Abstract

The development of SMEs is still one of the development priorities in Indonesia. One example is the Dewandaru Batik industry in Malang Regency. The business, which was started in 2017 and is engaged in batik cloth production, carries out the production process manually with limited tools. The price that is determined tends to be very cheap compared to batik marketed through the market and online galleries. Moreover, every month's limited production is the impact of the lack of technology used and little marketing. Marketing and utilization of appropriate technology are still the main obstacles faced; therefore, the solution to this problem is digitizing the marketing mix and proper technology. The method used is identifying problem-solving and assistance for increasing industrial innovation and digital marketing. The result of this activity was an increase in Dewandaru's batik industry's productivity with the help of a batik stamp tool and a dipping tub used for the coloring process. Furthermore, increasing quality makes for a broader marketing market. Batik Dewandaru also experienced improvements in business management because it made simple financial reports on the results of business management training.

Program evaluation is carried out quantitatively by calculating the frequency distribution of the knowledge level and interest before and after the activity. The results showed an increase in the level of participant’s knowledge about balanced nutrition by 25.45% and an interest in implementing balanced nutrition consumption by 89%. Participant’s knowledge of balanced nutrition increased by 27.4%, knowledge of fixed macronutrient sources, knowledge of vitamin sources increased by 27.4%, knowledge of the benefits of mineral substances increased by 27.2%, and knowledge of how to increase immunity increased by 18.7%. Abstract

The farming profession in the industrial era 4.0 is considered ancient and has no potential and bonafide. To change such a mindset, Community Service (PKM-Unmer Building Village) in collaboration with hydroganic farmer groups to make greenhouse and hydro-gas models accompanied by water flow monitoring (flow sensor), temperature, and humidity monitoring (DHT11 sensor) and electricity control (UPS). By utilizing the IoT concept in a monitoring tool that is placed in hydroganics, it can monitor the flow of water and plants in real-time. To access monitoring, the cellphone must be connected to the same wifi as the device, then enter the IP address using a mobile browser. The method of implementation used consists of three stages: preparation includes a review of partner locations, coordination, and the number of partners and existing facilities, pilot and, socialization. The results obtained from this activity are to accelerate and make it easier to control the hydroganics contained in the greenhouse in real-time. By utilizing a UPS to make the water pump always on, the equipment is not easily damaged if there is an electrical disturbance such as a blackout or short circuit. PKM-Unmer Building Village produces a pilot modeled in a greenhouse, socialization to the community and Bengkel Mimpi farmer groups, and training to make simple monitoring tools.

Population growth in Indonesia always increases every year. This has resulted in an increase in life support needs such as buildings, transportation, and others. If it is not balanced with the concept of sustainable development, it will cause problems for the environment. Indicators of environmental problems caused by population growth in each region are always different. Malang City is one of the cities experiencing population growth. The solution to overcome these environmental problems is by carrying out “Kampung Oksigen” Oxygen Village Planning in Pandanwangi Village. The concept of a “Kampung Oksigen” that is realized is by multiplying plants such as Sansevieria and grapevines that have the ability to produce oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide produced by vehicles. The result of this service is in the form of a “Kampung Oksigen” gate equipped with a set of supporting plants to be a pilot for community efforts to participate in creating a healthy and beautiful environment.
