Abstract

This research aimed to figure out the influence of using intructional multimedia andinstructional printed media and the interactions between instructional media and learningdiscipline on English learning out comes. The research was conducted on Grade XI students ofSMAN 46 Jakarta is located at Jl. Mesjid Darussalam Kav 23- 25, Kebayoran Baru, JakartaSelatan. This research uses experimental methods with the dependent variable, treatmentvariable and attribute variable with design experiment factorial 2x2.The research has found through descriptive and inferential analysis that there were nodifferences on English learning outcomes among students were taught with multimediainstructional media and instructional printed media and there were no interaction betweeninstructional media and learning discipline. However, there were differences on learningEnglish outcomes between students were taught with instructional multimedia and instructionalprinted media that had a high or low learning discipline.

Abstract

The research is aimed to analyze 1 ) Correlation to the Use of Media Student Perceptionswith Tafidzul Quran Study Result, 2 ) Correlation between the Role of Parents with TahfidzulQuran Study Result, 3 ) Correlations between Student Perceptions of the Use of Media and theRole of Parents with the Tahfidzul Quran Study Result.This study used a survey method using correlation techniques . The population in thisstudy was student class IV to class VI SDIT AT Taqwa Narogong Bekasi city , amounting to 101people . Based on the population , obtained a sample of 50 people .Results show : 1 ) there is a positive and significant relationship between students'perceptions of the use of the media with study result. The coefficient of correlation obtained is0.522 . Regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 12.426 + 0.063 X1 . 2 ) there is a positive andsignificant relationship between the roles of parents with study result . The coefficient ofcorrelation obtained is 0.593 . Regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 11.660 + 0.078 X2 . 3 ) thereis a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptions of the use of media andthe role of parents with Tahfidzul quran study result . The coefficient of correlation obtained is0.658 . Regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 10.235 + 0.039 X1 + 0.059 X2.The conclusion of this research that there is a positive and significant correlation betweenpercepti students to the use of media and the role of parents with tahfidzul quran study result.The results of this study have implications on the improvement of tahfidzul quran study result.Tahfidzul quran learning outcomes can be improved through increased use of instructionalmedia and the increasing role of parent

Abstract

This research aims to expose and test that: (1) learning social studies between studentswho use learning model Gigantic Jigsaw higher than the social studies lesson with conventionalmodels. (2) There is no effect interaction between models gigantic jigsaw discipline and learnabout the result social studies lesson. (3) There was a difference between social studies lessonusing models gigantic jigsaw higher than that conventional models for the students who havediscipline. (4) There was a difference between social studies lesson that uses a model giganticjigsaw higher than that conventional models for the students who have a discipline is low.Methods in this research uses an experiment with the designs factorial group 2 x 2. Thepopulation in research is all students in grade V SD Air Hangat Timur subdistrict in KerinciRegency Jambi Province. Target population is that the students are primary school of 111/IIIwarm water Koto Tebat sub-district East Kerinci Regency with the number of students 150students, the technique Samples this by random sampling (random simple) divided 2 classesdetermined randomly which grade class treatment and control. The formula for the validity andreliability as follows: correlation points biseral (rpbis) the equation: K-R. 20, The formulaProdak moment Pearson and the formula Alpha Cronbach.Results of research is: Get the Fhitung of 40.040 and values P of 0.000 with Ftabel of1.671 (df = 2), which means that the influence signifikan between there are learning modelGigantic Jigsaw and Discipline students' learning together - to learning social science students.Conclusion, that model of teaching Gigantic Jigsaw and discipline learning effective enough toimprove learning Social Science

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a meaningful relationship between thedisciplines of study and student perceptions of the use of the interactive CD media together withthe results of learning math grade V SDN in Bekasi. Research methods used are reasonable, andthe population survey as much as 310 students. The sampling techniques used simple randomsampling as much amount. with 76 students.The results of this research were obtained: (1) there is a positive relationship between thedisciplines of study with the results of the learning of mathematics, (2) there is a positiverelationship between students ' perceptions towards the use of interactive CD media with theresults of the learning of mathematics, (3) there is a positive relationship between the disciplinesof study and student perceptions of the use of the media the CD together with the results of thelearning of mathematics.Thus summed up the discipline of study and student perceptions of the use of theinteractive CD media that high increase results learn math students

Abstract

This research aims to examine: 1). the difference between the results of the acquisition ofmathematical ability of students who that use of learning centers and the use of classical learning model 2).The influence of the interactions between models of learning and learning discipline against the math skills ofstudents. 3). Difference tallies the results of the mathematical ability of students of high discipline 4). Thedifference in obtaining the results of the math skills of students who have low discipline.This research uses experimental methods, with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The target population is theentire student group B Al-TKIT Izzah in Serang. Samples taken with purposive sampling technique based oncertain characteristics and traits, so that selected 30 students. Data capture techniques are analyzed usingdescriptive analysis and inferential analysis in the form of two lines of ANAVA to test Hypotheses followed byTukey test. Testing statistical requirements covering testing normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test andtesting its homogeneity using Levene test. Results of the study showed that a third of the normal variable dataand homogeneous.The research results showed that: 1). There is a value of a value of α = 0.05 sig then math skillsstudents’ use Learning Center model is superior to 2). There is a value of α = 0.05 sig means that there isinteraction a positive influence between the model of learning centers and learning of classical models with thediscipline of learning math ability against a. 3). There is a value Q calculate > 15.54. Q Table = 8.33 Meansmath skills students use learning centers a disciplined learning high superior to 4). There is a value Qcalculate > 11.18 Q Table =. 8.33 Means math skills students use learning centers that discipline is superiorto the low learning in students with models of classical learning

