Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness on purchase intention at shopee with customer attitude as a mediating variable. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research, with the research method being an explanatory survey that emphasizes quantitative methods. The sample is 170 consumers who shop online at Shopee in the city of Padang. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on customer attitude. Customer attitude has a significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on purchase intention which is mediated by customer attitude. This research has implications for the online shop Shopee, namely that Shopee is expected to pay more attention to perceived usefulness because it affects customer attitude and purchase intention of consumers who shop online at Shopee. Researchers hope that this research can be developed so that the purchase intention of consumers who shop online at Shopee is increasing by increasing consumer convenience in shopping online using the Shopee application itself so that it can still be accepted as a technological innovation in shopping that helps make it easier for customers to shop for the desired product without have to come to the store in person.

Abstract

Penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu area paling kompleks yang dihadapi manajer saat ini dalam hal mengelola karyawan mereka (Aziri, 2011), beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah beban kerja dan kompensasi (Ferdiyanto, 2017). Beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan mempunyai hubungan yang kuat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif serta mengoperasikan perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS 20.0. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah teknik purposive random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari perusahaan otomotif di Kota Bandung. Hasil  penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Kompensasi dalam kategori sangat baik. 2) Beban kerja dalam kategori cukup. 3) Kepuasan kerja dalam kategori baik. 4) Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. 5) Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

People in Indonesia are already involved with the internet and involve it in their lives. Referring to these conditions, it provides an opportunity for Financial Technology to develop in Indonesia, especially Sharia FinTech, because the majority of the population is Muslim. One of the implementations is digital zakat payments. However, there are still pros and cons because the implementation of digital zakat must follow sharia principles. Some say that digital zakat makes it easy for muzakki because they can pay zakat wherever and whenever and according to the current lifestyle of society. Indonesia, which is dominated by Millennials at a productive age, can be the right target for implementing digital zakat. The development of digital zakat in Indonesia is quite good because there are currently many digital zakat platforms so that people can easily choose. The method used in this study is bibliometric analysis using vosviewer, with the aim of seeing how far digital zakat has developed in Indonesia.

