Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas briket dari campuran arang limbah bonggol jagung dan daun jati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan membuat sebuah pproduk briket dan meganalisis kualitas produk briket yangdihasilkan dari nilai kadar air, kadar karbon, kadar volatile dan kalor. Variasi komposisi briketcampuran arang bonggol jagung dan daun jati 1:1, 2:1, 1:2 dengan persentase perekat tepung kanji5%, 10%, 15%. Hasilnya, Sampel yang memiliki kualitas bagus dari segi nilai kalor dan kadar abuadalah sampel C dengan kalor 7222,708 kal/g; kadar abu 3,13%, hanya saja kadar air 5,39% dankadar volatile 25,89%. Tetapi jika dilihat dari standar SNI kadar air, kadar abu, dan kalor sampel Ctelah memenuhi standar, sedangkan volatile sampel C masih melebihi batas maksimal yang ditetapkanSNI.

Abstract

Penelitian pendidikan fisika ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi instrumen soal berpikir kritis pada materi usaha dan energi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE Desain penelitian ADDIE memiliki lima urutan prosedur penelitian, yaitu (a) analyze (menganalisis), (b) design (merencanakan), (c) develop (mengembangkan), (d) implement (mengimplementasikan), dan (e) evaluate (pengevaluasian). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa soal yang memenuhi syarat sebagai instrumen yang valid dan reliabel adalah 10 soal dari total 20 soal. Instrumen soal yang baik diimplementasikan serta dievaluasi bahwa rata rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini menandakan bahwa rata rata siswa memiliki indikasi bahwa siswa memiliki pola berpikir kritis dengan kategori lambat dengan memanfaatkan pemikiran intuitif tanpa berpikir menggunakan konsep atau fakta (menganalisis permasalahan tidak sesuai argumentasi konsep, menuliskan jawaban tanpa melalui proses perhitungan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual, bagaimana hasil belajar peserta didik kelas dengan pendekatan kontekstual, bagaimana respon peserta didik terhadap proses pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didk kelas VIII SMP Kristen Tunas Bangsa Jakarta yang berjumlah 16 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual materi pokok Cahaya pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Kristen Tunas Bangsa Jakarta yang mecakup: perencanaan perangkat pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan perencanaan evaluasi pembelajaran adalah termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan total skor perencanaan 4,00, total skor pelaksanaan 3,75 dan total skor evaluasi 4,00. Hasil belajar peserta didik materi pokok Cahaya dengan pendekatan kontekstual semuanya tuntas dengan total proporsi hasil belajar kognitif 0,85, total rata-rata hasil belajar afektif 0,90 dan total rata-rata hasil belajar psikomotor 0,88. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual memperoleh respon yang sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata yang diperoleh 93,63%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Frater Makassar dengan kelas XI IPA 1yang berjumlah 35 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian,.Motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh melalui angket motivasi belajar yang dibagikan setelah pembelajaran selesai. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi oleh 2 orang validator dan angket motivasi belajar siswa diadaptasi dari angket motivasi belajar dari Arum dan Lutfi dalam bidang Kimia tahun 2012. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata angket motivasi siswa 80,74%

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kandungan aluminium dari kaleng bekas minuman yang merupakan limbah masyarakat. Kaleng bekas yang digunakan pada penelitian ada 4 jenis yaitu bear brand (putih), yeos cincau, larutan penyegar cap kaki 3 serta milo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sebagai berikut menyiapkan sampel, preparasi bahan, pelarutan, pengendapan, pemanasan, pengenceran, pencucian dan pengeringan. Analisis kadar aluminium menggunakan ICP OES. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kandungan aluminium pada kaleng bekas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of innovative learning modules based on curriculum 2013 on improving student learning outcomes. The method of this research was purpose sampling which was conducted at the Santo Thomast-1 Medan Private High School which consisted of 30 students in the control and experiment class. The initial stages of this research were carried out by giving a pretest for both classes, then learning was carried out using innovative textbooks in the experimental class and chemistry books used in the target school for the control class. Based on the value of the analysis conducted posttest in the control class is 75.75 while in the experimental class is 87.5 the magnitude of the increase in the posttest is 54.25% in the experimental class while in the control class is only about 43.5%, it can be concluded that the use of innovative learning modules based on curriculum 2013 effective to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study purposes to analyze the levels of coliform bacterial contamination and coliform bacteria types in water sources used by population in BTN Sosial housing in Jayapura Regency. The method used is the MPN method (Most Probable Number) and biochemical test methods. The results of the examination showed that there were <3 cells / 100 ml in the spring, 2300 cells / 100 ml of water flow, and in 24,000 cell / 100 ml water samples. The types of coliform bacteria found in the water sources are Citrobacterfreundii and Serratiamarcescens. Based on the results of the examination, it can be concluded that the water used by the people in the BTN Sosial housing contaminated with coliform bacteria exceeds the limit set by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and needs further treatment to be consumed.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research carried out in two cycles where each cycle is carried out in four languages ​​namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were all students of class X Annajah Yamra Merauke who won 31 people. Research in Odd Semesters of Academic Year 2017/2018. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative data and the completeness of learning outcomes, teacher and student observation sheets were analyzed using conversions. The results obtained show that learning methods can improve student learning outcomes in class X MA Annajah Yamra Merauke. The increase in average physics learning outcomes from Prasiklus 44.6 to 67.3 in Cycle I and increased to 77.4 in Cycle II. As for the completeness of learning outcomes from Prasiklus namely 12% to 58% in Cycle I and increased to 87% in Cycle II. Increased student activity in the high category in cycle I to cycle II by 35% to 61% and the very high category by 26%. Teacher activity is in the high category of cycle I to cycle II by 65% ​​to 5% and very high category by 95%.

Abstract

Research has been conducted which aims to increase understanding of the concept of material Electric Magnets through practicum methods using the Magnetic Electric Trainer which is created and developed using tools and materials in Merauke. Product development is done by making Magnetic Electric teaching aids for electromagnetic material, Induction GGL, Induction on straight wire and electric motors. Where props are made using tools and simple materials that are easily obtained, such as plywood, plastic pipes, cables and magnets. From the results of the application of the use of the Magnetic Electric teaching aids in SMP N 13 Merauke in class VIIID students, with the KKM value of 70 Natural Sciences lessons, the pretest results showed that no student passed the KKM. Then for the quiz score obtained by 5 students who passed the KKM and for the post-test scores obtained 18 students who passed the KKM with a total of grade VIII D students were 23 people consisting of 15 men and 8 women. Besides the Electric Magnet teaching aids, the Magnet Magnet practicum module was also developed. Before testing the teaching aids and the Electric Magnet module it is validated by experts.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to analyze the difficulties of students of SMA Negeri 3 Palu. The subjects of this study were 26 students of SMA Negeri 3 Palu grade 11th IPA in the 2018/2019 academic year, 26 students who were divided into three categories: high, medium and low level based on the results of Respondent Selection Test (TSR). 2 respondens in each category were given a thinking-aloud test (TA). The instrument used in this study was a TSR consisting of 25 reasoned multiple choice questions and an essay test conducted in TA consisting of 6 essay questions. The results shoewd that difficulty of concepts understanding experienced by students divided into 4 types, namely: (1) difficulty of facts understanding, (2) difficulty of concepts understanding, (3) difficulties of operating and calculation processes, and (4) difficulty of principle understanding. Based on the results of the overall percentage of types shows that in general the difficulty of students' understanding concepts is in the high category with a percentage of difficulty of 67.5% and the factors that cause difficulties in understanding students' physics concepts consist of two factors namely external factors and internal factors.
