Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the private madrasah ibtidaiyah program in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Board of Teachers, Chairperson of the Foundation, Students. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique according to Miles & Huberman is interactive model analysis. The results of the study, evaluation of the madrasa program is the most important thing in the success of madrasas in carrying out their programs, madrasas have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program. However, this matter has been followed up to the head of the madrasah, so that it becomes a consideration for improvements to be made, so that in the future these obstacles and obstacles do not occur again. In conclusion, Madrasahs have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program, but this has been followed up to the madrasa principal. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai edukator, supervisor dan motivator untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada masa pembelajaran pandemik. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai edukator memberikan pelatihan yang membangun sikap rasa tanggungjawab bagi guru dimasa pandemik. Selain itu kepala sekolah meluangkan waktu untuk bertukar pendapat (sharing), kerjasama dalam pencegahan dan perbaikan serta peningkatan mutu pembelajaran.Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor melakukan adanya pembelajaran, sehingga seluruh aktivitas organisasi sekolah bermuara pada pencapaian efesiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, salah satu tugas kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisor, yaitu mensupervisi pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kependidikan. Supervisi sesungguhnya dapat dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah yang berperan sebagai supervisor, tetapi dalam sistem organisasi pendidikan modern diperlakukan supervisi khusus yang lebih independent, dan dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dalam pembinaan dan pelaksanaan tugasnya.Kepala sekolah sebagai motivator juga mamberikan hal yang terbaik untuk kemajuan SD 066044 Helvetia Medan dimana salah satunya adalah menjadi motivator adalah dengan memberikan support kepada guru yang mengalami masalah, disamping memberikan masukan kepada guru, kepala sekolah pastinya memberikan motivasi kepada guru yang bersangkutan agar guru bisa menemukan titik semangat lagi dalam mengajar. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Kerja Guru Abstract This study aims to determine the role of school principals as educators, supervisors and motivators to improve teacher performance during the pandemic learning period. With qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the leadership role of the principal as an educator provides training that builds an attitude of responsibility for teachers during the pandemic. In addition, the principal takes the time to exchange opinions (sharing), cooperation in prevention and improvement as well as improving the quality of learning. The principal as a supervisor conducts learning, so that all school organizational activities lead to the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of learning. Therefore, one of the principal's duties is as a supervisor, namely supervising the work carried out by educational staff. Supervision can actually be carried out by the principal who acts as a supervisor, but in the modern educational organization system special supervision is treated which is more independent, and can increase objectivity in coaching and carrying out his duties. The principal as a motivator also provides the best for the progress of SD 066044 Helvetia Medan where one of them is being a motivator is to provide support to teachers who have problems, in addition to providing input to teachers, school principals certainly provide motivation to the teacher concerned so that teachers can find another point of enthusiasm in teaching. Abstract

Employee Performance Assessment is one of the links in staffing management. Assessment of work performance is an evaluation of the results of the implementation of an employee's work in order to achieve the objectives of an organization based on the benchmarks and standards set. Bengkulu Provincial Staffing Agency is the opd that first conducted and implemented the Assessment of Work Performance in the Bengkulu Provincial Government Environment, which refers to Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011 and Regulation of the Head of State Personnel Agency No. 1 of 2013 concerning The Implementation Provisions of Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011, which is a guideline for Officials who assess or Civil Servants in implementing the provisions of civil servant work performance assessment. This research was conducted in order to know and describe the implementation of civil servant work performance assessment, know the results of civil servant work performance assessment, and to know what are the factors that hinder the Assessment of Civil Servants' Work Performance. This study uses qualitative method based on case study, informant interview as many as 9 (nine) people. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of civil servant performance assessment that civil servants in the Regional Staffing Agency of Bengkulu Province has compiled employee work targets, and the results of the assessment of the performance of civil servants have been running well which can be seen from the results of civil servant performance targets in 2018 and 2019 that have been good value.

