Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation on the result of cognitive learning of the model TGT assisted YuGiOh Card. The population in this study were students of class VII semester 1 with the number of 16 students at MTs Baitul Amin Bali. The type of research design used was a pre-experimental design with a one-shot case study. The study used 2 (two) variables examined in this study, namely motivation and result cognitive learning. The method used in data collection in this research is a questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation and test. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Based on the motivation data obtained using the model TGT assisted by the YuGiOh card in this study, it shows that students who are in the very good motivation category are 62.5% and good categories are 37.5%. Data on students' results cognitive learning from post-test results can be categorized very well by 6%, both by 31%, enough by 44% and less by 19%. The influence of motivation on result cognitive learning using the model TGT assisted YuGiOh card is 27.2% while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by learning readiness, social support, and learning facilities. The results showed that learning motivation had a positive effect on result cognitive learning in science learning using the model TGT assisted by YuGiOhcard.

Abstract

Currently, bullying behavior often occurs among students. Many studies know the causes of bullying behavior that occurs among learners. The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of social control on bullying behavior that occurs among students. Which later the behavior can be prevented or reduced. In this case, social control also affects the actions of the students. In addition, the parents and teachers must also supervise and control the activities or activities undertaken by students, so that later action of bullying that does not occur among students.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa yang rentan dengan perubahan berupa perubahan biologis, kognitif dan sosio-emosional. Perilaku remaja sebagai luapan emosi negatif dan suasana hati yang tidak menentu akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk perilaku agresif, seperti: memukul, menyerang, memaki, mengeluarkan kata-kata kasar, mengancam, memalak dan lain sebagainya. Perilaku agresif adalah perilaku fisik atau verbal yang dimaksudkan untuk merusak atau melukai orang lain, yang mengakibatkan orang lain mengalami penderitaan, sehingga mendatangkan kesusahan baik fisik maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) membantu siswa menurunkan perilaku agresif dengan menggunakan konseling pendekatan kognitif perilaku, 2) memberikan keterampilan pada guru BK/konselor untuk terampil menggunakan konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui penelitian action reseach yang terdiri dari dua siklus dengan memberikan apersepsi dan tindakan dengan pendekatan konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP dan guru BK/konselor di SMP. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah interview dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa dampak bertambahnya keterampilan guru BK dalam melaksanakan intervensi konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku yang berfokus pada pembahasan penurunan perilaku agresif siswa. Secara keseluruhan dari kedua siklus tersebut terdapat perubahan keterampilan yang dimiliki gurur BK/konselor dalam menangani perilaku agresif siswa.

Abstract

The Indonesia Pintar Program (PIP) is an enhanced support program for the government for Poor Student Assistance (BSM). The PIP program is expected to help students who are economically disadvantaged and can ease the burden of disadvantaged families, and withdraw students who drop out of school due to delinquent fees. So it is hoped that there will be no more reason not to continue their education to a higher level because of cost problems. For the use of funds to be used as effectively and efficiently as possible. Thus the PIP program can support the government's 12-year compulsory education program. Both programs can go hand in hand with the Indonesian national goal of Educating the Nation's Life.

Abstract

This study is intended to describe the implementation and development of the resources of educators in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Kerinci, including developing the competence of educators and improve the competence of personnel an educational institution. This is the study of the conceptual article. Data were collected using a literature review and documentation. The results of this study show: 1) competence development pattern of produce educators. The pattern of development of the competence of produce educators in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Kerinci general competencies, such as functional competencies, and other things the optimal, is enough is given to educational personnel such as education and training, workshops, training, functional training, structural position, and the development competence of IT. competency development Strategy 2) product educators in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Kerinci, such training is enough to power is given to a local optimum. 3) competency factors influencing the development of produce educators at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Kerinci, i.e. internal factors such as: vision, mission, objectives, strategy of achievement of the objectives, nature and type of activities, and the type of technology used, as well as external factors such as government policies, the socio-cultural society, and the development of science and technology.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) preparation of religious culture-based school programs, (2) implementation of religious culture-based activities, (3) values applied in religious culture-based leadership, and (4) habituation of school community in implementing the religious culture. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using an interactive model; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Checking the validity of data extends the presence of researchers in the study sites, deep observation, triangulation of sources and researcher’s methods/techniques and member check. The results show: (1) preparation of religious culture-based school programs such as the principal planning early in the semester to create a program of school activities involving school personnel, such as teachers and staffs, (2) implementation of religious culture-based activities, such as daily program, weekly program and annual program involving the teachers, students, parents and government, (3) values applied such as the value of religiosity, value of nationalism, value of independence, value of integrity and value of mutual cooperation, and (4) habitation of school community by doing murojaah the memorization (repeating the memorization), fasting on Tuesday and Thursday, liqa (mentoring), pray for Dhuha, pray for Dzuhur, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the primary schools learning on subjects mathematics with material cube root. Conventional methods do teachers in learning activities mathematics make the student’s hard to understand and complete the task. this with proven results learns obtained students well below the standard. With the help of the table, numbers cube is expected to students can be easier to understand and resolve problems related to the cube root. research methods used is a class action research aimed at improving learning done teacher so that the student learning outcomes increase. The results indicate that the student learning outcome increase. So it can be concluded that the use of the table numbers cube can increase the understanding and student learning outcomes in material cube root.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the significant differences of motivation and learning outcomes of science students are learned through the implementation of a guided inquiry learning model with a group of students who were taught through conventional learning in class V SDN 02 Cupak Tangah Padang City. Based on the normality and homogeneity test on the data obtained from the experimental group and the control group is normal and homogenous distribution. The hypothesis test is then tested with t-test and shows thitung = 3.027 and ttable = 2,000 with db = 63 (n1 + n2 - 2 = 32 + 31-2 = 63) and 5% significant level. Based on the test tcount> ttable (3.027> 2,000) then H0 rejected and Ha accepted with the conclusion, "student learning outcomes that apply Inquiry learning model is better than student learning outcomes that apply the conventional learning model in class V SDN 2 Cupak Tangah Padang 2016/2017 ".

Abstract

Readiness is someone condition that makes it ready to give a response in makes the point particular to the situation. This research intent for (1) describe teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school one City of Padang is seen of science aspect, (2) describe teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school the one City of Padang is seen of skill aspect, (3) describe teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school the one City of Padang is seen of attitude aspect. This observational type is observational descriptive quantitative. Indigenous observational population teacher brazes elementary school (SD) one City of total Padang 429 teachers braze 4, 5 and 6. The sample were taken to utilize Technic Cluster Random Sampling, so gotten by sample amount as much 37 teachers braze 4, 5, and 6. Research performed by administers instrument questionnaires. Data analysed by percentage analysis. The research findings reveal the teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school one City of Padang in the good category.