Abstract

Since the existence of COVID-19, people have had to stay at home, causing people to seek entertainment. One of the easy and cheap entertainment is playing games. This research was conducted because there are more and more game players in Indonesia. Researchers want to know the effect of influencer marketing, collaboration branding, and price on the interest in buying virtual skins among online game players Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in Blitar Regency. Associative research is used in this study, which employs a quantitative approach. This study took 30 respondents by testing data using SPSS 25. This study found that the intention to purchase virtual skin is significantly influenced by partially influencer marketing. Interest in purchasing virtual skins is also influenced in part and significantly by collaboration branding. Interest in purchasing virtual skins is also significantly influenced by price. If these three variables are combined, the research results prove that simultaneously influencer marketing, collaboration branding, and price have a significant effect on the interest in buying virtual skins among online game players Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in Blitar Regency.Sejak adanya COVID-19 membuat masyarakat untuk tetap tinggal di rumah sehingga mengakibatkan masyarakat mencari hiburan. Salah satu hiburan yang mudah dan murah adalah bermain game. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena semakin banyak pemain game yang ada di Indonesia. Peneliti ingin menguji pengaruh influencer marketing, collaboration branding, dan harga terhadap minat beli virtual skin pada pemain game online Mobile Legends: Bang Bang di Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan SPSS 25, penelitian ini menguji data dengan 30 responden dari populasi yang tidak diketahui. Penelitian ini menghasilkan influencer marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli virtual skin secara parsial. Untuk collboration branding memiliki pengaruh signifikan juga terhadap minat beli virtual skin secara parsial. Harga ternyata memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan  juga terhadap minat beli virtual skin. Jika digabungkan antara ketiga variabel tersebut, hasil penelitian menghasilkan uji bersama bahwa influencer marketing, collaboration branding, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli virtual skin secara signifikan pada pemain game online Mobile Legends: Bang Bang di Kabupaten Blitar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Mopoli Raya Unit I of Langkat Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, and Determination Test (R2). The results obtained by Y = 1,212 - 0,002X1 + 0,230X2 + 0,516X3, Partially, Communication Capability does not significantly influence employee performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.348 or 34.8% communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of PT. Mopoli Raya Unit I and the remaining 65.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study evaluates the reaction of the stock market to the Russian-Ukraine invasion that occurred on February 24, 2022. Using an event study approach, test the average abnormal return and the cumulative average abnormal return. The research sample uses all stocks listed on the Kompas 100 index, with a classification of 9 sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical method uses a nonparametric test of difference with the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Statistical results show that there is no significant difference in the average abnormal return indexed by Kompas 100 in all study window periods, despite one of the sectors having the most significant negative impact, namely the mining sector. Cumulatively, most of the stocks show a positive trend. The performance of stocks in Indonesia is better than that of stocks in Europe, which have been significantly affected. These results provide evidence that the stock market in Indonesia is more resilient as a result of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. This research has implications for mining company investors making investment decisions in turbulent situations.Keywords: Event Studies; Market Reaction; Russian-Ukraine Invasion Penelitian ini mengevaluasi reaksi pasar saham atas invasi Rusia-Ukraina yang terjadi pada 24 februari 2022. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi peristiwa dengan menguji average abnormal return dan Cummulative average abnormal return. Sampel penelitian menggunakan seluruh saham yang terdaftar pada indeks Kompas 100, dengan klasifikasi 9 sektor di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis menggunakan uji beda nonparametrik dengan uji wilcoxonesigned rank test. Hasil statistik menunjukan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan average abnormal return diindeks Kompas 100 pada semua periode jendela penelitian,salah satu sektor yang paling berdampak negatif signifikan yaitu sektor pertambangan. Secara kumulatif sebagian besar saham menunjukan trend positif. Performa saham di Indonesialebih baik dibandingkan saham di Eropa yang sangat terdampak signifikan. Hasil ini memberikan bukti bahwa pasar saham di Indonesia lebih tanguh akibat dari konflik Rusia-Ukraina. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi investorperusahaan pertambangan dalam membuat keputusan investasipada situasi yang penuh gejolak.Kata Kunci: Invasi Russia-Ukraina; Reaksi Pasar; Studi Peristiwa

Abstract

Investment has an important role in the Gross Domestic Product component of expenditure. In this study, the author took the independent variables of savings and mudharabah deposits in influencing Gross Domestic Product. The agreement used in this study is mudharabah. Researchers use secondary data for quantitative research. Based on partial and simultaneous tests, each independent variable consisting of savings and mudharabah deposits has an effect on GDP (dependent variable). Multicollinearity test in this study all variables indicated multicollinearity. Based on the T test and F test, there is relevance between the results of statistical tests and economic theory, which is a component of gross domestic product expenditure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana penerapan tacit knowledge dan explicit knowledge sebagai kapabilitas knowledge management pada usaha kecil menengah (UKM) yang mendukung sumber daya berbasis kewirausahaan untuk membentuk kinerja organisasi dan nilai bisnis yang tinggi. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada sampel 223 pemilik usaha kecil. Data dianalisis menggunakan AMOS. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan terhadap nilai bisnis lebih besar daripada kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini memiliki jumlah responden yang terbatas yaitu hanya usaha kecil di industri rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian ini sangat berguna bagi pemilik usaha kecil yang berniat untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka dan menambah nilai bisnis mereka. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa kapasitas manajemen pengetahuan dalam usaha kecil dan sumber daya berbasis kewirausahaan memediasi hubungan antara nilai bisnis dan kinerja organisasi. Dengan pengetahuan eksplisit, kerangka bisnis dapat direalisasikan dengan baik menggunakan manajemen pengetahuan berbasis sumber daya untuk mendukung dan mendorong usaha kecil untuk bersaing di pasar yang heterogen. Implikasinya tentu saja hal ini tidak lepas dari peran manajemen sebagai pengetahuan yang dapat mengubah paradigma manajemen sumber daya berbasis kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan menciptakan nilai bisnis yang tinggi.