Abstract

Implementation of Total Quality Management at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong is carried out as an effort to ensure quality that is carried out continuously. One of them is in the religious or religious aspects of students. discussion of the results of this study focused on the SWOT analysis of the implementation of TQM in improving the religious quality of students at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong. The research activity was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected by interview, observation and documentation, data were analyzed by data reduction techniques, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are things that are strengths, including leadership, school management, the environment and strong cooperation. The weaknessesincludethe teacher's ability in religious aspects and the teacher's firmness in giving warnings, directions, or punishments. Things that become opportunities include a well-known school name, the trust of the school's external customers, and cooperation from parents. Abstract

This research is a Research and development (R&D) located in Wattan Soppeng Regency. The background of this research is the importance of continuous training to improve the competence of professional school/madrasah supervisors in Wattan Soppeng Regency. The main problem in this research and development is how to develop an effective training model, valid, practical, useful for improving the competence of school/madrasah supervisorsThe research objective is to produce and apply an effective lesson study-based training model product to increase the competence of school/madrasah supervisors. The benefit of the research is as a reference to be used as the basis for a continuous training program for school/madrasah supervisors. training model Research using the procedure Borg & Gall (2003) which consists of three stages of development, namely pre-development, development and post-development. conduct product designs on leadership models which are then validated, conduct limited trials and wider tests, and observe model implementation in Wattan Soppeng Regency.The research objective is to produce and apply an effective lesson study-based training model product to increase the competence of school/madrasah supervisors. Abstract

Job satisfaction is influenced by many factors, including job characteristics, school climate, and leadership. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics, leadership and school climate on job satisfaction of JSIT High School teachers in Medan City. The research population is teachers from SMA IT AL-Fityan, SMA Al-Amjad, and SMA Nurul Azmi, all totaling 122 people. The research sample was selected randomly or randomly. The number of samples was determined by the Slovin formula at a 95% confidence level, so that there were 94 teachers consisting of 29 male teachers and 65 female teachers. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Furthermore, reliability and validity tests were carried out. The data were analyzed using coefficient, correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the coefficient calculation show that there is a significant relationship, (1) the variable of the teacher's work characteristics X1Y = 3,300, (2) the variable of the principal's leadership X2Y = 2,92, (3) the variable of the school climate X3Y = 5,537 and (4) the work characteristics of the teacher, Principal leadership and school climate X1X2X3Y = 3.892 at the 5% confidence level. Looking at the strength of the relationship using the Spearman rank test, it was found that (1) the variable of teacher work characteristics X1Y = 0,542** is interpreted as having a strong and direct correlation, (2) the principal leadership variable X2Y = 0.678** is interpreted as a strong and direct correlation, (3) the variable school climate X3Y = 0.806** means a very strong and unidirectional correlation. The results of the regression calculation show that the contribution of teacher work characteristics to satisfaction is 38%, for principals' leadership 22.6% and for school climate 42.8%. The suggestion is that it is necessary to develop other variables that contribute to teacher job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and work discipline, both partially and on the performance of teachers at SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. The type of research used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to describe the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 42 respondents from SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. Based on the results of the research conducted, there is a simultaneous significant relationship between the Work Environment and Work Discipline variables on the Teacher Performance variable in the Learning Process. This is evidenced by obtaining Fcount 6.622 which is greater than Ftable 2.850. In addition, it is known that partially the Work Environment (X1) has no relationship with Teacher Performance (Y). This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount 1.078 < ttable 2.023, and coefficient 0.288. Meanwhile, Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant relationship to Teacher Performance (Y). This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount which is greater than ttable (2.782 > 2.023) and the coefficient is 0.008 and the value is positive. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the principal's leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating the development of school work programs at SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap Karangjambu. This study uses data collected through interview, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results of the research on program planning are carried out at the beginning of each school year involving all stakeholders in the school. Program implementation refers to the timeline of plans that have been made together with collaboration between elements in the school. The principal has carried out the implementation, organization and evaluation of each program and made the evaluation a guide for the process of planning and implementing future programs. In conclusion, the leadership of the principal has a very important role in the process of developing the one-roof school program. This one-roof school principal has carried out management as well as principal leadership in an effort to develop school programs starting from planning, implementation, to program evaluation.Keywords: leadership, principal, program development, one roof school

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Quality of Work Life on the Work Motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a quantitative study in madrasas organized under the Ministry of Religion, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 179 teachers as respondents who were selected at simple random. The results of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on work motivation. (2). There is a positive direct influence on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life) on work motivation, and (3). There is a direct positive influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life). Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between spiritual leadership, autonomy, and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). OCB is divided into two types, including altruism, organizational citizenship behaviors toward an individual (i.e., behaviors that are directly helpful to a specific individual and indirectly contribute to the organization) and conscientiousness, organizational citizenship behaviors toward an organization or a team (i.e., behaviors that directly contribute to the organization). A quantitative survey was performed on a sample of public services (N = 282) from Lubuklinggau City to study the influence of spiritual leadership on OCB, especially altruism and conscientiousness. The data analyzed by using PLS (Partial Least Square) program results indicate that spiritual leadership strongly predicted autonomy mediated spiritual leadership's effect on both altruism and conscientiousness.