Abstract

This thesis aims at up aware of the influence of emotional intelligence (emotional intelligence), teacherefficacy (self efficacy), and job satisfaction (job satisfaction) against the performance of the teacher in SMA Negeri13 Tangerang. The population in this study there were 50 teachers in place of research, and the research sample is44 people, the determination of the amount of this in accordance with the provisions of sampal of theory research.Adeyano research findings, et.al, (2013), which proved influential teacher efficacy are positively andsignificantly to the performance of teachers, likewise also with research results from the Shah, et.al, (2012), foundthat job satisfaction is positive and significant effect on performance of teachers. The methods used in this researchis a survey method, where researchers want to find out the influence of one variable with another variable, eitherpartially or simultaneously by analyzing data correlation and Linear Regression Analysis, use the StatisticalProduct and Service Solution or SPSS version 22.0.The Results of research obtained variabel teacher efficacy, job satisfaction is proven to provide a positiveand significant influence on performance of teachers, while for positive emotional intelligence influential variablessimultaneously against the performance of teachers in high school Negeti 13 Tangerang. Thus these three variablesare: emotional intelligence, efficacy and teacher job satisfaction simultaneously (with – the same) also proved to bea significant and positive effect on performance teacher at SMA Negeri 13 Tangerang

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to evaluate the SAIN-based Madrasah Aliyah (MA) education program in Brebes, Central Java. The education program aims to improve the competence of human resources in improving ability. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product) of the qualitative research approach model introduced by Stufflebeam. The results showed that madrasah sains education program has been running well in accordance with the educational program that has been compiled. However, in the implementation of Madrasah SAIN education, there are still some shortcomings both in the field of funding (low teacher incentives), facilities and infrastructure (there are no adequate laboratories) and about the development of low human resources competencies of teachers.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru dalam penilaian kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Marsudirini Bogor. Penelitian ini mengkaji apakah kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi kompetensi sosial berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kinerja. Penilaian kinerja adalah proses evaluasi sistematis kinerja karyawan dengan memperhatikan standar dan bagaimana mengkomunikasikan informasi tersebut kepada mereka. Keempat kompetensi tersebut bersifat integratif dalam kinerja guru. Dalam penilaian kinerja, instrumen dan model proses yang digunakan oleh lembaga penilaian kinerja guru harus memperhatikan keempat kompetensi guru tersebut. Alat ini merupakan bagian penting dari manajemen kinerja karena membantu karyawan meningkatkan kinerjanya Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas yang menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda untuk melihat pengaruh langsung beberapa variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan Smartpls versi 3.3.2 for windows (Chin, 2010). Dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Variabel menggunakan skala Likert dengan lima tingkat penilaian, yaitu Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Netral (N), Tidak Setuju (TS) dan Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS). Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, yaitu dengan memilih 45 guru yang pernah mengajar minimal 1 tahun dan pernah mengalami penilaian kinerja guru. Skor yang diberikan mulai dari 5 untuk jawaban SS hingga 1 untuk jawaban STS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keempat kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kinerja guru. Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik lebih dominan dalam membentuk penilaian kinerja guru. Secara umum, meskipun terdapat korelasi yang jelas, penyajian pengaruh masing-masing kompetensi terhadap penilaian kinerja masih di bawah 50%. Sekolah disarankan untuk mencari strategi untuk lebih memajukan keempat kompetensi tersebut yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kompetensi sosial memiliki pengaruh terkecil (15,7%) terhadap penilaian kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keempat kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kinerja guru. Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik lebih dominan dalam membentuk penilaian kinerja guru sebesar 38,9%.

Abstract

Quizizz is a web tool for creating interactive quiz games for use in classroom learning. It is very easy to use, interactive quizzes are made by having up to 5 answer choices including the correct answer. Evaluation with the quizizz method is used to measure the understanding of basic training participants before and after the learning process. With this quizizz method, training participants will enjoy evaluating learning more, because this method is as fun as playing games. But of course it cannot be denied that every application has advantages and disadvantages, including this quizizz application. The use of this quizizz application online is very dependent on the availability of the internet network. This paper describes the perceptions of basic training participants (Latsar) on the use of quizizz as a learning evaluation method, especially in anti-corruption training. The learning evaluation using quizizz was very effective, where the pre-test results related to the participants' understanding of anti-corruption material were 44%, and the post-test results increased to 71% or an increase of 27%. That means that the quizizz learning evaluation method is able to improve the results of the evaluation, concentration and motivation of the participants when they are in the learning evaluation process.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of mathematics at junior high school level students are due to the low ability of students to use and assess the relationship between mathematics topics and organize the information obtained. One of the learning models with the discussion method that encourages students to use and assess the relationship between mathematical topics and organize the information obtained is the cooperative CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) learning model. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' mathematical representation abilities through CORE models and analyzing differences in mathematical representation abilities between students using a cooperative CORE model with students using the learning method with the scientific approach, as well as to see student responses to the cooperative learning model type CORE. The method used is the Quasi Experimental Design method with type Non equivalent Control Group Design, with a population of all class VIII students of Al Ihsan Legenda Bekasi Junior High School for the 2019/2020 school year. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets and essay tests in accordance with the indicators of mathematical representation in the Functions. The results showed that there were differences in mathematical representation abilities between students who used the cooperative CORE model by using the learning method with a scientific approach, as well as student responses after using the CORE cooperative, make students more active and make it easier for students to learn the material and can improve student learning outcomes.
