Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the motions of the Rangguk Dance in terms of the aspects of space, time, and energy. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, observations or observations, interviews, and documentation. The steps to analyze the data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study's results show that the motion of the Rangguk Dance in Seberang Village can be viewed from space, time, and energy. In the spatial aspect of the Rangguk dance, there are ten horizontal lines, six curved lines, and two diagonal lines, so the horizontal lines are dominant, which means that the Rangguk dance has a calm and balanced impression. The volume of the movement of the Rangguk Dance is 14 large volumes and four small volumes, so the dominant volume is the large volume which means it describes enthusiasm. The facing direction in the Rangguk Dance movement is 13 forward and three right diagonals, so the dominant facing direction is towards the front. Meanwhile, the focus of view is on the dominant activity of the Rangguk Dance going forward. The time aspect of the Rangguk Dance is more dominant in the medium tempo with a repetitive rhythm from beginning to end (repetitive) according to the drum accompaniment and the rhymes sung. In the energy aspect of the Rangguk Dance movement, in terms of intensity, there is a lot of integrity in each dance movement which is carried out repeatedly from start to finish, while the dominant pressure is many. Some movements have accents, then the quality that appears is also dominantly strong so that the Ragguk Dance seems enthusiastic and embodies the direction that makes the Rangguk Dance come alive.

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of the form and meaning of the song Tondi Tondikku by Herbet Aruan which is sung by Style Voice. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The song Tondi Tondikku was composed in 2019 by Herbet Aruan and sung by Style Voice. The results obtained in this study are the song Tondi Tondikku has an intro, main melody and ending. Tondi Tondikku's song was performed with piano instruments, soprano saxophone, electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, violin with 4/4 rhythm and with adagio tempo. Tondi Tondikku's song is Binary Form which is a two-part song form. The song Tondi Tondikku has a deep meaning for parents. The meaning contained in the song Tondi Tondikku tells about the expression of feelings of love and affection of parents for their children and illustrates that the father is the first man seen by his daughter and he is the first to lose his daughter if he later finds a mate and lives with his husband

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Pianika practice learning using audiovisual media in class VIII-2 at SMPN 7 Binjai. Type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Research instruments are researchers themselves and are assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out utilizing library studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are identifying data, classifying data, and inferring data. The results showed that the implementation of Pianika learning using audiovisuals in class VIII-2 went very well, although the Pianika learning process using audiovisuals face-to-face was attended by 50% of students in class VIII-2. It is stated very well because the results of learning to play Pianika in class VIII-2 exceed the KKM value of 72. With a 100% percentage of grades students get a score above KKM or the lowest score of 75 with a percentage of 80% grades that get a score above 75 in class VIII-2 junior high school N 7 Binjai.

Abstract

The purpose of this lesson is for students to understand concepts and types and be able to play ensemble music. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The stages of data analysis are data classification, data purification, data analysis, data description, and data inference. Based on the results of this study, it was revealed that in meetings I, II, III, and IV, the process of implementing learning, on average, students already understood the basic concepts of ensemble music. Still, some students did not understand the types of ensemble music, and examples of ensemble music could not be classified. Students already know how to play the recorder  well, although a few students have not mastered how to play the recorder  with ascending and descending techniques. However, overall, the ensemble music learning in class VII MTsN 03 Padang City is good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the song Happy Birthday by analyzing the form and relationship of the musical elements contained in it. This study used a qualitative type of research with a content analysis approach. The research instrument used was in the form of song analysis notes, literature study, song literacy on the internet, and re-transcription of songs that the researchers did themselves. The technique of data analysis is to dissect each of the musical elements in the song separately, see the role of each element in each other, and how the musical elements are recombined in an interrelated relationship. made with a time signature of 4/4 using the basic note on the A Major scale and with a tempo of MM = 120 or 120 beats per minute, is a song that begins with the 3 beat opmat technique before entering the first beat in the initial barometer of the song. With all the elements that have been notated and analyzed, this causes the use of motifs and tones in the melody and chord accompaniment, including a simple type. When the melody of the song combines with the text that is straightforward and firm, there is an impression that the song is quite simple but more masculine. With the combination of melody and harmony in the text, with the firmness of the lyrics, this song is easily accepted by music listeners of all ages and backgrounds. So that researchers can prove that the use of musical elements in the song is closely related to the popular Happy Birthday song in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the Emaze Application as a Learning Medium for Cultural Arts (Dance) at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. This type of research is qualitative research using applied descriptive methods. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. The data type uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data classification, data clarification, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that the use of the Emaze application as a medium for learning cultural arts (dance) in class X of the UNP Laboratory Development High School is very helpful for educators in delivering material to students more structured and interesting. Students' learning motivation increases with the 3D view and other advantages of the Emaze application. This can be seen from the results of student practice exams that are very satisfactory and achieve learning objectives in accordance with the syllabus and rpp. Teachers really appreciate the use of the Emaze application and are excited to learn to use the Emaze application in order to be able to use it when teaching and students like and are even interested in using the Emaze application again during learning using the discussion method. However, not all students expressed this, there are also those who are opposed to the above statement but the number who support the use of the Emaze application is very far from those who do not support it.

