This study aims to explore the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance in non-profit organizations. In addition, this study also explores the role of moderators of collaborative conflict management on the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. This study involved 232 respondents from 58 teams / working groups from non-profit organizations namely college scouts, libraries, village level government institutions, early childhood education, PKK organizations and dasa wisma. The results of hierarchical regression analysis indicate that the composition of perceptual task conflicts negatively affects group performance. However, there is not enough evidence of the role of collaboration conflict management in  with the influence of the composition of the conflict on the task of the group on group performance. Several implications are given based on the results of this study

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leader’s dark triad traits (narcissism, Machiavellianism, dan psychopathy), abusive supervision, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap niat keluar kerja karyawan (turnover intention). Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan penyedia barang promosi, Jakarta. Sebanyak 68 karyawan staff diminta untuk menilai tiga sifat kepribadian dan abusive supervision atasan langsungnya, serta evaluasi diri mengenai turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja melalui kuesioner online. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa leader’s dark triad traits kecuali leader’s narcissism berpengaruh positif terhadap abusive supervision; hanya leader’s psychopathyyang berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan positif terhadapturnover intention; abusive supervision tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnoverintention, namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja; kepuasankerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Dapat disimpulkanbahwa psychopathy merupakan sifat kepribadian pemimpin yang palingmerugikan organisasi karena memicu karyawan untuk meninggalkanperusahaan.

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Buana Spring Foam di Purwokerto, yang memproduksi spring bed dankasur busa. Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah menyusun rencana kapasitas produksi kasurbusa sehingga mampu memenuhi permintaan konsumen yang beragam sesuai dengan yangdijadwalkan. Perencanaan kapasitas dilakukan dengan metode Rought Cup Capacity Planning (RCCP)yang memiliki empat langkah yang harus dilakukan. Pertama, melakukan peramalan dengan metodetrend, metode pemulusan dengan musiman, metode moving average, dan metode pemulusan.Kemudian menghitung perencanaan agregat dengan metode tenaga kerja tetap dan metodetransportasi atas dasar hasil peramalan. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses disagregasi dengan metodecut &amp; fit. Kedua, menentukan waktu proses produksi. Ketiga, menghitung bill of capacity dengan caramencari standar hours pada setiap jenis produk. Keempat, menghitung kebutuhan sumber dayaspesifik dan membuat laporan RCCP. Sedangkan untuk kapasitas tersedia didapat dari perhitunganrencana produksi. Bedasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut dibuat load profile yang menunjukanbahwa hasil penelitian terhadap jadwal induk produksi layak digunakan untuk proses produksikasur busa. Kelayakan ini dihitung berdasarkan kesesuaian antara total kapasitas tersedia 28224unit dengan kapasitas terpakai 19415 unit. Oleh karena itu kapasitas tersedia dapat memenuhikapasitas terpakai.

Penelitian ini akan menguji dampak integrasi kualitas pelayanan elektronik dan e-satisfaction pada e-repurchase intention. Pemodelan struktural digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 114 pengguna layanan go-ride di wilayah Purwokerto. Hasil temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas layanan elektronik mempunyai dampak positif pada kepuasan dan niat beli elektronik. Studi ini juga mendukung pandangan yang menunjukkan e-satisfaction mempuyai pengaruh positif pada e-repurchase intention. Serta, e-satisfaction sebagai variabel perantara hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan niat beli elektronik.

Crude oil is a commodity and major world needs today. Since the historic collapse of Lehman Brothers helped precipitate the global economic crisis in the spring of 2008, a strong positive correlation between the price of crude oil continues to appear and the global stock markets, including the stock exchanges in Indonesia. This happens due to capital market investors assume that rising energy prices are a sign of the increasing global demand objective of this study was to determine the effect of crude oil prices and the price of coal on JCI in the Stock Exchange in the period 2012 -2017.          This study will use a time series data analysis tool Vector Autoregression approach. VAR model approach is considered more suitable for detecting a mutual relationship or a dynamic two-way causality between variables in world crude oil prices, the price of gold and the price of coal on the stock price index of the mining sector in the system of equations

This article summarizes the two main theories of deposit insurance, i.e. Diamond and Dybvig (1984) and Keraken and Wallace (1978), as well as discussing how the system is implemented in Indonesia and ASEAN countries. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja otonom dan internal locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Satria dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja otonom  dan internal locus of control berpengaruh positif  terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi.
