Abstract

The development of Jatipasar village as a cultural tourism destination is not only to increase the number of visits but also to pay attention to the economic, environmental, social and technological dimensions. This study aims to photograph the potentials that have the opportunity to make Jatipasar village a cultural tourism destination. This type of research is ethnographic qualitative. Data collection by observation, interviews, documentation, literature study and analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis of Jatipasar village development with the concept of sustainable tours development. There are 4 dimensions that become the principles of development, namely 1) economic, 2) environmental, 3) social and 4) technology. The development of tourist destinations with the concept of sustainable tours development always pays attention to the negative and positive impacts on society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the development of the problem solving model learning module on Bank Reconciliation material in the Financial Accounting subject for students majoring in financial and institutional accounting in bank reconciliation learning. The method used is qualitative descriptive approach. The problem in this study is that the learning design is still classic and does not adapt to the needs of students and without utilizing learning resources around the school that are sufficiently supportive of bank reconciliation material. Not optimal learning modules affect the implementation of student learning. The results of module development research based on learning models in modules have been consistent and harmonious in their design and implementation and are interesting and easy to understand.

Abstract

This study sought to investigate the progress of students writing skills on teacher’s written corrective feedback. This study followed a qualitative approach, using a descriptive research design. Using Hedge's (1998) theory on written correction indicators, three written essays were obtained via three stages of students' paper essays as the research data. All these received essays were then examined following Hedge’s theory, and the study report were built on the basis of the triple concurrent qualitative analysis postulated by Miles et al’s (2014). The findings of this study showed that out of three participants, participant 1 and participant 3 presented similar trends in terms of progress from teacher feedback on the writing, while participant 2 performed huge significant progress concerning teacher written feedback.

Abstract

The role of learning media is very important in order to maximize the delivery of learning material to students. Learning media that are interesting and in accordance with learning materials will be able to attract student learning interest and knowledge can be conveyed better. This research was conducted to explore the use of innovative learning media in learning arts and culture and skills in SDN 1 Jatiprahu. The method that applied is qualitative research method and use case study approach. According to the research results from interviews and observations, it was found that there were several teacher problems in implementing innovative learning media in schools, namely the media applied to project-based learning models were still not diverse, teachers had difficulties in preparing learning media, facilities at schools were inadequate still minimal, and the government does not support learning innovations in schools.

Abstract

Recently, conventional art assets and those in the form of NFTs have experienced significant price increases. The purpose of this research is to raise the NFT phenomenon in art activities in Indonesia. Researchers used qualitative methods with an emphasis on observation and literature studies to obtain data. The research results show that the NFT market has the potential to be a place of various scams. Then, as NFT creators, artists are only given tantalizing images, especially those related to the metaverse. Meanwhile, NFT in the near future cannot replace conventional works of art. In conclusion, NFT is beneficial for artists, but the challenge is that metaverse developers must provide a creative medium that is safer from fraudulent acts.

Abstract

Jelekong has a productive community of artists who produce commercial and mass paintings. This creation aims to create novelty in Jelekong painting by borrowing Jacques Derrida s Deconstruction to present alternative meanings. The creation method used is Alma M. Hawkins creation method which includes the stages of 1) exploration, 2) improvisation, and 3) implementation. The results of the creation of this work are two works entitled "To Bloom" and "To Flow" which show aspects of deconstruction that occur in the creative process which can also be identified in the ideas and visual aspects of the work. Metallic visualization is used as a marker of the transformation resulting from efforts to deconstruct the traditional Jelekong painting.

Abstract

Bandrong ing Cilegon dance is a cultural heritage of Cilegon City which was created in 2012. Bandrong ing Cilegon dance was born from the transformation process of the bandrong pencak silat martial arts into bandrong ing Cilegon dance which is based on the changing factors. The main objective in this research is to find out the factors of change that bridge the process of transforming the movements of the Bandrong Pencak Silat martial arts into aesthetic movements in the Bandrong Ing Cilegon dance. The research method used is the imitative approach, ethnochoreology, and art education. The results this study that there are three core moves in pencak silat bandrong are then transformed into fifteen movements of the bandrong ing Cilegon dance. While factors that bridge the transformation process based on customs, society, and government, as well as inherent character values in the bandrong ing Cilegon dance, namely patriotic values.

Abstract

In order to lead to the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka based on local wisdom at SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya, valid teaching materials are needed. The purpose of this study was to describe the validity of the learning media in the form of videos using the Powtoon application in the descriptive text lesson on the theme of Suroboyo Religious Tourism elements of writing phase D. The research method used was quantitative with data sources in the form of video assessments from validators through questionnaires. Based on the validation results by the media expert validator, the description text video on the theme of Suroboyo religious tourism is said to be very feasible with an average of 27 and a percentage of 96.4%. Based on material experts, the developed media received an average score of 23.5 which was then percentaged to 73.4%, so that it was included in the feasible category.

Abstract

At present, to save time and energy when doing a job, communicating, obtaining daily needs (such as food and drinks) and so on, technology is the solution, with one of its rapid developments being smartphones as a service provider support community life. It is this device that inspires artists to make artworks. The purpose of this artwork is to convey the artist's ideas through still life works of art. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique applied was a literature study (data collection). The results displayed are still life style two-dimensional (2D) paintings made in 2023 with the main objects being carried are food, drinks, smartphones, and things related to the main object.

Abstract

Generation Z activities in the realm of digital technology extend to the preference of tourist destinations to be visited. This study aims to determine surfing activities in cyberspace carried out by students which are closely related to the decision to take a tour and the actions afterward. Descriptive qualitative research method with purposive sampling technique on 407 respondents. The results of the study show that digital literacy among students at Tourism Campus is high, they are able to make the final decision to visit a destination based on considerations obtained from surfing results in cyberspace. The decision to visit a tourist destination is not only as a user, but also involved in promoting it.