Abstract

This research is useful for revealing and explaining the choreography of the Piriang Rampak Baayun Dance at the Rantiang Tagok Studio in Padang City. This research uses qualitative methods and is also driven by documentation and uses primary and secondary information. Steps to analyze information and prove information. The research shows the choreography process of the Piring Rampak Baayun dance at Sanggar Rantiang Tagok beginning with the findings of exploration, improvisation, and composition ideas. After finding ideas and ideas from the Piring Rampak Baayun dance, the choreographer thinks about the image of the dance that will be created. Exploration thought of a movement that describes a gadih nan tageh like a Minang tribal girl. Furthermore, improvisation was carried out by the choreographer when creating the Piring Rampak Baayun dance, which was an experiment with the form of movement of a dancer and various new movements with the creativity of the dance stylist. The improv session is combined with an assessment session to sort and choose which moves are suitable for the dance theme. Composition session, arrange or arrange the parts in such a way that each other is interconnected and together form a unified whole.

Abstract

Ronggiang is a traditional performing art found in the Sasak Ranah Pasisia community, West Pasaman Regency. The theoretical basis for the form of presentation from Djelantik. This type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data analysis is to classify primary and secondary data then arranged systematically and concluded. The results of the study are to describe the supporting elements of the Ronggiang performance such as: artists, musical instruments, songs, costumes/makeup, venues and audiences. So the form of presenting Ronggiang at a wedding ceremony is in the form of a performing arts of music, song, and dance as well as other elements in a single unit in traditional performances in the Sasak Ranah Pasisia community.

Abstract

The musical of composition "Kompangku" is a musical work inspired by Kompang's percussion music that grew and developed in Rengat, Indragiri Hulu. As far as studies have been conducted on Kompang’s music, the authors can state that in space and time the up-beat on the peningkah has a very important role in producing interlocking rhythms that accumulate in the rhythmic time cycle cycle, so that producing a formula for ostinato-moving rhythms. The principle of Kompang's rhythmic playing of music patterns which produces an up-beat 'space and time' fabric, of course, it cannot be denied that the fabric is the result of the game of various peningkah and basic variations. In this case, the space and time in question are "space" created by time leading up to and after the up-beat accompanied by "rhythmic time" where the rhythmic playing takes place. This is the focus of working on a musical composition entitled "Kompangku" which is sourced from Kompang's music.

Abstract

The type of research conducted is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The types of data used in this study are in the form of primary data and secondary data, and make the researcher the main instrument of research assisted by supporting instruments such as; stationery, photo camera and digital camera. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The steps in analyzing the data are done by reducing the data, presenting the data, drawing conclusions and verifying the data. The results showed that the effort to inherit the art of Calempong Oguang Sialang was an open system involving the government participating in maintaining and teaching it to the younger generation. The stages of teaching carried out include; 1) the implementation of prayer; 2) introduction to the tools used; 3) song introduction; 4) the appearance of Calempong Oguang Sialang by the eldest, and; 5) Individuals are taught one by one different musical instruments. The efforts that have been made have been welcomed by the whole community. Because according to them Calempong Oguang Sialang must be preserved so that it doesn't become extinct and just abandoned.
