Abstract

Abstract—. This research is motivated by the large percentage of students of Building Engineering Education Study Program who scored low in Mathematics Analysis Course. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a contribution of learning independence toward student learning outcomes of the Mathematics Analysis Course in Civil Engineering Department FT-UNP. This research is a quantitative research. The number of research sample is all 63 students of Class 2015 Building Engineering Education Study Program registered in Semester July-December 2017. The instrument used is questionnaires to measure the learning independence variable. From the instrument test, 33 valid statement items were obtained with a reliability value of 0.873. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between the learning independence and student learning outcomes of Mathematics Analysis Course in Civil Engineering Department FT-UNP with a strong enough relationship level (rPearson’s 0,594> rtable 0,248). Determinant Coefficient obtained from determinant test was 35,28%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the contribution of learning independence toward student learning outcomes in Mathematics Analysis Course in Engineering Department FT-UNP is 35.28% and the rest 64.72% is contributed by other factors. Keywords: Learning Independence, Learning Outcomes, Mathematics Analysis Course

Abstract

ABSTRACT   September 30, 2009 that happened in West Sumatera has destroyed the building of Library and Archieve of West Sumatera Province. Because the role of the Library and Archives Agency is so important and irreplaceable, the re-planning and re-design of the building need to be implemented. The purposes of planning and design of this building are (1) to asses space needs, (2) to determine the space layout, and (3) to design the building form and architectural concept. The applied design method consists of programming, planning, concept, and design. Analysis was performed in the form of macro analysis and micro analysis. The result of planning and design the building that has 3985,56 m2 47 rooms. In the first floor, there are the lobby room, public facilities and service room. In the second floor and third floor there are staff room, reading room, discussion room and digital library room. In the fourth floor there are hall and shelter. The architecture concepts are Minangkabau architecture and Indonesian traditional architecture. Keywords: Library, Planning, Design

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated from the persistence problem Bidikmisi students who obtained GPA below 2.75, so the scholarship Bidikmisi discontinued. One purpose of the scholarship Bidikmisi that ensure the sustainability of the student to complete the study.This study aims to determine the achievement of program objectives Bidikmisi scholarship students FT UNP.This research was conductedon the candidates Bidikmisi year in 2011 in the FT UNP. The number of samples in this study were 83 respondents. Types and sources of data are the primary data derived from questionnaires given to 83 respondent sand secondary data Bidikmisi year scholarship recipients entered 2011 FT UNP. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis.The results showed 73.11% of students study the sustainability of 65.14% and student achievement in academic and non-academic in the high category, it indicates that the purpose of the scholarship program is reached. But there are some who have not reached the goal, so the goal of the scholarship program Bidikmisi FT UNP student enrollment year 2011 has not been fully achieved. Abstract

Abstract— This research aims to determine the relevance of the curriculum with the skills requirements at PT. Waskita Karya Indarung VI Project on the Civil Building Engineering Study Program (D3) UNP, and knew the opinions and skills are needed by PT. Waskita Karya is based on the curriculum taught, because it is ready to face the world of work. This research is descriptive research and the sample of this study used the Purposive Sampling method, with a sample of 11 employees of PT. Waskita Karya. The used instrument is a questionnaire that aims to measure skill needs variables with statement items as many as 154 items. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum of the Building Civil Engineering Program (D3) in 2017 has a connection and a closer relationship with the skills needed by PT. Waskita Karya Project Indarung VI. From this explenation be concluded that there is a relevance of the curriculum with skills needs in the world of work in the Building Civil Engineering Study Program (D3) of 82%. Keywords: Requirement of skills, Curriculum of Civil Engineering Building, PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT       This research was motivated by the low of student’s learning outcomes in Drawing with Software (MDPL) course. The purpose of this research is to reveal factors that affect learning outcomes of Drawing with Sofware (MDPL) course of students of grade XI TGB SMK N 1 Koto XI Tarusan. The type of this research  is descriptive quantitative and the population in this study is 25 students. Sample was taken by using total sampling, where all members of the population was used as  sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire with likert scale consisting of five possible answers. The number of items in the questionnaire is 64 statement. The results showed that: (1) Internal factors, i.e. factors that comes from within the students, affect the learning outcomes with a percentage of 59,09 while the external factors, i.e. factors that come from outside the student, affect the learning outcomes with a percentage of 40.91%; (2) Among the aspects of internal factors that affect student’s learning outcomes, the most dominant influence is the physical factor with a percentage of 20.77% .Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Drawing with Software

