Journal-ISI is a scientific article journal that is the result of ideas, great and original thoughts about the latest research and technological developments covering the fields of information systems, information technology, informatics engineering, and computer science, and industrial engineering which is summarized in one publisher. <![CDATA[Data Mining is a process that uses statistical techniques, mathematics, artificial intelligence, machine learning to extract and identify useful information and related knowledge from large databases. Data mining is the process of finding new patterns in data by filtering large amounts of data. Data mining uses pattern recognition technology that is similar to statistical techniques and mathematical techniques. The patterns found can provide useful information for generating economic benefits, effectiveness and efficiency. Algorithm Naive Bayes Classifier is one method of data mining that can be used to support effective and efficient promotion strategies. The Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm is used to predict the interest of the study based on the calculations performed. The data used are new student registration data from 2014 until 2016 at Bina Darma University. The results of this study are new models that are expected to provide important information can be used to assist the Marketing Team of Bina Darma University Palembang in policy making and implementation of appropriate marketing strategy. The results obtained are expected to help to support the promotion strategies that impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of promotion and increase the number of new students who will register.]]>

<![CDATA[E-learning is the application of Information and Multimedia Technology in the field of Education which is currently the main trend in the learning process in the classroom. E-learning is currently designed by integrating the learning process using features in social media so as to facilitate the interaction of teachers and students that are expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of classroom learning. However, in practice there are still few teachers, educators and students who can apply e-learning well, because they think that the application of e-learning is difficult to implement in classroom learning. Edmodo is one of the most used e-learning framework because of its ease in its application. This study aims to measure the level of student acceptance of the application of edmodo-based e-learning by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The method used uses the survey method for 160 upper secondary students. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 24 software. The results showed that the application of Edmodo-based e-learning had a positive and significant effect on students' motivation and learning outcomes in the classroom.]]>

<![CDATA[Computer networks have penetrated into various fields including education for the learning process which is used as a medium for delivering scientific concepts to be more attractive and easily accepted. The Muhammadiyah University of Palembang currently has very high mobility, both used for browsing information, downloading data and using other facilities. For the need for bandwidth management to manage each passing data so that the distribution of bandwidth becomes evenly distributed by using the queue tree method that is applied to the proxy. To evaluate internet bandwidth analyze QoS (Quality of Service) using typhoid standardization in terms of measurement of throughput, delay, and packet loss. The results of this study show that the quality of the network with the hierarchical token bucket method is more optimal, this is because the bandwidth will be divided according to the rules applied to bandwidth management and does not cause clients to fight over bandwidth]]>

<![CDATA[The development of technology in the telecommunications sector is now easier to be enjoyed by the community. Almost all regions have been able to enjoy the ease of access to information through telecommunications networks. Telecommunications service providers certainly have competed in such a way as to be able to hold users to remain loyal to the provider used. From several surveys conducted, there are still many users who cannot be loyal to use the services of these providers. The increasing number of communication network providers makes users more choices. Various ways are carried out by communication network providers to maintain their users such as giving bonuses, providing cheap rates, increasing services to the regions. In this study will focus on the level of customer satisfaction with cellular operators with a variety of criteria that have been prepared which will be a consideration for users in using these cellular operators. This research will use the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to find out which cellular operators are the most superior based on the judgment of the user with various criteria each. So that in the end it will be known which cellular operators will be selected and purchased by consumers according to their respective needs. The results of this study show that based on the bonus, IM3 is the best with a weight of 0.21712. Then based on the price rate, a tri card with a weight of 0.16565. Furthermore, the service criteria show a better Sympathy card with a weight of 0.21311]]>

<![CDATA[Anak jalanan di Jakarta banyak yang tidak dapat merasakan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar secara penuh dan meninggalkan bangku sekolah dikarenakan anak harus bekerja untuk ikut membantu menunjang ekonomi keluarga. Sekolah Kolong Cikini merupakan organisasi non profit yang memfasilitasi anak jalanan untuk memberikan pendidikan alternatif agar anak jananan tersebut tetap dapat memperoleh haknya dalam pendidikan. Namun adanya keterbatasan media bagi para relawan untuk berbagi informasi menimbulkan informasi yang dibagikan tidak diterima dengan baik oleh anggota komunitas lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi yang mampu menjadi sarana komunikasi antar anggota komunitas. Alur penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall serta identifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan tahap analisis PIECES. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu komunitas sekolah kolong cikini dalam mengorganisir kegiatan, berbagi informasi, dan pengetahuan serta menjaga keakuratan data anggota pengajar dan data anak jalanan yang tergabung dalam sekolah kolong cikini.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to assist LDPM (Community Food Distribution Institute) in facilitating the recording of transactions and distribution of grain from and to farmers so that it can provide information that can speed up the work process at LDPM Batutaba Agreed in serving farmers who sell grain at LDPM Batu Taba Sepakat. This information system itself was built using Object Oriented Programming Language, Delphi 7. With the SDLC system development model consisting of 7 (seven) steps, namely identification and selection, initiation and planning, analysis, logical design, physical design, implementation, and maintenance expected can create an information system that is in accordance with the needs of the LDPM Batu Taba Sepakat, so that there is an increase in food sales and distribution transaction data management that can improve the welfare of the people of Batu Taba, especially farmers.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee selection is an activity to get human resources for a company. Researchers conducted research at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk where currently the selection process still uses the conventional method, the current assessment of participants uses technical and non-technical tests with interview methods but at present the company does not yet have a standardized weighting of values tested, so companies sometimes have difficulty determining who should receive from the test participants. Based on the above conditions, researchers conducted decision support system design research using the Weighted Product method to assist companies in getting the right employees according to the employees' technical needs and abilities. Decision support system development refers to the results of data collection using qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Development of decision support system is built based on the waterfall system development model using the PHP programming language. The system testing method uses the black box method. The design of decision support system from the recruitment selection generator from this study is expected to be a reference for the selection process of employees in similar industries with the place of research conducted by researchers.]]>

<![CDATA[Technological advances and strategic environmental changes encourage the government sector to improve bureaucratic performance and services. Salatiga's Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo Kota Salatiga) is a service that provides communication and informatics, statistics and coding services. However, in carrying out their duties and functions, there are still problems which indicate that the IT governance process is still not optimal, so that there is a need for identification and assessment efforts. This study aims to analyze the maturity level of IT governance using the COBIT 5 framework domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS). The results of this study indicate that the level of capability of the DSS01, DSS03 and DSS06 processes is at level 2 (Managed process). While the DSS02 and DSS04 processes are at level 1 (Performed process). The recommendations in each process may be an input for Diskominfo in improving the quality of public services and for realizing good governance.]]>
