the implementation of patient safety if it is supported by the support of factors that play a role in the performance of PCC in the Bhayangkara General Hospital TK IR Said Sukanto, East Jakarta as one of the hospitals. military Keywords: PCC Implementation, Work Motivation, Patient Safety

This study aims to determine the relationship between marital satisfaction and postpartum depression in postpartum mothers in South Tangerang. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that 60 respondents (20.55%) experienced postpartum depression with an EPDS score of more than 13, and 15 respondents (5.16%) were dissatisfied with their marriage. In conclusion, there is a relationship between marital satisfaction and postpartum depression with a p-value of 0.018. Mothers who are dissatisfied with their marriages tend to experience postpartum depression. Keywords: Postpartum depression, Marital satisfaction, Maternal, Nurse

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of dry cupping alternative treatment on blood cholesterol levels. The research method in this study used a pre-experimental design with a two-group pre-and post-test design. The results showed that most of the blood cholesterol levels before cupping were nine people (30.0%) with worrying blood cholesterol levels (200-239). Most of the blood cholesterol levels before 13-point cupping were 11 people (36.7%) with High Blood Cholesterol Levels (>240), then after 13-point cupping, 11 people (36.7%) had Worrying Blood Cholesterol Levels (200-239). In conclusion, groups 9 and 13 cupping points affect reducing blood cholesterol levels. Keywords: Cupping, Cholesterol, Alternative Medicine

This study aims to determine the effect of breathing relaxation techniques on the frequency of urination or urinary incontinence for the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Pagar Dewa Social Home Bengkulu. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental research design. The results of the study found that most of the respondents were female, namely 9 (60%) and male, 6 (40%), while based on education level, most of the respondents had a low level of education, namely 13 (86.7%) for higher education. there are 2 respondents (13,3%). The results of the bivariate analysis of breathing relaxation techniques on the frequency of urination in the elderly (p-value = 0.000). In conclusion, there is an effect of the Breathing Relaxation Technique on the Frequency of Urination in the Elderly at the Tresna Werdha Pagar Dewa Social Institution, Bengkulu. This study aims to determine how the experience of nurses who experience acts of violence by schizophrenic clients. The type of research used in this research is qualitative, which intends to explain and provide understanding and interpretation of various behaviors and experiences of humans (individuals) in multiple forms. The study results produced several themes, namely the form of violence, the condition of the patient, preventive measures, the state of the nurse when receiving violence, the health condition of the nurse, and the time the patient was angry. In conclusion, the violence experienced by nurses was being hit, pulled, thrown using a food holder, and spat on. The patient's condition who commits acts of violence is that the patient's hallucinations are occurring, the patient is unstable, and the medicine is not taken. This study aims to determine the effect of applied behavior analysis therapy on social interaction in children with autism aged 7-12 years at SDLB SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng. The type of this research is pre-experimental research with one group pre-post test design. The results of the univariate analysis, most of the respondents were male 53 respondents (85.5%), the level of moderate social interaction was 46 respondents (74.2%) autistic children before being given treatment, and the high level of social interaction was 40 respondents (64, 5%) autistic children after being given treatment. The results of this study indicate an effect of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy with a high level of social interaction totaling 40 respondents (64.5%) of autistic children after being given treatment. The results of data analysis with the Wilcoxon test get a value of 0.000 or p <α (0.05). In conclusion, Applied Behavior Analysis therapy has an effect on social interaction in children with autism aged 7-12 years at SDLB SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. The research design used was a descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents had moderate activity, as many as 19 people (43.2%), and the majority of respondents had poor blood sugar levels, namely 21 people (47.7%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that p-value = 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient (r = 0.756). In conclusion, there is a relationship between physical activity and blood sugar levels in Type 2 DM patients. Keywords: Physical Activity, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Glucose

This study aims to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on oxygen saturation in COPD patients. The research design used a pre-experimental one-group pre-post test design. The results showed that the average oxygen saturation value before being given deep breath relaxation was 90.19, and the average oxygen saturation after being given deep breath relaxation was 93.27. Based on the results of the paired t-test showed that the results of pre and post (0.000) < (0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on increasing oxygen saturation in COPD patients. Keywords: COPD, Oxygen Saturation, Deep Breathing Relaxation Technique

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about cervical cancer with the motivation of adolescents to vaccinate against HPV at SMA Negeri 1 Ubud. This type of research is a quantitative study with an analytic research design with a cross sectional approach, the sample in this study was 97 respondents with proportional simple random sampling technique. The results of the univariate analysis of most of the respondents, most of the students had a sufficient level of knowledge about cervical cancer, 41 respondents (42.3%), 59 students had a supportive attitude about cervical cancer (60.8%) and students had moderate motivation to do the HPV vaccination as many as 71 children ( 73.2%). The results of this study showed that 35 students had sufficient knowledge of cervical cancer and moderate motivation to vaccinate against HPV (36.1%). The results of the Spearman Rank test analysis of students have a supportive attitude about cervical cancer and moderate motivation to vaccinate HPV by calculating the calculated r value of 0.279 and a probability of 0.006 (0.006 <0.05). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the variable attitudes of adolescents about cervical cancer with the motivation of the eleventh class of SMA Negeri 1 Ubud to vaccinate against HPV. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on HIV/AIDS using flipchart media on community stigma in Munduk Village. The design of this research is pre-experimental with a one-group pre-post-test design. The results showed that the stigma of respondents before being given health education about HIV/AIDS using flipchart media, on average, had a high negative stigma about HIV/AIDS (81.1 %). After being given health counseling, most respondents (70.3%) have a low negative stigma about HIV/AIDS. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a p-value of 0.005. In conclusion, health education using flipchart media effectively increases positive stigma about PLWHA in the community in Munduk Village, Buleleng Regency.
