Abstract

Economic development is a process increase in real income of the population in a country as sustainably. Macroeconomy growth becomes one of the indicators for rate economic conditions in a country. Unemployment in the macroeconomy is a complicated problem from human resources in each country, including Indonesia. Bali province is one of the provinces that have a very tight population, so there are many workers and unemployment. The purpose of this study are to know the effect of economic growth, inflation and investation partially to open unemployment rate of Bali Province and to know the effect of economic growth, inflation and investation simultaneously to open unemployment rate of Bali Province. The result of this research are economic growth variable partially has a negative and significant effect on to open unemployment rate of Bali Province, while the inflation variable partially has an insignificant effect on to open unemployment rate of Bali Province, and investation variable partially has a positive and significant effect to open unemployment rate of Bali Province. The last one, that economic growth, inflation, and investation simultaneously have a significant effect to open unemployment rate of Bali Province.

Abstract

The implementation of the following research is to find out the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on people's buying interest in Chinese brand smartphones. The population used in the implementation of the study were students at the STIE Surakarta campus, and the sample of this study was 88 people. Researchers chose accidental sampling technique used in the implementation of the following research. The data analysis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis where the data processing used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The results of his research show that it has a significant effect on the price on purchase intention which is explained by the value which is 0.028 lower than 0.05, then the effect of promotion on purchase intention also has a significant effect because it has a value of 0.000 less than 0.05, then that is. Finally, the effect of product quality on purchase intention has a significant effect because it is explained by the result that the value of 0.000 is lower than 0.05.

Abstract

The broader use of the internet and the behavior of social media users have a significant influence on business management and higher education. Communication and interaction between customers and the company become more open and faster. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media customer engagement and student and alumni satisfaction on college loyalty as a brand and the role of student and alumni satisfaction as a mediator. The research uses a survey method conducted on 220 students and alumni of a leading tourism college in Jakarta who are followers of the college's Instagram account. Analisis data using SEM (StructuralEquation Model) revealed the research results that social media customer engagement significantly influences increasing loyalty to the college. Student and alumni satisfaction significantly influences increasing loyalty to the college and being a mediator that significantly influences customer engagement towards student and alumni loyalty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of managing HR management by using a merit system as a solution to improve the performance of Civil Servants (PNS). In the merit system-based HR management, potential, and competence, both managerial, technical, and socio-cultural are the main pillars. This study aims to determine the application of the merit system in the management of civil servants at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The level of application of the merit system at the Ministry of Finance in 2018 and 2019 was in category IV "Sangat Baik". Using a qualitative approach, this descriptive research collects qualitative data through a study of various books, literature, notes, and reports relevant to the implementation of the merit system at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the study found that the implementation of the merit system in the management of civil servants at the Ministry of Finance was good and had been carried out in earnest with the commitment of the leadership of the Ministry of Finance.

Abstract

The appearance of the Covid-19 virus makes people feel anxious, when they want to leave the house, when they want to do activities or shopping for necessities. With the fast development of the internet which is used by entrepreneurs to sell their goods through e-commerce. People are starting to use e-commerce to fulfill their needs, such as shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada and other e-commerce sites. Shopee is the object of this research, because Shopee has the largest number of active users in Southeast Asia. In this study we will use a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, satisfaction, confirmation, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment , perceived usefulness and past internet shopping experience by the intention to repurchase on Shopee. Types of data used in this study using primary data and interviews. The population used in this study has the characteristics of making purchases or transactions for 1 year at shopee. The sample technique in this study used non-probability sampling. The analytical tool used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 22.0 software. The results obtained from this study indicate that there are 11 supported hypotheses and 4 unsupported hypotheses

Abstract

This research was carried out at PT. Bank BCA KCU Darmo, Surabaya City, East Java province. Based on research results of BCA Policy data related to HR development and employee protection, it can be seen that BCA guarantees HR development and implements policies to protect its employees within the organization. The intention was to determine whether knowledge management and work culture influence employee performance at PT. Bank BCA KCU Darmo Surabaya City. The population used in this study were all workers of PT. Bank BCA KCU Darmo Surabaya City amounted to 30 respondents as a sample. The analytical technique used in this research is smart partial least square (PLS). The analysis results show that knowledge management and work culture can make a significant role in the performance of employees of PT. Bank BCA KCU Darmo Surabaya City.

Abstract

This article discusses the tourism village management strategy carried out by the Serangan Village Tourism Awareness Group in collaboration with the Denpasar City Government with local communities in developing quality tourist destinations in Serangan Village. The method used is observation and interviews with informants, namely the secretary of Serangan Pokdarwis, The Head of Serangan Village and Head of BUMDA Serangan. It is known that in the implementation of the development of tourist destinations in Serangan, the government and tourism awareness groups in Serangan Village take a role as a facilitator in preparing tourism facilities and infrastructure in Serangan and also as a dynamisator which provides skills training and governance of tourist villages so that the management of Serangan tourist destinations becomes more professional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and understand the relevance of Hindu leadership in the millennial era so that the millennial generation has the desire to study and deepen Hindu leadership so that it is implemented in managing an organization that can be aligned with advances in science and technology. The research method used in this study uses a library research method or approach. Literature study or literature can be interpreted as a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The conclusion is that the concept of Hindu leadership is still relevant to be applied in the current millennium, such as the leadership of Kautilya, Asta Brata, Krishna and Tri Hita Karana because it is universal and laden with moral values ​​so that it can become a leadership model in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of commitment, trust on customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study is part of the target population, 100 respondents from Bento Kopi Yogyakarta customers, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection is done by using the method of collecting questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a regression technique which is supported by the t-test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained is processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the commitment variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction based on the t-test with a value of 3,930 with a significance <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the trust variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction based on the t-test with a value of 8.163 with a significance <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the customer satisfaction variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty based on the t-test with a value of 4.013 with a significance <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the commitment variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty based on the t-test with a value of 3.929 with a significance <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the trust variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty based on the test td with a value of 2.207 with a significance of <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study wants to prove the effect of each variable, namely perceived ease of use, brand image, word of mouth, and customer value which have a positive effect on customer loyalty, where the decision to use services becomes an intervening variable. Based on previous research and related to the supporting theory put forward by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. In this study, researchers used a nonprobability sampling technique because the researcher did not know the total number of members of the population under study. While the sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. While the population is all Maxim online transportation users in Pontianak City, and the sample is 100 Maxim online transportation users in Pontianak City, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. Based on data processing using path analysis, it is proven that perceived ease of use, brand image, word of mouth has no positive effect on service use decisions, while customer value and service user decisions also have a positive and significant effect on loyalty with service use decisions. services as an intervening variable.