Abstract

Abstrak - Perancangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terus berkembangnya jumlah mahasiswa, jumlah dosen dan jumlah prodi di Jurusan Teknik Sipil sehingga tuntutan kebutuhan ruangan tidak dapat terpenuhi oleh bangunan lama. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pengembangan gedung Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Padang.Perancangan gedung jurusan ini dimulai dengan tiga tahapan yaitu pemograman, perencanaan dan perancangan. Pemograman adalah pengumpulan data terkait objek perancangan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan survey lapangan. Kemudian perencanaan adalah pengolahan data yang telah terkumpul dan menggunakan berbagai pertimbangan, permintaan khusus dan peraturan yang berlaku hingga dilakukan proses perancangan gedung.Gedung jurusan yang direncanakan memiliki luas tanah sebesar 3220 m² dengan ketinggian bangunan 4 lantai. Bangunan ini terdiri dari 1 unit ruang interaksi, 19 unit ruang kelas, 1 unit gudang, 1 unit kantor, 4 unit ruang labor, 2 unit ruang rapat, 2 unit ruang sidang, 1 unit perpustakaan, 1 unit ruang olah raga ringan, 1 musholla dan ruang selter. Biaya dari pembangunan ini diperkirakanRp33.783.524.000,00 (tiga puluh tiga miliar tujuh ratus delapan puluh tiga juta lima ratus dua puluh empat ribu rupiah).Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Gedung, Jurusan

Abstract

Abstract— This research begins from the reality that there are many students who lack guidance from pamong teachers  while PPLK . Even let students teach in the classroom without being mentored first. This is due to many factors such as lack of communication between PPLK student and pamong teacher, and the appointment of pamong teachers who do not appropriate procedures. This rsearch is to reveal the student perceptions of S-1 PTB on the guidance of pamong teachers in PPLK activities among semester July to December 2016. This type of research is descriptive-quantitative research with population of all students PPLK semester July-December 2016 Prodi S-1 PTB UNP which are 72 people. The sample is 72 students using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is using formula percentage F / N x 100%, then result of processed data percentage seen in category percentage of achievement. The results of this study is shows the perception between of PPLK students of S-1 PTB UNP to the guidance of teachers pamong is enough. In accordance with the percentage of achievement obtained is 78%. The percentage between teaching and non teaching activity achievement was also 78%. And then, most of the PPLK students of S-1 program of PTB UNP semester of July-December 2016 has more positve perception about pamong teachers. Keywords: Student Perception, PPLK, Guidance, Pamong Teacher

Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang ujian nasional berbasis komputer (UNBK) terhadap hasil ujian nasional (UN) siswa jurusan bangunan kelas XII SMKN 1 Pariaman. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 86 orang siswa jurusan bangunan tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Sedangkan sampel sebanyak 46 orang siswa semester genap Januari-Juni 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proposional random sampling. Data yang didapat yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui penyebaran angket yang disebarkan kepada responden, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari nilai hasil UN tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah: 1) analisis data deskriptif, 2) Uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, 3) Analisis data inferensial yang terdiri dari uji korelasi dan koefesien determinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi siswa tentang UNBK terhadap hasil UN siswa Jurusan Bangunan Kelas XII SMKN 1 Pariaman. Hal ini diketahui dengan melihat besarnya kontribusi (sumbangan) variable X terhadap variable Y  yaitu sebesar 35,28%. Sedangkan 64,72% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Base on the prasurvey, the students readiness of Industrial Work Practice were less of knowledge, attitude and skill domain. The research aim was to know the degree of student of XIth of Teknik Gambar Bangunan of SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh on the Industrial Work Practice during 2013/2014 periode. This research use the descriptive method. The research subject were the students of XIth of Teknik Gambar Bangunan who will join the Industrial Work Practice activities. The data collecting conducted by using the observation sheet, which were used descriptive analysis qualitative technique. The result of this research indicate that the students of XIth of Teknik Gambar Bangunan of SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh in knowledge and attitude domain were in the ready categorize of Industrial Work Pactice. While the skill domain were devide of two part which were ready and ready categorize. Key word : Readiness, Industrial Work Practice, Knowledge, Attitude, Skill.

Abstract

Abstract—This study aims to determine the relationship between Information and Comunications Technology (ICT) capabilities and Learning Drawing With Software (MDPL) Class XI Building Engineering and Modeling Information Design Department (TDPIB) at SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat. This type of research is a correlation research with a population of 30 students and using the technique of Total Sampling. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through Exams, while secondary data is learning outcomes MDPL subject at SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat on June - December 2018. Data analysis techniques used are: 1) Descriptive Analysis, 2) Normality Test, 3) Linearity Test and 4) Hypothesis Test. The results of this study concluded that there is a high relationship between ICT capabilities and MDPL Class XI Building Engineering and Modeling Information Design Department (TDPIB) at SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat.
