Abstract

Professional teachers are teachers who are capable of designing learning and achieving the objectives of the learning. Among them are making teaching plans, establishing models, strategies and learning methods. In preparing the teaching plan selection of models and appropriate strategies will foster student interest in learning. The existence of media used as a messenger from the teacher to students. The determination of models, methods, strategies, and media must be balanced with the emphasis of the students' own knowledge, skills, and attitudes. All of it into a single unit that is designed well for the purpose can be achieved. Professional teachers must create a fun situation in the classroom by mastering various theories as well as the types of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation model on science-based on multisensory-ecology in group A of Aisyiyah 6 Padang City. The study was conducted from August until November (2017). The method was used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Data were analyzed descriptively. The Results of the study are the implementation model on science-based on multisensory-ecology. The study concluded that the instructional model on science-based on multisensory-ecology can upgrade cognitive abilities, social-emotional and physical of children in group A of kindergarten Aisyiyah 6 Padang. Implications of the research are the creation of an instructional model renewal of science for early childhood. Recommendations research is the model on science-based on multisensory-ecology should be studied seriously by teachers before applying this model.

Abstract

Studying the concept of number is part of the learning procedure of counting. Learning to count is one lesson that had to be given to early childhood. Ability to know the concept of numbers can be done in various ways packaged in an interesting and innovative, so as to foster interest in learning and teaching children to know the concept can be conveyed to the maximum number. One way to improve a child's ability in the concept of number is a manipulative play, manipulative play is a play that involves hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Children need the opportunity to work on a delicate skill that involves little more control and direction. Playing the manipulative develop a sense of coordination, challenging their little finger to follow the line or use their tools properly. To increase interest in learning mathematics to children in kindergartens. This study was performed in group A in kindergarten IT Ar-Rahmah.

Abstract

This type of research is research development (Research and Development / R & D). This research uses Borg and Gall development model with a modified step that is (1) Doing Planning, (2) Developing the initial product, (3) Conducting product validation, (4) Conducting a limited trial and (5) Result of the final product. The product validity test is done by three validators, two media validators, and one material validator. The product test was conducted to 21 students of the FTP UNP Department of KTP who took the Multimedia Computer Courses semester July-December 2017. The instruments used were a questionnaire, assessment format, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative to know the quality of interactive multimedia developed. The results of the analysis show that interactive multimedia for multimedia learning, in the material aspect is in the "Good" category, for the media aspect is in the "Very Good" category. Furthermore, the results of product practicality test that has been done is in the category of "Very Good". These results show that interactive multimedia is practically used as a source of learning and alternative media in multimedia learning.

Abstract

The Value Clarification Technique (VCT) approach can foster a student’s awareness of critical thinking ​​through clarification and test the truth of values. In practice of learning sometimes teachers ignore the guidance of attitudes and character values. This is caused by the lack of teacher’s skills to implement the ​​learning approach in learning Civics and Social Science. So that impact on low student character and student unready to face competition globally. The purposes of this training are to increase insight and train teachers in Talawi to apply VCT approach model matrix in Civics and Social Science lesson, in order to improve the student’s character. The targets are elementary school teachers in Talawi (20 people). The method in this training consists of the Lecture Method, Question and Answer, Discussions, used to describe the material, encouraging active participation of teachers, selecting material to be designed with steps of the VCT model matrix. Recitation Method for training teachers in designing RPP with the VCT matrix. Simulation Method to train teachers to implement Civics and Social Science learning with the VCT model matrix. The results are teachers in Talawi can understand, design-implement, improve their skills in implementing Civics and Social Science with VCT matrix model that can influence the improvement of student’s character values.

Abstract

This research is written based on the learning difficulties during industrial internship activities. This research is to produce a learning module for students who implement Prakerin with the Blended Learning model. To know the validity of modules, the effectiveness, and effectiveness of the developed learning modules. The method used is Research and Development (R & D) by using the FOUR D development model that is the definition, design, development, and deployment. The research design used for the trial module is quasi-experiment with a time series model. The module made is valid by the material expert with the average of all eligibility is 80.38%, included in the "Excellent" category. The modular practicality analysis is 81.41%, included in the "Practical" category. Module effectiveness analysis, included in the "Good" category. From both data analysis results done, it can be stated that the module is effective in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru masih monoton sehingga hasil belajarnya masih di bawah KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Belajar) yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 80. Permasalahan yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI siswa kelas 1V.C SD Negeri 014 Simpang Tetap Darul Ihsan Dumai Tahun Ajaran (2016/2017). Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Data awal dari penelitian ini adalah materi pembelajaran sebelum tindakan dengan hasil siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan berjumlah 7 orang atau 28% meningkat pada siklus I sebanyak 14 orang atau 56%. Pada siklus II juga terjadi peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 23 orang atau 92%. Dari penelitian ini juga diperoleh informasi bahwa siswa akan semakin aktif dalam pembelajaran. Rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada siklus I aktivitas siswa memperoleh 71,11% dengan kategori baik dan rata-rata siklus II menjadi 94,45% dengan kategori baik sekali. Aktivitas guru juga semakin baik, pada pertemuan pertama siklus I jumlah skor aktivitas guru adalah 49 (65,33%) meningkat menjadi 58 (77,33%) pada pertemuan kedua. Kemudian meningkat lagi menjadi 67 (89,33%) pada siklus II pertemuan pertama dan terakhir 75 (100%) pada pertemuan kedua Dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa, dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa, aktivitas mengajar guru dan meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI siswa.

Abstract

Every child has a dream. Nowadays, the ideals of children tend not to be interested in the agricultural sector it becomes a big problem. If young generations are not interested in agriculture then it can cause problems in the future. The profession as a farmer is considered primitive and does not guarantee welfare. In order to attract the interest of children, it is necessary to improve development in the agricultural sector, so that farmers can gain prosperity. Schools, teachers, and parents hold important roles to support children so that they have the passion and willingness to understand the agriculture sector. It needs early effort to introduce to children anything about agriculture so that the love and tolerance of children can grow. Giving scholarships to children for continuing their education can also be done to increase the number of farmers in the future.
